Girth Training Advice: Ask The Coach

Are you looking to enhance your girth through effective training methods? In this article, we address three common questions from our clients seeking advice on girth training. Our resident coach, AJ, provides insights and recommendations to help you achieve your goals. Whether you’re new to girth workouts or looking to fine-tune your techniques, read on to find answers to your concerns.

Question 1:

Exploring Higher Erection Levels for Squeezes Client Question about girth: “I’ve just started with the Squeeze for my girth workouts and I feel I can do more than the recommended 70 percent average erection level. Can I try a higher erection for this?”

Coach AJ’s Response:

Certainly, it’s natural to want to push your limits, but when it comes to girth training, there are important considerations. Increasing the erection level for Squeezes can intensify the exercise, but it’s crucial to exercise caution. The degree of force required to manipulate a higher erection increases significantly, and without proper conditioning, you may find the higher erection Squeeze less efficient. Before attempting higher erection levels, it’s essential to assess your readiness and gradually work your way up.

Question 2:

Jelqing Techniques and Base Holding Client Question: “For jelqs, you recommended holding the base to prevent the skin from moving up. Is it better to start from as far back as possible? Can I avoid holding the base by using more lube?”

Coach AJ’s Response:

Your concern is valid, and the effectiveness of jelqing depends on proper technique. To maximize the benefits, aim to stroke as deep into the base as possible. This may require you to hold back the skin with one hand while using the other hand for the stroke. Additionally, spreading your fingers enough to allow the stroking hand the proper range of motion is essential.

Alternatively, using more (thick) lubrication can simplify the exercise and minimize skin movement. Experiment with both methods to determine which one works best for you. Your feedback will help refine your technique and achieve optimal results.

Question 3:

Squeezes vs. Jelqing for Girth Client Question: “Why do I feel that Squeezes are more effective for girth than jelqing, even with similar levels of EQ? Aren’t they both for girth?”

Coach AJ’s Response:

While both Squeezes and jelqing can contribute to girth enhancement, they have distinct characteristics. The Squeeze is a girth-direct exercise, primarily focused on expanding girth. However, it’s worth noting that the Squeeze can also yield some degree of length gains, as it expands the tunica.

On the other hand, jelqing is a versatile exercise with various applications. It can promote girth gains and improve blood flow, contributing to enhanced erectile quality (EQ). Some individuals may find that Squeezes work better for them due to their specific goals and preferences. It’s essential to tailor your training routine to your objectives and adapt as needed to achieve the desired results.

Top 5 Peyronie’s Disease Exercises That Help Reduce PD Symptoms

December 07 2021

This article is a repost which originally appeared on Premier Men’s Medical

Edited for content. The opinions expressed in this article may not reflect the opinions of this site’s editors, staff or members.

Our Takeaways:

· Peyronie’s disease can cause the penis to curve or bend in an abnormal manner.

· Trauma is the typical cause of Peyronie’s.

· Exercises may be used with good effects to help resolve Peyronie’s without surgery.

Peyronie’s Disease is a medical condition that makes the male sexual reproductive organ curve. It loses its strength and girth due to the prevalence of scar tissue surrounding the affected area.

Peyronie’s disease is a common scar tissue disease, affecting 1 in 200 men, and can be acquired due to various reasons. It generally occurs due to:

· Physical injury
· Rough sexual intercourse
· Rough masturbation
· Accidents
· Trauma to the penis

While there are effective methods to treat Peyronie’s disease, such as with injection and surgical removal, Peyronie’s exercises can also help to reduce PD symptoms when completed in tandem with medical guidance and treatments for PD and sexual health.

The most effective time to reduce the symptoms is as early as possible to prevent it from getting into a progressively worse state. This erectile dysfunction disease can be improved effectively by using some of the best-known exercises for Peyronie’s Disease.

Are Peyronie’s Disease Exercises Safe?

Yes. Penile exercises for Peyronie’s Disease are fairly low risk and can even make you feel more comfortable in your body.

However, it’s also crucial to note that certain studies have disputed the use of manual penile exercises because of the lack of credible evidence available at this time in the research process.

It’s important to consult a medical ED professional for a specialized diagnosis and treatment that is unique to your situation, to support any PD exercises you may attempt to perform on your own.

Now let’s cover five of the most common Peyronie’s Disease Exercises to consider implementing.

1. Peyronie’s Disease Exercise: Jelqing

Also known as milking, Jelqing is a non-invasive, device-less penis stretching exercise.

First, you’ll gently massage the base of the penis and motion a circle shape around it. You’ll need to use your thumb and index finger to massage it, slowly tightening the circle and applying pressure to the penis shaft. Then, you inch closer to the penis head and repeat the cycle. Also, keep in mind to reduce any pressure if you encounter any pain.

A single cycle of this massage technique will take around 3 to 5 seconds. Do this for a total of 20 minutes daily for the best outcome.

2. Peyronie’s Disease Exercise: Penis Stretching

Does stretching really help Peyronie’s Disease?

While penis stretching is less accredited by scientific research, it may serve a benefit in combination with medical treatments. Additionally, it is a fairly simple exercise that you can do at home.

Here are the steps to perform penile stretching:

Clutch your penis and pull it vertically upwards. Keep the stance of your stretched penis still for 10 seconds.
After the 10 seconds have passed, pull it to the right and hold for 10 seconds.
After 10 seconds, pull it to the left this time.
Repeat steps 1 to 3 twice every day.

3. Peyronie’s Disease Exercise: Vacuum Erection Devices (VED)

A vacuum erection device is a tool used to help provide men with straighter erections. Men can use the VED, also known as a penis pump, by placing their erect penis inside a cylinder tube. The penis gets pulled in by a suction, and in doing so, this helps produce the effect of a normal erection.

A 2020 study showed promising results of VED. While the participant base is small at just 53 participants, those who had undergone VED traction therapy (n=20) showed significant curvature improvements in their penis compared to those who didn’t use a VED.

The search for more potent alternatives to treating Peyronie’s disease has led some men to try vacuum suspension devices in addition to massaging and stretching exercises.

4. Peyronie’s Disease Exercise: Penile Traction Therapy (PTT)

Penile Traction Therapy (PTT) is a non-surgical treatment for penile curvature that corrects deformities and restores the length of the penis. It’s a novel and seemingly safe approach to correct penis length that uses an external device. The device consists of a plastic support ring, a silicone band, and two dynamic rods, which all cradle and stretch the penis to promote its growth.

Further study and testing by medical experts are required to confirm that it may be used by anybody. However, a recent 2019 study has proven its modest effectiveness in correcting penile curvature in the earlier stage of the disease. It also improves the success rate of people who’ll undergo surgery for more severe cases of Peyronie’s disease.

5. Peyronie’s Disease Exercise: Penile Modeling

Penile modeling is frequently performed by your urologist in conjunction with collagenase injections. It entails manually bending your penis at the direction opposite of where your penis naturally curves due to Peyronie’s disease.

For more severe cases, penile modeling is used in conjunction with insertion of an inflatable prosthesis as part of a surgical procedure.

A study conducted in 2020 concluded that this procedure had a 82% effectiveness rate in reducing penile curvature after 3 months. After 6 months, this jumped to a 92% effectiveness rate.

Don’t try doing this method by yourself. You may risk injury, bruising, or permanent damage, so consult a doctor to see if you’re fit for this procedure.

Does Exercise Help Peyronie’s Disease?

Exercises can support Peyronie’s Disease symptoms; however, medical treatments are often required in addition to this when considering optimal penile health.

Exercises for Peyronie’s Disease should not make your curve worse or cause pain. Rather, it often helps to straighten the penis and bring it back to its normal shape when you have an erection.

Before initiating these PD exercises, it’s best to seek treatment with your doctor to gain access to specific and customized care that fits your needs.

Consult a Sexual Health Professional for a Medical Approach to Treating Peyronie’s Disease

While Peyronie’s Disease is often treated by surgery, there are alternatives to support in reducing the physical deformities of your penis by taking a multi-faceted approach to treatment.

Using a combination of massages, stretches, and other penile exercises, there have been many successful attempts in curing Peyronie’s disease without surgery.

Nonetheless, having a doctor supervise your Peyronie’s disease treatment is not just optimal—it’s mandatory.

Does Jelqing Work 2018

does jelqing work 2018Does jelqing work 2018?
Penis exercises have been around for centuries. Men have always wanted to maximize the size and the hardness of their manhood. However, in today’s information-driven world that is so easily accessible to anyone with an Internet connection, we can really find out —

Does jelqing work in 2018?

How Does Jelqing Work 2018?

Jelqing is a manual penis stretch exercise. Similar to the milking action used on cows, this slow, purposeful stretch creates microtears in the penis tissue cells. When the body repairs these cells, it creates new cellular tissue – which means you get a longer and thicker penis.

Member Reviews of Does Jelqing Work 2018

The thing I love most about the Internet is we now no longer have to rely just on one person or company to decide for ourselves if something is effective. Our member forum has over 167,000 members (as of Sept. 14, 2018) – and men can read directly what these guys have to say about their experience with does jelqing really work in 2018.

Let’s take a look at some of the posts this year.

Member: incogneetoe

In this thread, talking about penis extender vs. jelqing, incogneetoe states:

Well there is some scientific evidence that extenders work for real length gains.

That being said, I have never used an extender and have done a good deal of jelqing. I have gained almost two inches. (…)

Not jelqing alone. But jelqing as a key component of my routine.

Just about 3 years of jelqing related routines. Did 6 months no jelq. 3 months with jelq. 3 months jelq free. Since then, 2.5 years, include jelqing.

Members Not Seeing Results – Does Jelqing Work 2018?

Of course, there are members who have reported jelqing has not worked for them. Here are a few of those posts.

Member: Peterson1231234

Been jelqing 5-6 months and i feel like i’ve been jelqing only 1 week but time really flew fast and here i am with 0 gains. I want girth mainly so i start doing them when im a bit erect to when i go soft. I want to keep it safe with just jelqing so anyone has any ideas?

Member: 69inchfailzor

real talk i found jelqing to be a complete waste of time…. stretching is where its at. i think jelqing might only be good combined with a pump or something

Why Jelqing May Not Work for Some Men

It’s important to remember that just because someone didn’t get the results they wanted with jelqing, it doesn’t mean jelqing doesn’t work. When considering does jelqing working in 2018, you have to think about any body modification process – such as traditional diet and exercise.

A man goes to a gym and does some exercise – it doesn’t mean he’s going to necessarily reach his goals. A number of factors can lead to not being successful. Exercise intensity, quality, quantity, duration, etc.. These also hold true for jelqing and any other penis enlargement exercise.

Jelq devices like the Power J Gym jelq tool can help you with consistency of your jelq exercise. Plus, it can help with hand fatigue, which some members experience, especially when doing high numbers of reps.

You can read more about why people don’t see results other people see in our post here:

Turtling: Is it Normal? & Fatigue with the Jelq-Free Routine -Ask the Experts

male enhancement coach big al penis enlargement turtling jeql-free routineBig Al, of MaleEnhancementCoach.com, answers questions about turtling and fatigue problems with the jelq-free routine, in this Ask the Experts article.

If you have questions you’d like answered in an Ask the Experts article, please PM Kimberly at PEGymKMWylie – and she’ll have the experts here on PEGym get your questions.

Q. I’ve noticed when I run or workout in the gym my penis seems to shrivel up!

…Is this turtling normal? Is there something I should be doing to counter this?

Big Al: It’s typical to note a temporary retraction of the penis during intensive physical exercise. This is a completely normal phenomenon as blood is drawn to the extremities during intensive exercise. During physical training it wouldn’t be feasible to do anything to counter this, but a light stretching or jelqing session- or even a hot soak performed immediately after your physical training should help to restore penile circulation. (https://gaia-restaurants.com/)

Turtling may also be aggravate by stimulant use. If you use strong stimulants prior to your physical training workout this may contribute to the phenomenon- even well after your session has ended.

Q. I recently started your Jelq Free routine doing the minimum number of reps recommended. I’ve been using my ADS after training

…but I appear to be more fatigued than ever! Can you recommend something different for my training so I don’t get so fatigued?

Big Al: Unless one has extreme turtling or are employing an All Day Stretcher (ADS) as the mainstay of a routine- or one is extremely advanced/condition and can benefit from a relatively large training load, a workout should be taxing enough to allow for full rest after a session.

Even if passive, an ADS can push one into overtraining if they’re already training at their limit. I suggest spending a few weeks establishing a baseline with the Jelq Free routine as is. If you still feel you can use a greater challenge then you have several options:

  • Accelerate the rate of rep increases per session or
  • Switch to more intense exercises or
  • Increase the frequency of your training (add more training days per week) or
  • Implement the ADS
