PEGym is Changing to TheBiohacker
First, we want to thank everyone who has been with us the past couple months. We upgraded the forum and continue to work on improvements, but we wouldn’t have made it this far without your support. Our users are the backbone of PEGym and we are excited to tell you all about what’s coming next!
PEGym has been a community since 2006 and we are going to be expanding this community soon. Within the next few weeks, we will be launching a brand new website to help prepare us for our future.
Onto our exciting news! The PEGym website will be changing to TheBiohacker. At PEGym, we’ve had the passion for improving men’s health and being the pioneers of Biohacking. That’s why we are aligning our mission and broadening our focus.
The mission: Improve people’s lives. Give people the information, products, and community to take control of their lives and personal conditions while ultimately being happier, healthier, and living longer.
We will still continue to focus on men’s health, but will expand our focus on longevity, diet, fitness, and sleep. We want to broaden our community to help impact more people’s lives.
What this immediately means for you:
- The forum will be the same layout
- The logo will change from PEGym to TheBiohacker logo
- URLs will be changing, but should properly redirect
Over the course of next year, we will be adding in the focus areas as discussed above (men’s health, longevity, diet, fitness, and sleep) but this will be progressive and with constant community engagement.
How will we add focus in these areas? With these categories, will come new guides, products, experts, and articles.
- The articles will contain science based research and studies, community trends, and leading edge advances in these fields.
- You will be able to browse the best biohacking products, all while connecting with like-minded people who are also interested in longevity.

Before I get started with this article, I know there’s going to be some comments about how PEGym isn’t the only male enhancement forum out there. That’s fine, and I think there’s a lot of great forums out there, but there’s something special about PEGym. It’s been my home for awhile, and there’s just something special about the place. We get along much better than most, and a lot of serious research is being done here. This is becoming increasingly rare in an internet which is becoming increasingly controlled from the top down. To me, the chemistry here is just right 🙂
What make’s PEGym special isn’t the site design or the products available on the site, it’s the members. This means all members, which include the moderators and others running things behind the scenes. For those who aren’t a part of the moderator team, you’d be surprised at all of the stuff which goes on behind the scenes to keep the forums running smooth. They deserve a very special thanks for keeping the site afloat!
The members of this site come from all places and backgrounds, but in the common interest of helping each other with some of our most deepest concerns, hearts become open and great things happen.
The internet could use more places like PEGym, which is a grassroots organizations. Things work better from a grassroots perspective, even if there isn’t as much profit in it.
These are just the thoughts of a late middle aged man with a bit of extra time on his hands, but I hope you enjoy reading it!

Like exercise for weight loss or muscle building, anyone who guarantees you a specific time frame to hit your goal doesn’t understand that the human body isn’t that simple. There’s so many factors that each person’s journey is different. However, hearing from a variety of men can help you estimate what you might expect in your goal to penis enlargement.
Let’s take a look at some more of our responses from this thread – How long did it take you to gain your first 1/2-inch in length?

Q. I’ve been doing some reading about hard gainers and a lot of them complain about a steel cord preventing them from making gains…
…I have a steel cord. Can I still make gains, and if so then how do I train to get them?
Big Al: Many complain about a “steel cord” atop the penis but this is actually known as a part of the penile anatomy known as the septum. It’s a typical part of the male anatomy and any healthy, intact human penis has one. Unless you have another penis you can compare yours to then assessing whether or not your septum is any more resistant to training is futile.
If you want to ensure you get the most out of your length training then do your best to focus on the feel of the stretches as you perform them. You should initially feel a stretch in the ligaments at the base of the penis. As the stretch progresses, the shaft itself should be felt to elongate.
Your post-session state should have your penis appearing elongated and only mildly tired- at most.
Q. I notice in a lot of your advice you don’t make mention of keeping the penis stretched out in an extended state so it can heal longer…
…Why is that? Don’t you believe in doing this to make the penis longer?
Big Al: It’s been my experience that recommending additional activity like applying an extender or ADS to an already challenging routine usually causes overtraining. That being said, a properly structured routine can benefit from applying an extender or ADS after stretches- as can be seen in where the “pre-exhaust” method is recommended.
Testing this method out before prolonged application is a must!

So, they only have that short time span when they stand unchallenged – and smartly try to make as much profit as possible during that time.
