Q. Most extender guide recommend using a device for hours.  Can’t I just train for less time with more tension?

 

A. You can certainly train for less time and more tension with the Rod Extender.  You’ll need to be careful and work up to heavier tension levels, but you can get a great workout with a few 5 to 10 minutes sets.

 

Q.  Is it true that extenders are recognized by medical journals as being effective for adding penis size?

Q. Is it possible to extend at different angles?  I want to see what happens when I test the device in an upwards direction.

Q. Is penis enlargement real? How do I make my penis bigger?

Q. How much can I expect to increase my size, stamina and hardness?

A. Everyone is different so everyone may gain at different speeds and even benefit from different routines. What may work for one person may not work for another. Unfortunately there are not many good studies in this industry, so the results are from my own, others like members on big forums and our clients and members feedback which is all anecdotal.

For size, a general rule of thumb is 1 to 2 inches in 1 to 2 years. This may mean 2 inches in one year, or 1 inch in 2 years. This is where the need for consistency and commitment comes in as its marathon, not a sprint.

For stamina, penis enlargement is only one part of the picture, that’s combined with masturbation and edging techniques. The more you work on it and practice the better you can master control.

For hardness, this is going to come down to many factors beyond PE methods alone. Main contributors will be things to do with your general health and lifestyle including nutrition, hydration, sleep, movement, mindfulness, breathing and more. Q. I want to get a longer penis but do not have any privacy at home. My job requires that I be around other a lot. Is there a way I can perform some type of covert training?

 

A. There are two products specifically designed for “undercover” training: the ROD EXTENDER and the LEG BAND.

The ROD EXTENDER is best for higher intensity training, and though it’s bulkier than the leg band it can be hidden- especially if you use it in conjunction with the VACUUM CHAMBER. EQ, Hanging, and Stop and Starts: Ask The Experts

Q. In the forums I see a lot of reference to EQ. What exactly is it?

Al:  EQ is a combined measure of stamina and hardness. You can use any metric- like morning wood, exercise/sexual performance, or a combination to give a rating on a 0 to 10 scale- with 0 being full impotence and a 10 being YOUR ideal level of EQ.

 

Q. Hey! I was checking out your 3×20 hanging routine and wanted to give it a try. Can you suggest any hangers I can get started with?

Al: Thanks for checking out the routine! If funds are a concern, you can create your own device to get started (see the diagram below).

If you’re new to hanging, test out ONE set of hanging with anywhere between 1-2 lbs. If this feels OK, perform TWO sets with the selected weight. If all is well with this session, you can graduate to performing 3×10.

 

Q. In the description of the Stop and Starts, it lists doing the exercise for 20 to 25 minutes. I can’t perform it for that long but I did 8 minutes and 30 seconds in the last workout. What can I do to improve?

Al: The 20-25 minute outline for the Stop and Starts is a recommended goal. The recommendation is to start at a comfortable level and slowly work up by 30-60 seconds per session. In your case, you should attempt to get between 9 minutes to 9 minutes & 30 seconds in your next session. You can do this by taking brief pauses, if necessary- or just slowing the pace.
