Q. In the forums I see a lot of reference to EQ. What exactly is it?
Al: EQ is a combined measure of stamina and hardness. You can use any metric- like morning wood, exercise/sexual performance, or a combination to give a rating on a 0 to 10 scale- with 0 being full impotence and a 10 being YOUR ideal level of EQ.
Q. Hey! I was checking out your 3×20 hanging routine and wanted to give it a try. Can you suggest any hangers I can get started with?
Al: Thanks for checking out the routine! If funds are a concern, you can create your own device to get started (see the diagram below).

If you’re new to hanging, test out ONE set of hanging with anywhere between 1-2 lbs. If this feels OK, perform TWO sets with the selected weight. If all is well with this session, you can graduate to performing 3×10.
Q. In the description of the Stop and Starts, it lists doing the exercise for 20 to 25 minutes. I can’t perform it for that long but I did 8 minutes and 30 seconds in the last workout. What can I do to improve?
Al: The 20-25 minute outline for the Stop and Starts is a recommended goal. The recommendation is to start at a comfortable level and slowly work up by 30-60 seconds per session. In your case, you should attempt to get between 9 minutes to 9 minutes & 30 seconds in your next session. You can do this by taking brief pauses, if necessary- or just slowing the pace.

Q. Is it a good idea to have sex after training?
Al: If you’re referring to male enhancement training- and you have no negative issues like performance anxiety or low EQ, then sex after training can be a great way to finish off your workout. This also applies to manual edging- e.g.: Stop and Starts.
Q1. I’ve worked up to hanging 15 pounds for over an hour…
…but I haven’t seen any growth in months. What is it I’m doing wrong?
Al: It needs to be understood that training using enlargement specific exercises isn’t quite like other forms of bodily training. The exercises, reps, etc. are all incidental to quality tissue stretch.
It’s best to think of your enlargement training as something more akin to flexibility training than resistance training. Working up to 15 lbs of weight is only good if it’s a byproduct of growth, meaning the routine you performed yielded gains so you added more weight.
Did you make gains earlier in your routine?
Q2. I did make some gains…
and the workouts were more enjoyable. I’m also sore after each workout. This is probably not a good sign?
Al: This is not a good sign! You shouldn’t be feeling anything more than a mild soreness which dissipates in 24 hours or less.
You’d be well advised to go back to a lighter weight and do your best to focus on what you’re feeling with your hanging. Taking mental focus out of the equation with passive forms of training like hanging is easy, so really doing what you can to ensure quality maximum tissue stretch each session without pain or strain should be the goal.
You’ll know you’re on the right track when your penis appears elongated without being exhausted after your sessions, and (of course) by observing growth- which should be noted once every two weeks when you measure.
Your gains will also be greatly accelerated if you’re improving EQ as well.

Weight hanging systems
Penis weight hanging systems have helped many men to get the results they desired. When you use these systems, you can train your penis to get used to increasingly heavier weights over time. Regardless of the type of weight hanger you are using they are always to be attached when the penis is flaccid. Over time you can increase the weights as your tolerance increases. Penis weight hanging is a permanent growth solution. To achieve the results it’s important to take perform your hanging routine daily and only take days off when your penis is too fatigued or you experience any type of pain or injury. Once you start to see results you will be excited about your routine and it becomes more enjoyable. There a few different style hangers on the market and the choice is often based on preference and the shape of your penis. The three most common types of hangers are clamp, noose and vacuum hangers. Noose and clamp style hangers are based around the same concept of tightening a hanger around the penis using pressure of beads, screws or tension devices to create enough grip to hang weight from the device.
