Hey Big Al, another question from me *sigh*:(.

Are there any other beginner programs on MECoach or alternative beginner routine than the Basic program (the one in the other sticky)?

I feel I will have troubles trying to do the oriental massage exercise part of the program, and that is like the main part of the program, so I feel like I don't wanna try that program ( or at least that exercise) right now.
Thanks again, I'll try not to ask anymore questions, as they are all kinda stupid, and i feel bad I even have to ask.

There are no "stupid" questions.

Beginner routines can be customized to fit a trainee's needs. If you don't like the OM exercise, you can substitute it with the Side to Side stretch.

Before my pe routine i warm up with hotpad for 10min. My question is.. what do u recommend after pe routine, icing or warming?

A warm down should be done in the same manner as a warm up is, though the goals of each are different. If you've had a particularly stressful workout or if you're sore, you can alternate heat and cold in 1 minute bursts each to help speed healing.

I'm a 35 years old guy from Brazil. And i have some questions, if you don't mind

Seems i don't know how to do my penile exercises. 1 year doing bathmate, followed by a couple months doing jelqs and clamping.

What's my problem? I'm stuck @ 4.7~4.8 EG and can't get past it. My EQ during that 1 and a half year of bathmate and jelq was considerably good, hard rock during jelqs (for girth) and hard while pumping with warm water (shower)

Then i'd like to ask you: How can resting affect my gains? I mean, i have trouble falling asleep and usually do it @ 4:00am, waking up at 11:00pm (having a hard time in my life actually). I'm also a smoker, trying to stop, I was smoking like 15 cigarretes and dropped down to 5 a day. I want my penis thicker but i'm actually low self-steem and don't know what else to try since pumping, jelqing and clamping failed with me.

(Maybe i did something wrong?)

I'm actually 7" NBPEL (idk my BPEL) and 4.5~4.8 EG.

Can i reach 8 NBPEL by 6 EG with manual exercises only, through meCoach?

Were you doing a specific routine? What I mean is did you make regular, progressive changes to the type of training that you were doing?

Not a problem :)

Rest, smoking, and negative emotions can ALL affect your training negatively. Rest is something you'll definitely have to work on. Smoking is something that you should quit, and the low self esteem issue might be something that you can go further into- wither here or via PM.

Like I think I've said before in this thread, I have been hanging for close to 9 months now with zero gains which is a little discouraging. I was thinking about adding some manual stretching exercises to go with the hanging. Something I can do right before and right after a 20 min hanging set.

Also, how important is it to take rest days when hanging? I never take rest days which may be a contributing factor for my lack of gains. What is your view on this, and how many days of do you think that I should take a week?

I don't know enough about your training history to advise you on what course you should take regarding your hanging routine, but if you've been doing it for 9+ months and have seen no results, then it might be time for you to look into doing something different altogether. A switch to only manual work (or something else entirely) might be a good idea.

There are a lot of theories on why the penis grows, but in my experience, rest is VITAL to growth. You might try taking some time off to see what effects that has on your measurements and even on your EQ.

For me, I see several options- the two right under a post which states "Reply" and "Reply With Quote", and then there's the "Post Quick Reply" and "Go Advanced" options under the text box.

I have a really good pump, but I have not been using it much since I thought that it would be really hard to get length gains from pumping. What is your view on this? Are length gains possible from pumping?

I think that pumping makes a great addition to training, but as a stand alone training method it (IMO) will not produce nearly the results that manual work or hanging would.

My opinion:

-Adopt a progressive routine that will allow you to make small but regular increases each session

-Unless you're very sexually active, add some stamina work to your training regimen

-Take more days off, and rest during your off says as well

If you're not sexually active, then ejaculating within the confines of your stamina work is recommended. This is not only for conditioning purposes, but also to void any semen which is built up during stamina training (which is voided during urination of not released). Outside of sexual activity or training, keep any extraneous self-stimulation to a minimum.

If you train correctly, your EQ ("Erection Quality"- a combined measure of stamina and hardness) should improve as well as your size.
