How long does this special last for?

Yes, this is my first post so it seems a bit weird but anyway. I used to be a client of Big Al. I was a member for 2-3 months and I gained ~0.5". Then I quit, not because of the program wasn't good but because I was satisfied with my new cock (a bit bigger, a lot better EQ and stamina). I can recommend his coaching.

I am starting PE again and might join again when I hit plateau on my current program.

Hey Big Al!

Have you ever heard of, or experienced a case of "too high" EQ? I suppose I'm pondering if it is actually possible for one to establish an EQ, that is beyond normalcy.

Something like this should be perceived as being a problem if there is pain involved and/or if the erection doesn't subside within a reasonable time frame (priapism).

I thought EQ was based on hardness and fullness, and not necessarily just duration of erection without stimulation whether it be physical and/or mental? I've never heard of priapism though, very interesting!

EQ is a combined measure of stamina and hardness. Part of developing good EQ involves improving control as well.

True priapism can be a sign of disease, or it can be caused by abusing erector drugs.

Hey Big Al I would really like your take on my situation, this seems to be a good place to ask you a question :)

I want to start PE again, I want to start off light but I don't get morning erections every day, in fact I haven't had a full 10/10 erection upon waking in years! I believe this was due to me getting porn induced ED from masturbating to porn a lot. In addition, I get hard flaccid every day due to my obsessive like behaviour I "check" on the penis by poking it to determine if my flaccid is soft or hard, if it is hard I can slightly shake it and it goes soft within 5 seconds.

My question is what should I do in this situation? I am currently avoiding porn (artificial sexual stimulation on the internet) and avoiding masturbation (for the time being). It has only been 3 days since I last masturbated to porn and the average brain healing takes 90 days supposedly. Should I wait it out and not think about it until I wake with a 10/10 morning erection which will tell me I am good to go? I really want to PE and be a helpful member of the community and it is slightly depressing that I can't yet.

First, congratulations on your working towards gaining control over the porn habit. Doing that is a huge step towards full mastery.

IMO, you should do a few weeks of "stamina only" training to raise your EQ enough to make enlargement training worthwhile.

First of all, I really appreciate the reply however after reading all 3 parts to the recommended article I think the routine you suggested would be good however I have a few issues with doing it.

Firstly the "Start and Stops" is a form of edging which is not recommended during the initial stages of porn induced ED recovery and secondly I mentioned my hard flaccid issues - I think it is caused by an imbalanced pelvic floor for me because I get (frequently not always) uncontrollable kegel spasms in the process when blood fills into the penis to get an erection and when urinating.

Therefore I don't think a kegel routine would be good for me because I likely caused this by doing kegels without reverse kegels in the past. My question still stands from my first post Big Al. I would like to know what YOU would do in my situation.

As always as one of the most knowledgeable people on this site I greatly appreciate your input.

While I can understand that many detox regimens recommend not engaging in masturbation or ejaculation of any kind, that would only be good up until a certain point. Like any other organs in the body, the penis and genitals function on a "use it or lose it" principle. If you've been porn [and ejaculation] free for more than a few weeks, I'd suggest doing some type of Stop and Start type of exercise as soon as you are able to.

The pelvic floor issue may not be totally unrelated to porn abuse (some men involuntarily kegel or tug their penises in unhealthy manners during such sessions), so resting that area would be vital. Besides the many suggestions outlined on this forum for such treatments, doing light, controlled stretches should help to alleviate PC issues.

Hey Big Al, I saw in a previous thread you mentioned that you gained 2'' Length and 1'' Girth in just 3 Months. And you said you (partially) attribute that to great EQ.

My question: Strictly from a gains point of view, Would it be a good idea to use Cialis during a training cycle to 'artificially' increase the EQ for that period of time? That way when you do the stop and starts or stamina parts at the end of a session, you would be fully 'engorged' to get a lot of expansion in the tissue.?

I don't think I have EQ problems, but I don't think I would have the amount of EQ you talked about having when you did the 3 months. It would be good to use the Cialis during the PE cycles/programs so you can have max EQ.

And I read that Cialis doesn't make you dependent physically, and when you come off you should be back to regular or slightly higher EQ (as long as you aren't psychologically dependent). But I am mainly talking about making actual gains in size, and not so much about having good natural EQ at this point in time (as that could always be worked on later).

My opinion- if you don't "need" Cialis, then create your gains the natural way. How would you intend on maintaining the gains you've made and even your performance if your EQ is temporarily artificially inflated.

I think the addiction angle of using drugs like this are more psychological than anything else.
