Helicopter shakes, the most underrated part of PE?

I feel like these shakes make my base heavier and stronger. I kinda rushed through this part in my first months, but lately I am really focussing on the helicopter shake. I see and feel some improvement at the base of my schmeckel. Any input on this?

I thought they were just used to get some blood flow into the penis. I'm curious as well.

The helicopter is a warm up exercise used mainly to ready your penis for the stretches and the jelqs, thus, being pivotal for a good workout. I have not read anything about the helicopter being an enlarging exercise, however, it would make sense since the centrifuge force you apply will force blood to the penis, so perhaps it will strengthen your penis. We shall see on the long run.

I don't think doing helicopter shakes alone will ever make you gain. Like the others said it's to prepare your dick for PE.

They are mainly used to help restore blood flow after stretching, hanging and construction exercises.

I don't think doing these alone would do much for gains either. Many people extend hours upon hours every day, hang for an hour each day or do a lot of stretches each day to gain even a quarter of an inch in 3 months. All of these exercises are much more intense than helicopters and the tension is applied for a greater period of time.

Of course, there is no harm in doing them, and perhaps some minimal gains could be made, but traditional PE exercises would be much more efficient in my opinion

Sometimes I give myself a few Helis after pissing. I feel like it keep you loose somehow.

I don't see any benefit to helis, so I knocked them out of my routine completely.

I'd recommend still trying some substitute for helis. The point is getting blood into the penis, which undisputed important for a safe and effective workout. Rbi came up with something called a Firestarter as a substitute as well to get fresh blood back in
