Just Getting Started! Suggestions? (Using X4 Labs Deluxe)

Hey everyone,
I'm new to this site and to penis enlargement in general. You might call me crazy for even bothering because my length right now is about 7 inches, and I realize that's already pretty big but hey if I want to get bigger why not? For whatever reason, I'd like to see what another inch or two.. or maybe even 3 would do.

Anyways I've just ordered an X4 Labs Deluxe extender so it should be here in a 7-12 business days or something like that, and once I get it I'll be tracking my progress for 6 months.

On a side note I've noticed many posts where people list different measurements at the end such as BPEL and such, and I'm not quite sure how to measure myself so any tips would be great.

This thread has all the info you need. A lot of people(Like me extend and do manual PE) Would be good to start a beginner routine and then use your extender after and gradually use it longer and longer everyday.
Or you can just extend if you don't want to do any manual PE and that works too.

Don't forget PI's. PI's are one of the most important parts of PE.

Also I suggest a decent manual routine along with your extender. I'd suggest adding jelqing after you take off your extender. By jelqing after taking the extender off your taking advantage of your penis's stretched out state. I usually wear min for 2 hours a day. Maybe even looking into the JP90. I'm sure you could replace the stretching with extending.

Any way welcome and make sure to educate yourself well on PE and all safety and rest advice. Make sure to take off days. I started my extending every other day for the first week, then moved to 2 days a week split apart.

Hey guys, so my x4 labs deluxe extender arrived today, and I've been having a bit of trouble getting it on (my head has suffered some unfortunate pinches!). I've come to the conclusion that using the silicone tube is simply not an option so I am using the comfort straps which live up to their name, but if you have any tips for getting it on easily that'd be great!
