Hi, I've been meaning to start PE-ing consistently. I found pegym a few years back, but have never been seriously committed to it. The longest I did was probably a month of JP90 then I'll stop and revisit again after a long long break.
Since I'm stuck at home, I'm starting JP90 again (For 2 weeks consistently now)

My question is that should I finish JP90 before subscribing to meCoach or can I subscribe now? Also will I need gears/equipment for it? As I'm living with others, I'd like to be discreet about it and will most likely on stick to manual exercises. Will that work with meCoach?
