You're welcome. I would recommend your getting a check up to see what the issue might be. If it's indeed some form of STD, then you'll require specific treatment for eliminating those spots.

If it's not an STD, then it might possibly some type of blood blistering. Petechiae spots normally dissipate fairly quickly, and brownish hemosiderin deposits under the skin can be eradicated with Vitamin B-5.

Thanks Big Al, turns out it's just trauma; bruising. For the next month or two I'll be doing heat sessions daily and applying Arnica Gel morning and night. I guess it's time for me to really learn some self discipline lol

Try giving yourself a couple of days a week of rest even from the heating sessions to allow for full recovery.

Arnica is great for full healing, so please keep us posted with that :)

Never thought of that. I will be resting from heat on Wednesdays and Sundays.

and I will update as progress is made!

So far the discoloration is 25% gone, which is awesome!

Just an update, stopped the Gel, and am almost cleared up! Finally found a therapy method for my injury that is doing wonders! Bruising and broken vessels has not been fun lol sure can't wait for April!

What kind of therapy are you on?

What I call the Jay Therapy lol I first started with light low erection ULIs, followed by gentle squeezes of the Glans just to get it back to being conditioned to inflating and deflating. Seems that was a bit much, so now I just Kegel during erection without stimulation, and it's doing wonders. The circulation problem is darn near fixed, the blueness is gone, and 95% of the left over blood that I've had under the skin surface for months has just about vanished. I just need to stay away from PE for a while longer or else I will be back at day one lol Ugh! but on a sidenote....

I quit smoking cigarettes, I'm on day two, and already I'm maintaining erections without kegels and stimulation, kegels make them more impressive! Morning woods just won't go down! Is it April yet!? I'm like an addicted fisherman in a bait shop! Lol

Hi Big Al. I'm kind of a newbie with PE. I tried manual excercises before like jelqing and stretching but I didn't see any results. I tried an X4 extender but my glans were too small , like I'm average as far as length but the grip of the extender wasn't consistent so I quit. I was thinking about purchasing the phallosan forte but it's a bit pricey and most of the written reviews aren't really helpful because the people doing the reviews promise to show before and after pictures but then stop posting updates within 2 months of a 6 month period. I just wanted to ask you , do you think I would benefit from your program? I'm almost convinced that it works, I'm just skeptical despite my user name. I would be more comfortable joining if I could find unbiased articles. I know on your site it says you were on CNN and MSNBC but I couldn't find the articles. I'm sorry for being skeptical and sounding rude, it's just that my enthusiasm has been diminished because of failing so many different things.

There's no rudeness in your post, and you're wise to be a bit skeptical :)

While I don't have the precise details of your training regimens you've followed, I'll certainly do my best to help you. The key is in finding what works best for you and in training in the best environment possible- which usually means working towards maximum EQ and sexual confidence.

Once you sign on as a client, you'll be instructed to fill out a Baseline Questionnaire that should answer most of the questions I'll have before fashioning a plan of action for you.

After I posted my question, I read some of the other forums you made which made me more comfortable seeing all the things you know. I'm also glad to see that you don't profit off a mans insecurity by saying "bigger is better" but instead encouraging the overall health of the penis. I started the JP90 routine but if I don't see any results or I'm done with it you can expect me as a new client so long as there's space available. Does the baseline report help you determine someones body composition, is that how you decide which exercises are right for them?

The Baseline Questionnaire asks details like age, training experience, goals, current size, EQ, supplement use, as well as other questions valuble to the creation of a regimen.

I'll try to make these my last question. Is it true that certain men cannot gain no matter what they do, like it's literally impossible for them to gain anything because of their genetics? The reason why I ask is because I've seen several post of people saying that some guys gain fast, some guys gain slow and some guys can't gain at all. I'm just afraid I'm one of those guys. I'm on my 4th day of JP90 but I haven't seen any of the physiological indicators. I really want to begin hanging but I wanna finish JP90's routine. I quickly tested "hanging" out with the quad support piece of my X4 attached to my penis, no rods just the support piece with a light weight hanging and it felt good. Do you think my method of hanging would work as good as some of the others? I really wanna start your program too. I would be proud to provide video evidence recording the changes of my penises length, girth and EQ everyday during the program as a testimonial.

"Genetics" wouldn't restrict someone from making gains, it would just make the process more challenging. I've found that there are often other factors at play that prohibit men from making maximum gains- like substandard EQ.

While there are routines which seem to work better statistically, it's still in a trainee's best interest to experiment with different regimens to determine what works best for them. As one gains strength and stamina, the parameters of what works and what doesn't are likely to change.

As to your method of hanging, I can see that there might be problems with your set up if/when you get to the point to where you're going to be using heavy weight.
