Well... I stopped the porn completetly, still doing reverse kegels, but I'm starting to do a fee regular kegels here and there. I honestly think it was a reaction from not getting erections while watching porn or maybe cuz I was on the 2nd and 3rd round and had been drinking. Also.... She was a bit dry cuz she had orgasmed already. Some girls sometimes get a bit dry once they have orgasmed. That's another reason my arousal may have dropped. I use a light reverse kegel hold(mostly subconsciously now that I'm used to it)the whole time during sex to keep the pelvis floor relaxed and in control. For some people, like me, regular kegels during sex can actually induce ejacation. I use a long, hard REVERSE kegel AT the PONR in order to stop ejaculation, have a dry orgasm and then continue to have sex. I usually have 3-5 more PONRS and then ejaculate after that at some point because it feels to good/sensitive to continue thrusting without ejaculation. For me usually around the 30 min mark. Having sex a 2nd and 3rd time really gets rid of sensitivity and pelvic spasms for me.
I also noticed that hard reg or rev kegels shouldnt be done while thrusting/penetration, atleast for me. It will def cause me to get closer to PONR. I usually pull out to perform them, wait a few seconds, then I keep going with a light reverse relax hold while continuing to thrust. In order to do all this u have to get good at reverse kegels. As an exercise, I just push out as hard and as much as I can(be very careful at first). I push out as long as I can about 3/5 times, then I do a about 5 ten second holds, then 10 five second holds then a bunch of fast hard short bursts. If your ab muscles are doing a lot of the work at first that's ok. You get better with time. At first do it every other day. Your muscles have to rest and recuperate.

I think you have achieved to reduce the excitement triggered by the female body (through real sex and watching porn with the intention to not get aroused). That’s the mental part of the PE that you solved. You solved the other part (physical) of the PE by doing reverse kegels instead of regular kegels. Now you are desensitized both mentally and physically and that’s great. Now maybe you should try to give to the femal body some of his sexual “power” back. well.... I'm still not sure what caused that bout of ED. Beer? Her dryness? it was the 2nd round? Usually if I switch to doggy-style, I will get very hard again.
