No workout yesterday but a lot to say... We had sex instead and this was... a disaster! :(

So I was back on the track yesterday evening. My stretching session was fine, with no problem staying faccid, then I did my BTB and regular jelqing sessions, again without any problems. I've improved my grip and now put less strength in it. After this, I edged for 30 minutes without ejaculation.
The events of the day before have reinforced my motivation to continue PE for as long as possible. I'm eager for gains and know that they'll come even slowly.
Next measurements tomorrow.

Hmmm... Urine is actually sterile, the complete opposite of dirty. You gotta work her out of these hang-ups, man. You guys are missing out on each other completely. I'm not criticizing. I think you are slowly changing things, or at least attempting. So good for you. Keep at it. Does she drink? Loosen her up a bit with some wine. I'm not saying, get her drunk or anything. Just set a mood and relax some inhibitions. If she relaxes enough to get some enjoyment, she might open up to things quicker. Just a thought.

Ok, so today is my measuring day and here are my new stats:
NBPEL 6.5" (+0.4")
BPEL 7.15" (+0.65")
MEG 5.05" (+0.15")
FL 4"
FG 4.125"
BPFSL 7.65" (+0.95")
I put a few pics on my profile but need to add better ones!
So these are small gains since last measurements (the figures in blue are my gains since I started PE) but still gains! :D
I think that it's time to write again my routine since I changed a few things during the month. This is what I've been doing so far: 4 days on, 1 day off:
_ Warm up: 6-7 min with a rice sock
_ Stretches: 3 sets of 30 s in each direction (outward, downward, upward, left and right) with kegels (approximatively 25) during the third set in each direction, and helicopter shakes between each change of direction
_ Jelqing: 50 BTB jelqs followed by 20 min of regular jelqing using an overhand OK grip, and another 100 BTB jelqs
_ Edging: after each workout if possible, at least for 20 min, without ejaculation if possible
I also have a kegel/reverse kegel routine: 250 reverse kegels (5 sets of 50 reverse kegels with 30 s of rest at least inbetween the sets) and 500 kegels (5 sets of 100 with 30 s of rest at least inbetween the sets, the 100th of each serie lasting 15s) during each day on except during the WE.
Each time that I go to the bathroom, I do 15 JAI stretches and a few strokes to reach a 40-50% erect state according to the plump theory.
I drink green tea with honey w/wo ginger every day.
However, I think that I might be a bit overworking, especially with kegels and will reduce my kegels schedule to 2 days on 1 off from now.
Yesterday, my workout was great. I felt really good during the stretches and jelqs and edged during 40 min without cumming (even if I was quite horny!). I can't wait to make my wife forget our last intercourse!

Great routine, NormalGuy! I agree with your wife that you need to stress less about your performance. I have a gut feeling your next time with her will turn out much better.

You might try focusing longer on one part of your routine, for example, a longer jelqing session, and less time spent on your other movements. I would spend more time warming up, but that's just me. I have always felt that fifteen to twenty minutes warming up gives my whole session more focus and makes it more productive. You may be stretching yourself too thin by trying to do too many different movements rather than focusing on just one or two. Try doing some relaxation exercises as you practice p.e. Try taking more pleasure in each of your sessions.

Have you tried doing your edging at a separate time? That way, you can devote more time to it and benefit from its full potential.

Thanks going411by7. I take the advice.
3 Sets in each direction might be a bit too much as you said... I'm going to adapt my stretching routine to JP's, by just doing 1 set in each direction and adding the circles part. I'll also increase a bit my jelqing sessions to 25 min and up to 30 min later.
About edging, I can't do it at a separate time but I can still increase the length of my sessions: I'm doing in general 30 to 40 min but I'll try to edge for 1 hour from now.

Another workout done yesterday. I followed the advice that going411by7 gave me and adapted my stretching session. This workout was just nice and then I edged with 50 min with ejaculation (I failed again, damn!).
I talked with my wife again, and maybe we'll get somewhere after all. I don't know yet if the evening will be for workout or sex. We'll see...
No kegels today.

Yesterday, I didn't only part of my stretches and then stop PEing as my wife didn't want to fall asleep alone as usual (since I started PE). It's important from time to time to do concession. After all, PE is suppose to improve our relationship, not to weaken it... However, I did bed and blood fowfers in order to have the impression of not skipping completely a workout.
I had pretty nice night and morning wood.
I've been thinking about my gains since I started PE and seemed to have gained more during my first month than during the second. The main difference between the two was that I added edging to my routine. Edging is supposed to help gain when done after a session but most of the time, I ended up ejaculating without wanting it, generally between 20 and 50 min after my workout. According to the general opinion, ejaculating too close from a workout might be deleterious for gains so I decided to edge every other day from now, to be sure to avoid ejaculating too often just after a workout. On days without edging, I'll make sure to do bed/blood fowfers.

Standard workout yesterday, with stretching according to my modified routine, BTB and regular jelqing followed by 33 min of edging. Plus there are a lot of people that live here so I have to resort to very late night PE workouts. Latest was like 2:30 am a couple of times.

Back to my workout yesterday. The stretches were ok. To follow the recent advice that I was given here, I added V-jelqs (now that I know how to do them) to my routine and split my jelqs: now I do:
_ 50 BTB jelqs, then
_ 60 V-jelqs, then
_ 200 regular jelqs, then
_ 50 BTB jelqs, then
_ 60 V-jelqs, then
_ 200 regular jelqs, then
_ 50 BTB jelqs, then
_ 60 V-jelqs.
So in summary 3 sets of 50 BTB jelqs, 3 sets of 60 V-jelqs and 2 sets of 200 regular jelqs (note that I count 1 jelq for 1 hand).
After my workout, I did bed fowfers.

I did my workout as described in my last post yesterday. I'm getting used to the V-jelqs and can feel how efficient they are now. Then I edged but cummed after 13 min.
I'm really considering buying a fleshlight to help me with my edging sessions after all the positive post that I read about it. I'm just hesitating between the STU and an icy speed bump insert. Both seem to be very close in term of texture and I liked the point of batwoman made in another thread about the possibilty of seeing my penis though it while edging (though it would be for me only as I'm going to do this completely stealth). Unfortunately, the STU seems to be available only in a horrible golden suit, and only in pink!
Now let's see how I can get it stealth too!

Another workout yesterday. I can appreciate the intensity of the exercises now that I've added the V-jelqs. I didn't edge afterwards but did some bed fowfers.
I've finally ordered a fleshlight and should receive it today. It'll make my edging session much more "real' and probably more efficient!

Good workout yesterday with a real impression of getting bigger after my jelqs session. I think now that I mastered V-jelqs and wish I had started to do them earlier in my PE journey. I managed to handle my excess of skin (from being uncut) while doing them and I appreciate them now, though I've got mild pain in the hands from jelqing now.
I edged afterwards for 25 min (and felt bigger) and then cummed.
