Hi John!

Im currently practising overcoming PE with no sexual partner and i was wondering if you could give me some guidance. Here is my current routine:

I watch porn and masterbate 4 times a week making sure i dont get to PONR for atleast 20 minutes to get my penis used to not climaxing. 20 mins is the minimim i usually go 30-40. Then i edge for 10 mins and bust.

I try to keep my mind calm but sometimes the porn just gets me so aroused.

I also masterbate with lube in the most stimulatibg way possible.

What i have gathered so far is to CUT THE PORN OUT and masterbate more than 1 time on days i do it as i will last longer and thus re-wire my penis.

Also stop kegels and more RK.

How does this sound? Anything else you can add?

I have cured my prem ejac because of you. Unfortunately, this site takes too much time from my life so I must go. I might be on the penis enlargement forum once in a while but not much. Good luck, take care and please be careful out there. I will leave you all with what has cured me:

Please be aware that you might get different results and that you may not be able to perform many of these things because of many factors. THIS IS ONLY MY EXPERIENCE. Thank you for reading and good luck.

Here is my updated secrets to success suggestion paragraph:

I suggest edging definitely WITH lube, WITHOUT watching porn and switching to light ballooning at PONR to continue stimulation so that you dont get used to the start and stop method than women hate during sex, and then switch back to edging when ready and repeat. Only ejaculate every 3-5 masturbation sessions. Spasms, ejaculation and sensitivity can be controlled with regular and reverse kegels if they are also practiced ALONE outside of sex as a separate exercise first. Some people have to do way more reverse kegels than regular kegels to cure themselves. I suggest stopping regular kegels for a while and giving yourself 3-6 months of reverse kegel only training exercises outside sex. Do long push out flexes and short burst flexes laying flat on a bed or standing up straight.*I personally hold a LIGHT Reverse kegel the whole time during sex to stay relaxed and in control. I do a strong/hard rev kegel at the PONR to stop ejaculation/spasms. You have to stop thrusting and even sometimes exit vagina when doing the strong reverse kegel to stop ejaculation. Doing strong/hard rev and reg kegels while thrusting in and out can cause ejaculation. Spasms and sensitivity can go away completely and you can last a long time during sex and thrust deep and hard non-stop like a porn star if you have sex 3 times in a row with only a 3-6 minute break between rounds, but you have to not drink alcohol, have a willing sex partner and have a high sex drive/good erections. NEVER masturbate to porn. I actually don't masturbate anymore. Maybe this has helped*too. Too much may be bad. It's not natural. Real SEX is natural. I got prem ejac by masturbating to porn without lube, while doing regular kegels the whole time, for a whole year without a gf and while sitting on a hard chair(puts pressure on the prostate). As soon as I started having sex again I ejaculated in 1 minute.
I can now last from 30 min to sometimes over 1 hour. Another good tip is watching porn without touching yourself, having slow controlled sex and having sex in the most arousing positions to get used to them. That will make all other positions feel like a piece of cake. More sex and less masturbation and porn = less prem ejac. Always try to have sex as often as possible and 2-3 times per encounter. I also believe ultimately, masturbation should be kept to a minimum or almost none at all, especially when in a good sexual relationship. More and more real sex 2-3 times per session=less sperm in the system. Less sperm in the system=last longer. The more you last longer=the more it trains your body and mind to continue to last long.
So....Train your body and mind the right way!!! Hopefully it's through sex and not masturbation. There is nothing like the real thing to practice with.
Once you start progressing and healing yourself, your anxiety level will start to go away and you will be way on your way to a happier new you.

Def cut the porn out. No more masturbation at it. Watch it for a while naked without touching yourself at all for like a month. Only edge without porn. Also try to not ejaculate at the end of edging sometimes. Stay away from reg kegels for a while.

Happened again. I masturbated dry(no lube) to porn and ejacated in 4 minutes. 6 hours later I got a BJ for 10 minutes then lasted 25 min at crazy sex. Btw.... lately I'm trying for longer and longer foreplay to get used to THAT now. Before I would keep it short and was afraid of it cuz it got my to PONR fast. Again, it's back to my personal proven methods. You have to get used to things like sloppy BJs and crazy positions during real sex with a real hot blooded, breathing and naked woman to be able to last longer at those things. Masturbation and edging can help at first, but to me now at this stage it's not natural and might even make me take steps backwards.

High % of Reverse kegels outside of sex, edging WITHOUT porn, not ejaculating EVERY time you masturbate, use ballooning with your edging, not being in the sitting position while edging(puts pressure in your prostate and makes you ejac faster-you need to stand up straight on floor or lay flat on back), watch porn for a bit WITHOUT touching yourself, hold a very light reverse kegel the whole time during sex and do a hard long one at PONR to stop ejac, maybe get a fleshlight, ALWAYS use lube and don't get a disease from a call girl or prostitute.

You can also try a light reverse kegel during masturbation, but later with sex I've learned that a neutral no flex penis position is best. When you reverse kegel and regular kegel, your penis head becomes inflated bigger and that causes ejac. Later when your pelvic floor is at a better balance(more on the reverse kegel side), it will be easier to stay neutral with a penis head that is not pumped up either way. I remember that when I lasted long in the past it's because my penis head was desensitized a bit and my penis head was actually small and not full of blood. I feel that is a HUGE factor. I wish I had a smaller head.

That's hard to answer. I guess I feel a little less pleasure because I'm not as aroused and hypersensitive as before, but I feel tons more pleasure at the same time now because I see my gf being fulfilled and satisfied. I was cured because of a huge amount of different things, exercises, techniques, adjustments, etc.... it's complicated.
I do list them all here in this thread though. You have to look for them.

Glad to hear.... what I tell people is not to worry so much until they start to have more constant sex. You have to get used to it slowly cu it's a brand new thing for the body, mind and penis. Try watching porn for a while without touching yourself at all for like a month to rewire your system and try using a harder grip but with lube at first. Try everything. Experiment. That's what I did. and later when u have constant sex and get better, your anxiety will go down and your confidence will go up. That will be one of the MAJOR cures for prem ejac.
