This exercise uses two hands.

1 .Hand 1: Grip the penis an inch below the glans and pull straight out.

Assisted A-Stretch Penis Exercise

Following are step-by-step video instructions, followed by written instructions, on how to perform the Assisted A-Stretch. This penis enlargement exercise is a modified version of the A-Stretch. You’ll use a cylindrical object, such as a Red Bull can, a thick diameter PVC pipe, or even your own forearm (as you’ll see in the video) to perform this stretch.

Assisted A-Stretch Step-by-Step

The Exercise:
1. Grip the penis approximately one inch below the glans and pull straight out from the body.

2. Place the cylindrical object below the penis and stretch the penis over the object, while simultaneously pushing up on the object.

3. Hold for fifteen to twenty seconds.

V-Jelq

The V-Jelq is a variation of the basic jelqing exercise. It also combines jelqing with stretching. Users have noted it’s an excellent exercise specifically for building a larger glans, in addition to penis enlargement — both length and girth.

Please Note: NEVER jelq with a full erection. The V-jelq should be performed with a a 30 to 60 percent erection.

Step-by-Step Instructions for the Jelqing Exercise the V-Jelq:

  1. Use the OK-grip, and pull straight up on your penis.
  2. Hold the jelq at the glans for one to two seconds, release just before you start the next jelqing move with your other hand.
  3. The next jelq, jelq straight up and to the left.
  4. The third jelq, jelq straight up and to the right.
  5. All three of these jelqs equals one rep.
  6. Continue jelqing for up to 30 reps.

 

 

Erect Stretch

The Erect Stretch enlarges the penis by stretching the penis’s erect tissues. Results from users of the erect stretch include both flaccid-stretched length gains and erect length gains. 1. Hand 1: Grip the penis below the glans, as if you were going to stretch.

3. Bend the penis over the fingers.

4. Hold the bend for twenty to thirty seconds.

Tip! Do an entire flaccid bend workout by repeating steps one through four in each direction. Do this by placing the fingers above the shaft to bend up; to the right of the shaft to bend right; and to the left of the shaft to bend left.

Tip! If you have even more time, repeat the exercise again, but each time place a different number of fingers underneath the penis.

Side Jelq

1. Start a normal Jelq. At the halfway point of jelqing, place your other hand at the base of your penis. This will help build support.

Who doesn’t want to last longer in bed? Even if you don’t have a problem with premature ejaculation, being able to control when you climax can really enhance your sex life and your partner’s.

Orgasming too quickly can have a significant impact beyond the bedroom. Anyone who’s climaxed too quickly knows it can be embarrassing and can really hit your self-confidence hard. It can also lead to relationship problems, especially if your partner feels like they aren’t being fully satisfied.

How Do I Increase My Sexual Stamina & Last Longer in Bed?

There are several techniques you can use to increase your sexual stamina. Stamina issues can be related to psychological components (anxiety, guilt, etc.), physical components or a combination of both. Here are some of the most effective ways you can last longer in bed.

  • Kegels – Kegels for men strengthen the skeletal muscles that support your erection. In fact, men who master Kegeling not only increase their sexual stamina, but can also learn to become multi-orgasmic!
  • Breathe – As you near orgasm, your diaphragm muscles begin to tense, which pushes you toward climax. When you feel you’re reaching this plateau stage, take purposeful, slow, deep breaths. This will relax your diaphragm and allow you to hold off orgasm.
  • Distraction – The old cliche – “Think abbaseballout baseball” – may work for some men, but others have a harder time fully pulling away from the sexual moment before orgasm. Instead of baseball or some other unrelated topic, distract yourself instead by thinking about what your other body parts are doing. Focus on feeling your arms supporting your weight. Are your knees bent or straight? Etc.
  • Switch Positions – If you feel like you’re going to orgasm too quickly, change positions. The few seconds it may take to move around may be just the breather you need to regain control. You’ll also learn which positions are easier for you to increase your sexual stamina.

  • Condoms – Condoms have two benefits for those who’d like to last longer in bed. First, they do slightly reduce the sensation to your penis, which may help your sexual stamina. Second, condoms protect against STDs and unplanned pregnancies, which are worries that can sometimes affect a man’s stamina.
  • Desensitizing Creams – There are climax control gels and creams available that are also designed to numb your penis slightly. Some condoms also come with cream on the inside. The primary challenge with desensitizing creams is it can affect your partner’s ability to orgasm.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy – If you feel like there may be a psychological component to your stamina concerns, a therapist can be very beneficial in helping you deal with these issues. Whether it’s anxiety, guilt, or even relationship problems affecting your performance, they can help you resolve these issues.

Believe it or not, marathon sex sessions every night are not necessarily what every woman wants. Infact, one study in The Journal of Sexual Medicine found the amount of time women preferred for actual intercourse ranged between 3 and 13 minutes. On average, they found couples had sex for 7.3 minutes.  However, these times did not include foreplay. This is where thinking beyond stamina can help you!

Don’t be afraid to spend more time on foreplay with your partner. On average, it takes women 11 minutes to become fully aroused. If your not spending enough time on foreplay, you may just be making things that much more difficult for both you and her. Make an extra effort to be that totally giving lover who doesn’t rush through foreplay, and she may not mind at all if the main event is shorter than average.
