Optimize Multi-Angle Manual Stretching Method

The optimized manual stretching method can be performed any time of the day that is convenient, your choice. Let’s assume that you’re lying down or sitting up in bed or a chair, to optimize or minimize the energy expenditure. You can also perform with or without the bundle or rotation. The three categories for manual stretching are straight down, BTC (between the cheeks or buttock), and straight up to the sternum.

1. Straight down between your legs. With the using an overhand grip, thumb pointing down, with your hand immediately behind the glands, start with right hand, pull your penis straight between your legs, pointing down to your toes, so to speak. The time can be variable but for illustration sake, a time of one minute for each sequence can be used. For this entire exercise, you will start with a total of 12 different angles, which equates to approximately 12 minutes of stretching to begin with.

To continue, perform straight between the legs with your right hand for one minute (elbows locked if possible), and then with your left hand for one minute, then with your right hand under the right leg for one minute then with your left hand under the left leg for one minute. This stretches the shaft and the ligaments. The degree of bundling can be increased very gradually with practice. I do not particularly feel that any more than 360° is necessary and for starters 180°. A bundle is where the penis is turned in a corkscrew fashion either clockwise or counterclockwise. The amount of bundling can be your choice. To avoid over bundling, check your PIs, generally I am inclined to bundle less of a rotation as I personally found the PIs are better this way. Experiment with this

2. BTC category or between the cheeks. Your hand would be overhand grip holding the penis from behind the glands and pull it between your legs. Performed in like manner sequentially to number one, this accentuates the ligaments somewhat more, but also the shaft.

3. Straight up (pointing to your sternum). This is performed in like manner to number one, except that you are pulling your penis in the direction of your sternum, first the right hand for one minute then with the left-hand for one minute pointing to your sternum. Then, with the right hand over the top of your right leg and then with your left hand over your left leg is implemented. Generally I try to lock the elbows per your arm whenever possible to minimize energy consumption; this is not always possible in the straight up configuration.

Again, I would start with no more than one minute for each position; you can use the timer on your phone, or such devices which will notify you after each minute is over. Time may be increased based on your kinesthetic sense or intuition, take your time to increase the tension and time, always be safe.

4. Scrotal stretching. After you acclimate to the first three exercise groups above, scrotal stretching or ball stretching can be initiated. With an overhand grip and ok configuration consisting of your thumb and pointer finger, squeeze gently around the base of your scrotum where it is connected to the shaft regarding the grip. This will cause the testicles to protrude. When you perform this you can also perform a testicular massage. The main principle is with the right hand you can perform this and pull gently outward on the testicles to begin to stretch the scrotum in this particular area. Then you can switch to the left-hand and perform in like manner.

5. Penis and scrotal stretch. This exercise may be performed as follows: repeat number four with the right hand pulling the scrotum, and with left hand pulling the penis, in other words, you are pulling each component in the opposite direction consisting of an integrated penis scrotum stretch, remember to be gentle and then with experience you can progress, never the overzealous with this until your reached expert level. After you have done this for one minute change hands so that the left-hand will be pulling on the scrotum and the right hand pulling on the penis again in opposite direction (penis will be pointing to the right). This may also be performed after some experience, with a bundle configuration of the penis, initially you pull the penis configured so that it is straight rather bundled.

This observation has been taken from experience over time and the success such has brought about. The above exercise can be used with almost any mechanical device, though it is somewhat more specific for the lengthening devices. The general categories of lengthening devices would be weighted hangers, clamp or vacuum, and extenders. Any questions?

My Story

My first interest in male enhancement came about while researching the promotion of the e-book “How To Get Incredibly Huge & Super Strong Naturally.” While researching potential advertising spots, I noticed in the various muscle magazines at the time, there was an inordinate amount of ads for penis enlargement surgeries and pumps. Because of what appeared to be a large demand for those types of services, it was then the decision was made to look into researching “natural,” less intrusive (and expensive) alternatives for increasing the size of the penis without surgery or expensive alternatives to add to the natural weight training/fitness manual.

During this phase of self-education, I learned many of the advertised techniques for “enlargement” did little to nothing to actually improve the function of the penis. On the contrary- most phalloplasties (penis enlargement surgeries) at the time required a 6 weeks minimum rest period of recuperation, during which time the penis and its associated organs are left to flounder in “disuse” (with the exception of post-surgical hanging required to ensure the severed ligaments do not reattach themselves). This is very important as [even then] the chief complaint among men was one of a lack of stamina or erectile ability. While this was usually combined with requests for size increase information too, this led me to think there was a definite relationship between size and optimal functioning.

Several months and some extensive research later, I embarked upon testing the “bonus” penis enlargement routine I added to the bodybuilding course. To my surprise, I started getting, on average, about ten email queries for the PE information for everyone having to do with bodybuilding, powerlifting, or other requests relevant to the fitness manual. Added to this, the request for details for PE information were much more urgent and heartfelt than those for the bodybuilding data. Some of these men were feeling extreme anxiety due to their self-perceived inadequacies and based on those emails, I made the decision to focus my time on the Internet toward furthering male enhancement.

While it wasn’t my initial intention to get involved in the world of male enhancement, it seemed it chose me. As of writing this book (2017), it’s quite humbling to see how far things have come and I haven’t looked back or regretted it ever since. What was once only a very small group using self-experimentation techniques (and with a lot of resistance to boot), has blossomed into a worldwide community that is starting to see backing by medical professionals and mainstream research. While there’s still ways to go, male enhancement has come light years from when it started.

In my opinion, it’s the online male enhancement forums where most of the progress has been made in this field. All thanks to the members of forums like PEGym.com and Matters of Size, and to innovative thinkers like Tom Hubbard, Dr. Howard, Mike Salvini (DLD) and BIB (creator of the BIB Hangers) who have made all of this possible. I must repeat: I’m truly thankful for being able to be a part of it all!

This part also explains the intentions of this publication – it’s not to make anyone a guru or a celebrity, but to help others maximize their potentials and to help them discover their own inner powers. Following is a table detailing the Client Study – Size and EQ Gains

About the Client Study

It’s appropriate to offer some evidence of how men who have used various male enhancement techniques made their gains. The Client Study mentioned toward the end of this publication goes into details, but the thing that stands out is the sheer variety of techniques and effective variations on how each trainee came to their goals. While some commonalities can be seen, there are variations on how each went from start to finish. One constant that can be relied upon for making gains though is “Erection Quality”- or EQ. EQ is a subjective measure of combined stamina and hardness. Trainees with high EQ (or who develop high EQ) often report a much greater rate of gains than trainees who have moderate or poor EQ. In many cases, a trainee with excellent EQ will make gains even if their enlargement-based training is haphazard- as opposed to a trainee with poor EQ who performs their training according to instructions.

Ensuring your EQ is high and continues to grow along with your size is an excellent way to ensure you’re getting the most out of your training.

Q. I’ve been doing some reading about hard gainers and a lot of them complain about a steel cord preventing them from making gains…

…I have a steel cord. Can I still make gains, and if so then how do I train to get them?

Big Al: Many complain about a “steel cord” atop the penis but this is actually known as a part of the penile anatomy known as the septum. It’s a typical part of the male anatomy and any healthy, intact human penis has one. Unless you have another penis you can compare yours to then assessing whether or not your septum is any more resistant to training is futile.

If you want to ensure you get the most out of your length training then do your best to focus on the feel of the stretches as you perform them. You should initially feel a stretch in the ligaments at the base of the penis. As the stretch progresses, the shaft itself should be felt to elongate.

Your post-session state should have your penis appearing elongated and only mildly tired- at most.

Q. I notice in a lot of your advice you don’t make mention of keeping the penis stretched out in an extended state so it can heal longer

…Why is that? Don’t you believe in doing this to make the penis longer?

Big Al: It’s been my experience that recommending additional activity like applying an extender or ADS to an already challenging routine usually causes overtraining. That being said, a properly structured routine can benefit from applying an extender or ADS after stretches- as can be seen in where the “pre-exhaust” method is recommended.

Testing this method out before prolonged application is a must!

For this reason, before taking any penis enlargement supplement, always talk to your doctor before you begin to take it.

When you speak with your doctor, bring with him the ingredient list of the penis enlargement pills you want to take. This way, he or she can ensure there are no ingredients that will negatively interact with any other medications you’re taking, or any of your current medical conditions.

You Won’t Get a Bigger Penis with Penis Enlargement Pills Alone – Not Permanently

Penis enlargement pills, as mentioned, typically work by increasing the blood flow to your penis. Yes, this can give you a harder (and thus bigger) erection. And, the increased blood in your flaccid penis can give you a bigger flaccid penis as well. However, once the supplement is out of your system, your blood flow goes back to normal.

The results are temporary.

The only way to get permanent penis enlargement is to build new penis tissue. The only way this can happen is through creating microtears in the cells of the tissue. Just like lifting weights causes microtears in the muscles of your arms, when these are repaired by the body, you get new and more cells – bigger muscles – bigger penis.

That doesn’t mean penis enlargement pills aren’t useful for permanent penis enlargement. They are! That increased blood flow is a great way to get lots of nutrient-rich blood to your penis after your penis exercises workout! This increased blood flow helps your body do that repair and build new tissue!
