anyone with OEHP (over extended hard flaccid) have erection tightness?
The OEHP doesn't bother me, but when i have erections they feel constricted and i feel these hard ridges going up the shaft.
ok so here is my question I know that your urologists swear by dopplar though from what I've heard dopplar's are really only good for blood flow
what kind of test is good for structural problems? surely there has to be something?
This would be free in Canada and for some pllz, 4k isn't as much compared to the suffering they go through. I feel good, but this could help many pllz. I still have hf but dick is functional. But he should keep us updated on recovery to see if it works
But are you starting to come round to the idea that a 360 degree tear around yhe facsica although aponueric or whatever, would result in massive trauma And aassociated pain etc...And symptoms much much more severe than hf or long flaccid and 'weaker erections?'
And the possibility of a 360 degree tear is massively unlikely nigh on impossible or are you still on platform eleven and three quarters waiting for the surgeons train to arrive?
This is a bullshit thread.
mikecares;11perfect said:No. Fasica in the penis is aponeurotic. This means few BVs and nerves innervating it. This means no pain or swelling necessarily. Read this:
Aponeuroses (plural of aponeurosis: απο, "away" or "of", and νευρον, "sinew", and pronounced ap·o·neu·ro·sis) are layers of flat broad tendons. They have a shiny, whitish-silvery color, are histologically similar to tendons, and are very sparingly supplied with blood vessels and nerves
It makes perfect sense. Tendons are similar material and when you injure a tendon, the same thing happens. After its acute phase, there is no pain at rest or passive range of motion...pain only arise during active ranges of motion. Also, there is no swelling in the tendons and its undetected in a lot of MRIS.
And by severe, what do you mean exactly? Straining your tendon is not severe. You just have reduced function and pain with movement. It still works, but not well (unless rehabbed). Same applies to the penis. It has reduced function, but still works (just not that well).
Veinous leak makes perfect sense too.
They all do.
Supplied with few blood vessels and netves does not mean immune to pain.
With a 360 degree tear to the fascia would present much much worse symtoms.
Theese all sounds like symptoms similar to mine where the weakest and most dysfunctional area was that which counteracts the perennial pull of the bulb.
There is a muscle in the very bottom of the abdomen where it meets your penis - it is also more tendon than muscle.
Similar to rk flex but have a look and feel with that area.
The lower abdominal muscles are as important as the pelvic floor in all this.
They are antagonistic.
I have said this before but everyone yaps sh*t too much lol

no no he has a magical penis tear that is more rare than rocking horse sh*t, dr.notreal is going to fix it for him
Actually, venous leak makes no sense because you can get a solid erection when standing and have sex for a while standing up. I've done it a bunch (but other times yes, it does go down). Again, why would it present worse symptoms? People tear there tendons and can still use there affected area...it just has limited function. Again, if its muscular floor/pelvic floor related, why does pelvic floor therapy not fix the issue? I've been doing it for 3 months (and I did it with a pelvic physio for 5-6 weeks) and saw zero changes. People have been doing it for months and have seen little improvement. Thats cool though...It still works decently (although this last week not so well) and a little cialis can help me out here and there.
The pelvic floor function really makes no sense in a penis jelqing injury. The trauma was at the penis. The penis is affected. When I hurt my back, the pain is AT THE BACK. Not up the back, not below the back. Just accept that a lot of things can cause hard flaccid and this is likely one of them. Just like hairloss pills can, just like hormonal imbalances can, just like a high stress life can and just like a penis injury can. Whats crazy to me is that you think is that OP (some young 20 year old) has gotten a placebo surgery in the 21st century from a highly trained doctor. why do you think the doctor would do such a thing lol? It would serve him zero benefit at all and he is risking his career by doing such a thing...zero logic behind what you're saying
Op messaged me on reddit saying that he got the operation. And is recovering fine. Don't know how he tracked me down but someone's messing with me. Seems fishy
Lol Hahaha. Read the original post he doesn't have time to log in on here because it would interfere with his busy life lol
But he has time to stalk other users on other websites lol
Quality.
If you had a 360 degree tear repaired it might take 4 - 6 weeks to makeFULL recovery but you would definitely notice massive difference after a week or two.
You would know because it would feel very different.
Its fishy alright.
Im quite committed to proving that lol
I know there is a forum on reddit in regards to this:
https://www.reddit.com/r/NoFap/comments/3gxpvp/four_months_ago_i_injured_my_penis_in_an_unusual/
Don't think its OP though
He has been noticing an improvement in symptoms (no more HF, erections feel normal and not constricted). I don't understand why you post here so much if you are recovered...dont you realize all treatment options have been exhausted by most people and yet they still have HF? If its all pelvic physio and relaxation, why are you the only person to have recovered? lol. My dick still works but it is not the same thats for sure. you can spin it however you want but facts are facts.
People with HF either have to learn to live with it and stop masturbating to allow all sexual energy to go into sex or explore possible surgical intervention if there symptoms or too bad. Pelvic physio has not helped anyone in terms of HF-jelqers/stretchers.
