Q. Big Al,
I enjoy the newsletters and find them informitive, thanks. However I
do have a question I have not seen addressed anywhere. Since
starting my exercises about a year ago and seeing some growth, my
penis has become extremely sensitive during sex. I used to be able
to go 30 minutes or more and give my wife anywhere from 3 - 5
orgasms per session consistently. Now I'm lucky if I last 5 minutes
and through one of her orgasms. Her's now set mine off if I can last
that long. Needless to say I'm getting incredibly frustrated by the
whole situation and I know my wife isn't enjoying sex nearly as much
as she has in the past or is capable of. HELP!!!!!!! I look forward
to your response.

Big Al: I would suggest doing the "Stop and Start" method. It's the
perfect exercise for developing sexual stamina, erectile control,
and may even help you become multi-orgasmic.

How it's done: The Stop and Start exercise can be performed with a
partner, but at best it's performed alone.

To begin, simply start by masturbating or if you are using a
partner, begin having sex- an important note if you are using a
partner- you must remain in full control while doing this exercise.

If your partner begins to move or tighten themselves up in any way,
it will interfere with your concentration.

Proceed up until the point right before you ejaculate, THEN STOP!
Rest a bit until you feel you are starting to lose your erection
then proceed to start and stop two more times. AFTER the third time,
you may ejaculate if you wish.

What you are doing with this exercise is building up endurance. As
time goes by, your first sensation of ejaculation should take longer
to achieve. It's important to try to practice this exercise everyday
if you are having problems with premature ejaculation.

Thanks, thats what I wanted to hear. I was scared that once you have become one its impossible to revert back to the old days.

If you've mastered the Stop and Start (edging), you might consider trying a more difficult exercise- know as the "How To Become The Master Of Your Orgasms" movement:

How To Become The Master Of Your Orgasms

Many men never experience the full potential of pleasure that they can receive from their sexual encounters.

This little-known mental/sexual exercise will take you to levels of pleasure and control that you never thought possible.

Step 1

First, you must find a time and a place in which you will be COMPLETELY undisturbed for 20-30 minutes.

Step 2

Lie back naked on your bed (or other comfortable surface) and encircle your penis with your thumb, index, and middle finger.

Place your middle finger on the sensitive spot directly behind your penis head (glans.) Rub your penis until it becomes erect- THEN STOP RUBBING!

Step 3

While maintaining the pressure behind the glans with your middle finger, close your eyes and concentrate as deeply as possible on your most erotic thoughts.

Mastering Your Orgasms Takes Time

At first, it will probably be difficult to concentrate deeply without a break in concentration for any length of time. This is where the mantra "practice makes perfect" comes into play.

It will probably take a dozen sessions or more of 20-30 minutes before you are able to achieve the very deep level of concentration necessary for this exercise to work.

Idk why, but speaking from personal experience, it has take me up to one hour sometimes just to achieve a simple orgasm. Is my penis desensitized and thus, would not fare well using this mastery technique or is there still hope, lol?

This is an exercise for men who have mastered "edging" (or the Stop and Start) and wish to move on to a more challenging movement. It's also for helping to develop the baseline for "Multiple Male Orgasm".

No movement once you've achieved the right degree of erection- merely holding your finger there in that position. You let your mind do the rest.

Not a problem :) Instead of gripping your penis with all of your fingers, you merely use the two mentioned and your thumb. The middle finger rests behind the glans at about the level of the frenulum, and the index right above it- below the meatus (hole). Your index finger remains stationary, and you do the stimulating (and keep the pressure on) with your middle finger.

Also wouldn't this lead to PE? So it is not for people with PE or am I wrong?

To add to the first answer above- once you're ready for this particular exercise, you should have already mastered the techniques and mindset to prevent premature ejaculation.

I'm sure many of us (older guys), as a result of millions of masturbation strokes and porn have lost sensitivity in this area where the middle finger is stimulating. Is there anything we can do to restore sensitivity to this area?

The "How To Become The Master Of Your Orgasms" exercise is not really for men looking to restore sensitivity- it's a very advanced exercise that's to be one after one masters edging/Stop and Starts.

To restore sensitivity, you can perform a "reverse" Stop and Start. That's where you use a very light grip and go straight to ejaculation as quickly as possible. This will lower your sensory threshold.

Big Al!!! Should I incorporate edging with my JP90 routine?? I'm doing 2 days on an 1 day off. But my gf visits and we have sex almost on a weekly or biweekly Basis multiple times in two days. But lately I've been ejaculating way to quick less than 5-10 min. It's stinks. Especially right before she cums. I don't want to overwork my unit though.

if you're having at least 3 sexual encounters a week, you can forgo any edging. Just make sure that your encounters are of sufficient duration and intensity to make up for dropping any normally assigned stamina exercises. Mimic what you'd do with your edging during your sexual encounters. That'll not only help you with your stamina over time, your GF will benefit from the actual technique as well.

could we assume then in addition to porn damage (physcological ) deadened sensitivity may be as much, if not more to blame for poor EQ. Any chance there are topical creams available to help get those nerves dancing again?

If you're not engaging in other sexual activity, that's a good training frequency to use for the Stop and Start.

Not a problem : )

Deadened sensitivity might be a side effect from all of the abuse. It'll certainly contribute to the situation.

The "heated" lubricants should help to enhance sensitivity.
