The only advice I can offer is to do cardio exercises that lasts longer than sex. Then, at least your body will be ready for round two. And, if your body is ready, your mind will be more ready, and your penis will be even more ready.

This is dangerous. If you hold back parts of the ejaculation after it's done. You're pretty much done at this point, I think you must be thinking of orgasms /without ejaculation. But that's just people who's mastered the PC muscle that can get multiple orgasms. As for normal and average people you ejaculate and orgasm at the same time, and it's dangerous to hold back the ejaculation when some of it has already come out. However you can do a kegal at the point when it's a milti second before its "over"

If I recall correctly you PM'ed me five (5) times on the subject of refractory period. I told you it was possible to minimize the refractory period and in the original thread I told the OP that he could avoid the refractory period if he started again before he lost his erection.

It is not uncommon to avoid a refractory period, especially if you haven't seen your love for a long time. The last time it happened to me I was 29.

I have never taken any suppliments specifically for my boner. I will say I notice harder stronger erections and get them easier when I have taken ginko biloba though.
I also notice weaker, softer erections and even struggle to get them if I am on too many stimulants. Such as caffeine or ephedrine. Combine them and it's straight difficult for me to get erect sometimes, and round two likely wont happen at all, or at least not immediately after.

Watch what you put into your body it can have a big effect.

Oh.. The horny goat weed is not so much for erections as it is for "hornyness". I have ginkgo for erections. I read somewhere (and tested) that the horny goat weed speeds up refractory time. It's also said to be a kidney tonic", keeping the kidneys in tip top shape.
I like herbs. Oftentimes they're very good for overall health.

I have tested probably every supplement for erections or just about.
