What’s the best way to tell if I’m using the right level of pressure with my 3 in 1 pump?

A good rule of thumb to use with ANY new exercise or practice: Err on the side of caution with force and duration. The first few sessions with a new method of training should be given over to mastering the form (and wear, if necessary). From there, time and pressure can be adjusted to a proper baseline.

Under no circumstances should bruising, excess soreness, or anything beyond a mild level of discomfort be considered for male enhancement training progress.


Q. You mention different types of sleeves which need to be used for wearing the EPIC Extender. Where can I purchase these sleeves?

Q: I understand that warming up is important for preventing injuries and maximizing training results, but I don’t have access to a hot tub. The heating pad I use for my back is too bulky, and I travel frequently. What would you recommend for warming up?

Any tips for uncut guys using the extender? Can’t see to find a method that doesn’t cause a lot of tissue edema and pain. Haven’t been able to do it longer than 5 mins at the lightest tension level. I have the epic extender.

ANSWER: Uncut men will need to retract their foreskins before setting up the device. You may require Cohesive Tape to wrap and hold back your foreskin.

If you’re new to extending, you should remove the device and vacuum cup after 20 to 25 minutes of wear before removal for a few minutes. During this intervening time, you should inspect the penis for any anomalies and restore circulation with light massage. As you progress in conditioning, you can extend this time up to 40 to 45 minutes.

for the extender, is it possible to make your penis straighter? also, what effects can it have on girth?

ANSWER: There are studies showing that extender use has proven effective in helping with difficult curvature scenarios like Peyronie’s disease*. This gives credence to the probability of congenital curves being affected by extender use.

While extenders target length, gains in girth should be possible- especially if you’re following up your extender training with exercises which stimulate blood flow and circumferential tissue expansion like Erect Kegels and edging.

Do you know how to avoid blister or edema idk what its call i used the epic ads for around 3 hours and when i took off my foreskin was like swollen like it has a type of liquid which caused the foreskin to become bigger?

ANSWER: If you’re new to using the EPIC All Day Stretcher, it would be best to start with no more than 15 minutes of work, to test. You should remove the EPIC Cup after 20 minutes of wear. As you progress in conditioning, you can extend this time up to 40 to 45 minutes before removing, over time.
