12 hours yesterday, keeping my average at 12 hours for the week so far. 5 of my sessions ended in fatigue. Today might be less productive because I got a later start and I'm having to rely on the belt system more while out in public. 57 hours left in this measurement interval. My goal is to finish that in the next 5 days.

I am eager to put together version 2.0 of my new extender attachment. Tracking for the strap that I ordered shows it arriving tomorrow or the next day. My plan is similar to what I did with the first model, except replacing the wooden tongue depressor with this piece of 3/4" polyester webbing to increase the comfort. I will cut another 2.5" by 12" piece of leather and then fold it over the strap so that it covers both sides with about 1" of the strap extending above the leather to hold the stack of washers that will serve as the groove to latch on the phallosan tension clip. I will use contact cement to attach the end of the leather to one side of the strap, and then sew those two layers together to reinforce the connection. I will then use the contact cement to glue the leather down on the other side of the strap, covering the sutures, so that the part that will be touching my skin will be smooth. The end of the strap extending below the leather I will leave long enough so that it can fold up and snap onto the stack of washers. This will help keep the layers of the wrap from shifting. If you followed my description, let me know if you have any suggestions before I build it.

11 hours yesterday but only 3 sessions ending in fatigue because I was using the conventional belt system for most of the day. I am now averaging just under 11.8 hours per day so far this week. I have procured all of the supplies I need to build my revised wrap-style extender attachment, and I will try to work on that this evening if I can find the privacy. 46 hours left until my next official measurement, which I should reach sometime early next week.

I put together most of my new extender attachment this evening. I affixed the washers and snap to the strap and glued down the first layer of leather. Once the contact adhesive has cured over night, I will sew that first layer of leather to the strap to reinforce the connection and then I will fold the second layer of leather over the other side of the strap and glue it down to cover the stitches for a smooth contact area with my skin. I decided to move the snap down onto the strap rather than placing it at the top of the washer stack so that the strap might secure the leather without the need for the velcro cable ties I used on my first model. I don't have a soldering iron, so I had to use an open flame to seal the polyester webbing's cut ends and holes. I worried that it would look crude, but everything turned out pretty nice so far. I am looking forward to testing it late tomorrow or the next day after the contact adhesive is totally set.

Thanks! I will post a picture once I get the extender attachment put together and tested out. It still relies on the phallosan belt and tension clip so it isn't totally DIY, but I will use it in place of the phallosan vacuum bell in social settings where the bulge from that attachment is too conspicuous. You can see the first version I made in my album here (https://www.pegym.com/forums/members/pudendal-albums-phallosan-modifications.html), along with some other phallosan modifications I have tried over the years. I am happy with the way the first model works, but I am hoping it will be more comfortable and secure with the changes I have made.

10 hours yesterday with just 2 of the sessions ending in fatigue. My average for the week is now down to 11.4 hours per day. To finish the week with an 11+ hours per day average, I need to complete at least 20 hours in the next two days. To reach 800 hours and finish this measurement interval in the next 3 days, I would need to average 12 hours per day. This might not be feasible. My silicone sleeve burst a hole where it contacts the rim of the vacuum bell while I was out today, so I had to take it off until I could get home to fix it. I finished sewing my new extender attachment this afternoon and it looks good. It should be ready to test by tomorrow.

11 hours yesterday with 4 of the sessions reaching fatigue. My average for the week so far is now 11.3 hours per day. Just 25 hours left until I reach 800 hours and take my next official measurement. Here is my thinking: I need to complete this 400 hour measurement interval in 40 days or less to keep the average for the whole interval above my goal of 10 hours per day. It is looking like I should be able to finish in 38 or 39 days (since my last measurement threshold on day 55). I tested out my new DIY wrap-style extender attachment while out to lunch with friends today. It is a little challenging to put on, but seems to work pretty well once properly secured. I will write up a more detailed post about it in my phallosan review thread soon. I think it could be a game-changer, increasing my time by 2-4 hours per day and allowing for better continuity.

12 hours yesterday, including about 1.5 hours using my new DIY wrap-style extender attachment while out to lunch with friends. I posted about it in my phallosan review thread here (https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-devices-forum/63419-phallosan-forte-review-26.html#post1417012). 3 of my sessions ended in fatigue. This has been my best week since resuming my routine, totaling 80 hours (up 4 hours from my previous best week), for an average of just over 11.4 hours per day.

Week 1: 42 hours total (averaging 6.0 hours per day)
Week 2: 44 hours total (averaging 6.3 hours per day)
Week 3: 48 hours total (averaging 6.9 hours per day)
Week 4: 44 hours total (averaging 6.3 hours per day)
Week 5: 56 hours total (averaging 8.0 hours per day)
Week 6: 51 hours total (averaging 7.3 hours per day)
Week 7: 65 hours total (averaging 9.3 hours per day)
Week 8: 75 hours total (averaging 10.7 hours per day)
Week 9: 76 hours total (averaging 10.9 hours per day)
Week 10: 64 hours total (averaging 9.1 hours per day)
Week 11: 69 hours total (averaging 9.9 hours per day)
Week 12: 71 hours total (averaging 10.1 hours per day)
Week 13: 80 hours total (averaging 11.4 hours per day)

I achieved fatigue 25 times this week for an average of just under 3.6 times per day. This is the first complete week keeping track of the number of sessions reaching fatigue, but it is slightly up from the last three days of the week prior when I averaged 3.3 times per day. I am now 13 hours away from completing this measurement interval. I will try to mark 800 hours since resuming my routine by the end of today.

Day 92
Running Hours Tally: 787

Weekly Extending Hours Percentage: 80/168= 47.6%

Since I now have a DIY wrap-style attachment that I can use in public, and don't have to worry as much about trying to make the bulge from the vacuum bell more discrete, I am considering moving up from the large phallosan bell to the XL. Sometimes it is difficult for me to squeeze into the large bell, especially toward the end of the day when extravascular fluid has accumulated. I have read different opinions about whether a larger bell can promote girth gains. I don't think there is any doubt that the larger bell will give me more edema, which could cause my lymphatic congestion to flare up, irritate my skin, and potentially lead to blisters. The silicone sleeve I am currently using will need to be replaced soon. I think I will try the XL bell for a few sessions when I start a new sleeve and see how it feels.

I gotta disagree with that. I cant see addition of manuals being less effective.

Check this thread out:
https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-devices-forum/68720-my-pe-routine-phallosan-tips.html

More posts I wrote back in 2014-15 promoting the idea of preexhausting the tissue to better induce fatigue during phallosan sessions:

Are you reaching fatigue when you wear the phallosan? When I've used the phallosan belt system alone, I almost never experience fatigue except very rarely at the end of a long continuous session. However, I've found using my rod-extender/phallosan adapter that I can induce fatigue within about an hour. When I switch to the belt system after using the rod-extender base, the sensation of fatigue returns and I can ride this out where I get several sessions each day that culminate in fatigue. Maybe you could try mixing in some rod-extender hours like I do, or try to induce some pre-fatigue with manual stretching before applying the phallosan belt system. Also, even your 8 hours per day (8x7=56) doesn't quite reach the 60hrs/week threshold that KITM says is necessary to see discernible phallosan gains. Here's a post I wrote about maximizing the impact of your phallosan hours: https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-devices-forum/63419-phallosan-forte-review-16.html#post943817. Good luck!

I wear the phallosan in the high-green to low-yellow range. If you've gotten accustomed to the device, you could probably verge on the yellow level, but I feel like you're more prone to get injuries if you use the high-yellow or red tension for any extended time. Not sure if the "soreness" you describe is good or bad. Try to avoid pain but achieve the achy "fatigue" sensation around the ends of your sessions where you feel the need to remove the device or reduce the tension. I don't always reach fatigue with just the phallosan belt system, but some rod-extending or manual stretches before switching to the phallosan belt can help promote fatigue.

Measurement day! After reaching 800 hours since resuming my routine last night (13 hours with 4 fatigue responses yesterday), I measured this morning. These are my initial findings that I will confirm over the course of the next few days:

BPEL: 7-1/8" (up 1/8")
NBPEL: 6-5/8" (up 1/8")
BPFSL: 7-5/8" (up 1/16")
MEG: 5" (no change)

I still seem to be gaining at a rate of about 1/8" for every 400 hours of extending. This BPEL finding is a new maximum for me, 1/8" above my last official measurement and my previous maximum before suspending my routine a couple years ago. It is 1/4" above my baseline before resuming my routine, which I think is outside the margin of measurement error. My BPFSL looks to be incrementally up by about 1/16" from my last official measurement, but it is still 1/16" below the maximum I recorded in 2015. My girth looks to be unchanged. It took me 38 days to complete this measurement interval, 17 days fewer than the previous 400 hours (which included my gradual reacclimation to the vacuum). I averaged 10.4 hours per day (meeting my 10+ hours per day goal). Overall, I am happy to see my best BPEL measurement yet, but I can't get too excited for such a small increase in size from such a large investment of time and energy. Maybe if I keep growing at a rate of 1/8" per 400 hours and reach 7-1/4" BPEL at my next measurement it will feel like more of an accomplishment.

Day 93
Running Hours Tally: 800 (2,400 total)
Daily Extending Hours Percentage: 13/24= 54.2%
Weekly Extending Hours Percentage: 13/24= 54.2%

With the added data point from this morning's measurement, my long-term goal still looks to be far away. I will measure again over the next few days to confirm my findings, but it seems safe to say that I am still gaining at about the same rate of 1/8" for every 400 extending hours. Conceding that a plateau is eventually likely, if we nevertheless extrapolate out at my current pace, it would take me 2,800 more hours to reach 8" BPEL and probably at least another 400 hours to cement those gains. I completed the past 400 hours in 38 days (17 days better than the previous interval), and I think it might be possible to shave about a week off of that time if I really perfected my strategy, but this still leaves more than a month for every 400 hours. I cannot sustain this intensity for 8+ more months.

Soon after resuming my routine, I wrote about setting a more realistic intermediate-term goal (https://www.pegym.com/forums/progress-forum/112040-phallosan-sequel-7.html#post1386688). At that time I said that I wanted to commit to 4 measurement intervals of 400 hours each, for a total of 1,600 hours since resuming my routine to match the 1,600 hours I completed a couple years ago. This would put me at 3,200 total extending hours using the phallosan and the various modified systems I have made. I had been hoping that my growth rate might increase because of my deconditioning break and my concentrated routine, but no such luck it seems.

So, if I keep to that original plan, finishing 2 more intervals before another hiatus, and continue to gain at the same rate, I would be about 7-3/8" when I stopped. Based on my size regression last time, I could expect to lose about 1/8" and settle back to around 7-1/4". Restarting my routine again later would require at least a couple months to catch back up. As much as I hate to accept that kind of setback, for the sake of focusing on other more important life priorities I think I will stick to this plan.

That means I am now halfway through this round of extending. If I can get my daily average up to 12 hours per day, I can reach my next official measurement at 1,200 hours in about 34 days and could finish at 1,600 hours in about 67 days. That would put me right at day 160. My overall daily average time would match my goal of 10+ hours per day if I can reach 1,600 by day 160, so I think that is a good objective. This will be difficult because it means I will have to sustain a rate that I haven't been able to achieve yet for any of the 13 weeks I have completed. My average for the first 400 hours was just over 7.3 hours per day, my average for the next 400 hours was over 10.4 hours per day, for an overall average of just over 8.6 hours per day for the first 800 hours. My average for the next 800 will have to be just under 12 hours per day to finish in 67 more days.

11 hours yesterday with 5 of the sessions ending in fatigue, bringing my average for the week to 12 hours per day. Since my goal has been 10+ hours per day, I was setting the timer on my phone for 10 hours, pausing it during each break, and then noting my time based on how close I got to completing that goal or if I had to add time at the end when I went beyond 10 hours. Now that my goal is 12 hours per day to reach 1,600 hours by day 160, I have decided to start setting my timer for 12 hours. My silicone sleeve gave out yesterday, so when I started a new sleeve, I decided to try the XL bell. Although my MEG is only about 5", I have a prominent glans, and it is often difficult to fit inside the large bell by the end of the day. I easily fit inside the XL bell. It is probably a little too big, especially early in the day before extravascular fluid has accumulated. My glans doesn't fully pack the bell like it did with the large. I think I will stick with it for now since it hasn't seemed to exacerbate my lymphatic congestion, and some users believe the larger bell helps promote girth gains.

Great progress log Pudendal! You have seen much earned gains from your efforts.

Question: You haven't logged non-stretched flaccid gains--Has your hanging flaccid increased much with your Phallosan routine? Sadly, I never reached measurable length gains with the Phallosan, but I did experience decent flaccid length gains.

Hey Greg, Thanks for stopping by! Flaccid hang is such a fickle lover. It fluctuates with so many variables from arousal, to temperature, to recent PE, that I can't really get a standardized measurement other than BPFSL. My phallosan routine does appear to enhance the size of my flaccid hang, but it is hard to say how much of this is because of residual fluid accumulation from the vacuum. There are times when I see it in the mirror and think it looks impressive, but I wonder if it would look the same after a couple of rest days.

11 hours again yesterday with 6 of the sessions reaching fatigue. My average for the week so far is now just under 11.7 hours per day. I want to write a little more about the importance of achieving fatigue and maximizing the value of extending hours. I find that I have to end a session for 1 of 3 reasons. The first is some kind of diversion, most often having to use the toilet, but maybe a social event that requires me to stop or switch my extender attachment system to a more discrete option. The second reason to end an extending session is a side effect like pain, numbness, or discoloration, most often chaffing from the foam ring on the phallosan belt system or the base of my rod extender, but occasionally something else like skin pinching. Third is the advantageous reason to end a session, achieving fatigue: that sweet, achy feeling of tissue exhaustion which seems to correspond with the body's signalling to adapt to the traction.

The more sessions that I can get to fall into category 3 the better. If I can avoid stopping a session for reasons 1 or 2 long enough, eventually fatigue sets in. Even those sessions which have to end before fatigue aren't for naught, but lay the groundwork for a faster fatigue response during subsequent sessions. This is where strategies of pre-exhausting the tissue, and consecutive sessions comes into play. By starting the next session soon after finishing the last, more of that residual tissue exhaustion carries over. Sometimes when a side effect like chaffing is the reason to stop the session, I can immediately switch sides on the phallosan belt without removing the bell, or lift the angle of my rod extender to restore blood flow to the angry skin on my scrotum for a few minutes, without really taking a break. This always puts off fatigue longer than if I had been able to carry on, but it allows the fatigue to arrive sooner than if I had taken a real break. Similarly, a rod-extender session which brings on fatigue faster can make the next session with the belt system more likely to reach fatigue, or manual stretches (and maybe hanging which I haven't tried) before a session can lower that fatigue threshold. I think this is the best schema to think about how to make the most of your extending hours.

12 hours yesterday with 4 of the sessions ending in fatigue. My average so far this week is 11.75 hours per day. I need to make up an hour sometime in the next couple days to get my average up to my 12 hour goal. After confirming my measurements the past couple days I am confident that the figures I reported on Tuesday are pretty accurate. I'll wait to take my next official measurement when I reach 1,200 hours. I have been experimenting with my DIY wrap-style attachment and had a lot of success during one session by adding a baby sock with the toe cut off as padding to avoid skin pinching. However, the next time I tried that strategy, I had slipping and had to excuse myself from dinner to remove the device. If I am going to use the sock, I have to be sure to get the wrap wound up tight enough. If I don't use the sock, I have to be sure my skin is not caught between the layers of the wrap. Either way, it requires a lot of attention while putting it on to get it right. I noticed on ebay several options for leather harness-type attachments fastened with a shoe lace. The reviews for these also complain about skin pinching. I might try to make my own with the scrap of leather I have left.

I am happy with my wrap-style attachment that I have been using for a couple hours per day while around friends or family in place of the conspicuous vacuum bell, but it requires a lot of care while putting it on to avoid skin pinching or slipping during use. Here is a picture of the harness-style attachment I mentioned which might be easier to secure. There are many similar items on ebay. Sometimes they are sold with a leg strap or a weight to connect to. The only listing I see with any reviews has complaints of skin pinching from the laces in the eyelets. They are pretty inexpensive so it might be worth trying to somehow fasten the phallosan tension clip to that D-ring, but I have a scrap of leather left from my previous DIY projects and I have some ideas of ways to improve the design. I think I will try to make something like this when I can find the time.

12 hours yesterday with just 3 fatigue responses, bringing my average for the week to 11.8 hours per day. I need to complete 25 hours in the next 2 days to finish the week with a 12 hours per day average. I decided to switch back from the XL bell to the large bell after finding a lot of edema and my lymph vessel became indurated again last night. I probably should be starting with the large bell early in the day and then switching to the XL bell after my glans becomes engorged and harder to fit. I did this before when I was between the medium and large size bells, and it worked pretty well, but I would rather not have to keep switching my sleeve between the bells or put another sleeve on the second bell. I noticed a crack forming in the foam ring of my phallosan belt. It hasn't split all the way through yet, but I suspect it will soon unless I tape over it. I have read about other users who encountered this problem. I could probably email the phallosan customer support and request a replacement, but I would rather not worry about one of my roommates receiving the package. I think I will try tape for now and see if that solves the problem. I recently started putting the ring around both my shaft and balls for the hours when I am sleeping in the device to reduce chaffing. I wonder if this change is what caused the ring to crack.
