10 hours yesterday. I was able to reach my goal time, but I didn't make up for any of the lost ground from the past few days. I am now averaging about 9.7 hours per day. To finish the week with a 10+ hours per day average, I have to complete 12 hours today.

I like your logging style. Keep it up. Maybe after you logg in over 1000 hours and get some gains, i will finally buy one.

Thanks Beefster, I gained about 1/2" from more than 1600 hours a couple years ago. You can check out my old log and my review thread for more details. Then I lost about 1/8" when I had to stop for work responsibilities. Since resuming my routine 11 weeks ago, I'm now up to 636 hours (2,236 hours in total) and gained back that lost 1/8" at my last official measurement. The past few weeks have been my most consistent, so I'm hoping for even better progress at my next measurement when I reach 800 hours. The phallosan is definitely an investment of money and time, but I've been happy with my results.

11 hours yesterday. I came up just 1 hour short of averaging my 10 hours per day goal. This was 5 hours better than last week and my third best week since resuming my routine.

Week 1: 42 hours total (averaging 6.0 hours per day)
Week 2: 44 hours total (averaging 6.3 hours per day)

Week 5: 56 hours total (averaging 8.0 hours per day)
Week 6: 51 hours total (averaging 7.3 hours per day)
Week 7: 65 hours total (averaging 9.3 hours per day)
Week 8: 75 hours total (averaging 10.7 hours per day)
Week 9: 76 hours total (averaging 10.9 hours per day)

I have some issues with my teeth that really bother me. They seem obvious to me when I see myself smile in pictures or in the mirror, but I guess they are subtle to most people. If you saw me, you might notice something was off with my smile, but wouldn't be able to say exactly what the problem is offhand. I was hoping to get some orthodontic work done, but it proved to be currently infeasible because of some logistic and financial complications. When that fell through, I decided to restart my PE routine since I had success in the past and knew it is something I could do to improve my self image.

Do you see the effort you devote to PE as a trade-off to other bodily changes you could be trying to achieve which might make you more obviously attractive, or does success with PE make you more confident that other changes are also possible with the same kind of dedication? Hopefully I'll be able to have orthodontic work done in the future. I am pretty slim, but if I had the time to work out, I would like to increase my muscle mass and bring my body fat percentage down a few points. I have hair on my penis shaft, scrotum, butt crack, and back that I would like to have removed when I have the funds. I also have some scars and moles that I want removed. I'm curious if people who believe they can change the size of their penis are more likely to try to change other physical traits. Besides PE, what other kinds of body modification have you tried or are you interested in?

10 hours yesterday. I now have 154 hours left in this measurement interval. To reach 800 hours within 100 days since resuming my routine, I need to keep my average above 7.3 hours per day. Hopefully I'll reach that milestone a few days early. I still haven't received a shipping confirmation for the leather that I ordered for my DIY wrap extender attachment project.

11 hours yesterday. I read through IronMonkey's old phallosan log last night (https://www.pegym.com/forums/progress-forum/64121-ironmonkey-phallosan-progress-log.html). Like me, he wasn't taking rest days, but like Kickinthemebs (who did take rest days), he was sometimes completing 20+ hour days. He logged almost 1,000 hours at that intensity before he decided to switch up his routine, after getting a minor skin injury and some mental burn out. He reported a .4" gain in 968.5 hours. This helps ease my frustration about my own slow growth rate. I am not striving for as many hours per day as IronMonkey and Kickinthemebs completed at the height of their phallosan routines, but I would like to increase my average by a few hours per day. Hopefully this leather wrap attachment that I plan to make will help me keep extending while in social settings where the phallosan vacuum bell is too conspicuous. I received the shipping notice for the leather last night. I still have a few other supplies to purchase.

11 hours again yesterday. I am currently averaging 10.7 hours per day this week. For the past few days, I have been making more of an effort to use my DIY rod extender adapter with my phallosan vacuum bell attachment whenever possible. I am still using the traditional phallosan belt system when out in public and when I go to sleep, but the rod extender always seems to bring on fatigue faster, and I get fatigue with the belt system quicker if I have already achieved fatigue using the rod system that day. If I just use the belt system it might take all day before I finally feel fatigue after several sessions and then maybe it returns one more time after a final session while I sleep. When mixing in a couple sessions with the rod extender adapter, I experience fatigue maybe 3 or 4 times in a day. Now, by using the rod system more, I have gotten up to 5 or 6 sessions ending in fatigue per day. My penis always gets very elastic and heavy if I'm able to make that happen. I think this is an important factor in maintaining a discernible growth rate. I read through bluestealth's thread about hitting a plateau after 500 hours (https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-devices-forum/103916-phallosan-gains-stopped-after-500-hours.html) despite using the phallosan for 12-14 hours per day. I wonder if he was still achieving fatigue after his gains stopped. I use a baby sock with the toe cut off to pad the base of my rod extender. It was getting old and discolored and hadn't been washed, so I replaced it with a new one. Maybe it is all in my head, but I feel like the clean sock isn't chaffing my scrotum as much as the old one.

While I found a 1/8" increase in BPEL at my last official measurement, I am concerned that I haven't seen much in the way of BPFSL gains since resuming my routine and I was still below my previous maximum at my last informal reading (around 600 hours). I will take another preliminary stretched flaccid measurement when I reach 700 hours and then an official measurement with my BPEL at 800 hours. If we apply the TGC theory, this would suggest that I have gotten some smooth muscle growth or improved eq, but haven't significantly increased the length of my tunica. This seems strange since I am only extending, which should be predominately a length-focused activity. I am considering adding some manual bundled stretches to my routine to target the tunica and help pre-exhaust the tissue. Beefster and Kickinthemebs advocate bundled stretches. I have tried them a few times but never consistently. Let me know what you think!

Good news/bad news. Unfortunately, I had a flare up of my lymphatic congestion last night and couldn't wear the phallosan to bed so I finished just 8 hours. This brings my average for the week down to 10 hours per day. On the positive side of the ledger, I had unscrewed my rod extender to it's maximum length before I had to stop for the day! I checked and this isn't because the screws in the pistons came loose like before. I'm not ready to add another inch-long standoff to the rods because I'm at that in-between stage where it would be too much tension at the beginning of the session but I could use the extra length by the end of the session after the tissue has relaxed. I only have 2 spare 1-inch pieces to add to the rods, and maybe I'll be able to use them soon. I have a guest staying with me tonight so that will limit my extending hours today.

Opinion on following:

Using the phalosan for say 2-3 hours, then taking it off and doing a 10-20min stretching workout, put phalosan back on for 2-3 hours, and another stretch workout, and back on.

I think its other way around...people that are likely to change physical traits, eventually make their way into PE. Some start with PE and grow into lifting/diet/etc.

I first started with lifting, then I wanted to modify other things.

I was able to complete just 8 hours yesterday with my house guest visiting, but I did reach fatigue 4 times. This week's average is now down to 9.6 hours per day. Tracking for the leather that I ordered shows it arriving today, so yesterday I purchased the other supplies that I need, and maybe I will be able to put together my "splint-style extender attachment" project over the next couple days. Unfortunately the adhesive I bought isn't what I thought it was, so I'll have to take it back and exchange it. The piece of leather I ordered is supposed to be 12x12 inches square. A user named 10>7 tells me that the phallogauge silicone wrap is approximately 2.5 to 3 inches wide and about 8 inches long (https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-devices-forum/89613-has-any-one-used-phallogauge.html#post1409949). Part of me thinks cutting a wider piece of leather would give more surface area to grip, but the other part of me thinks this would leave less of my shaft under tension. I'm also not sure if a longer piece would hold together better or would be more likely to unwrap/loosen. I plan to use velcro cable ties to keep it together and a wooden tongue depressor to reinforce the attachment point where I will sandwich a few washers to create a groove that the phallosan tension clip can snap into. Let me know if you have any suggestions before I get started!

I am considering adding some manual bundled stretches to my routine to target the tunica and help pre-exhaust the tissue.

While I haven't tried it yet, I believe there is some utility in using manual stretches to pre-exhaust the tissue before starting a phallosan session. I think it is probably less useful to stretch manually between back-to-back sessions and might be just as effective, or maybe even more effective, to just get the extender back on and continue. However, if you complete a session and can't start another consecutive session but have to take a break because of privacy limitations or other activities longer than the time it takes to pee, then it would probably be worthwhile to take the time to manually stretch again before resuming. I think this strategy would help induce fatigue faster and more frequently. Increasing the number of sessions when I use my rod extender adapter has been serving a similar function by achieving fatigue more frequently and then faster when I switch back to the phallosan belt on subsequent sessions. If I don't see some improvement in my BPFSL soon, I might start adding manual stretches to my routine, especially bundled stretches.

I gotta disagree with that. I cant see addition of manuals being less effective.

Check this thread out:

Why ask the question if you have already made up your mind about the answer? I've thoroughly read through all of Kickinthemebs phallosan tips and progress log threads. Just to be clear, my opinion is that manual stretching would be an advantageous addition to extending before any session coming off of a break more than 10 minutes or so, including the first session of the day. My only point of contention is that, I believe it might be as effective or maybe more effective to maintain the continuity of the extending routine if consecutive sessions are possible rather than interrupting them by taking the time to do manual stretches in between. Kickinthemebs gained the most length from the phallosan when he was clocking 12-15 hour days and often reached 20+ hours, supplemented by manual exercises once a day. He wasn't pulling on his dick at every break.

Mebs and I contemporaneously discussed with DreamOn in my Phallosan Review Thread about techniques to pre-exhaust the tissue to bring on fatigue faster during a phallosan session:

I was also playing around with the idea of instead of increasing the tension with the phallosan, perhaps there could be other ways to ride into the fatigue quicker so as to maximize the effectiveness of the phallosan at these lower tensions. I know other things have been done with hanging, i.e. doing a manual stretch routine before hanging etc.

Perhaps a similar approach could be taken so as to keep the phallosan tension in the sweet spot zone. These stretching routines before going in, OR perhaps mix it up and do some hanging sets too.

If one can have time, pre-exhausting the tunica/ligaments is always a benefit prior to doing the main routine. Manual and hanging are very good ways to pre-exhaust before wearing the Phallosan Forte for the remaining of the day as it will help fatigue the user faster which gives the user a better chance of gaining.

I've really been enjoying the sensation of achieving fatigue in my rod-based extender with the modified phallosan bell and then sustaining some of that sensation as I switch to the belt system

When Mebs moved on to moderate-weight, long-duration hanging sessions he reported that fatigue was quicker to return when the sessions were closer together than if they were separated by several hours. A user named traderace who gained 1.25" with the phallosan emphasizes the importance of longer consecutive sessions being more productive than the same number of hours interrupted by breaks. You can check out his thread here (https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-devices-forum/91368-2000-hours-phallosan-bathmate-x30.html).

I want to use pre-exhaustion strategies to get my first fatigue for the day to come as soon as possible, but then I want to keep the momentum going with consecutive sessions where the fatigue sets in sooner and sooner. If I have to take a sizable break, then I might use manual stretches or my rod-extender to jumpstart the cycle again. But this is all hypothesizing about how to marginally improve results. I think the most important thing with extending is to do whatever you can to get in your hours and make it fit with your lifestyle. This DIY project I'm working on will hopefully help me bridge those hours in social settings where the phallosan bell is too conspicuous. I hope you decide to get the phallosan and test this manual stretching + extending strategy!

I completed 10 hours yesterday with four of the sessions ending in fatigue. I need at least 12 hours today to finish the week with a 10+ hours per day average. My leather arrived and I have been working on my DIY "splint-style extender attachment" today. I have run into some complications but I should be able to finish building it by tomorrow. It remains to be seen if it will be able to generate sufficient grip without restricting circulation. I decided to make the wrap about 2.5" wide and about 11" long. This is about the same width as the phallogauge but a little longer. I can always cut it if I decide it would be less likely to unravel if it was shorter. I have enough leftover leather to make two more wraps if I want to modify the design.

View attachment 91540

13 hours yesterday, including 1 hour using my new splint-style extender attachment. I only achieved fatigue twice because I spent most of the day using the traditional phallosan belt system while out shopping for and building my DIY project. This brings my total for the week to 71 hours, averaging just over 10 hours per day. This is my third best week since resuming my routine.

Week 1: 42 hours total (averaging 6.0 hours per day)
Week 2: 44 hours total (averaging 6.3 hours per day)
Week 3: 48 hours total (averaging 6.9 hours per day)
Week 4: 44 hours total (averaging 6.3 hours per day)
Week 5: 56 hours total (averaging 8.0 hours per day)
Week 6: 51 hours total (averaging 7.3 hours per day)
Week 7: 65 hours total (averaging 9.3 hours per day)
Week 8: 75 hours total (averaging 10.7 hours per day)
Week 9: 76 hours total (averaging 10.9 hours per day)
Week 10: 64 hours total (averaging 9.1 hours per day)
Week 11: 69 hours total (averaging 9.9 hours per day)
Week 12: 71 hours total (averaging 10.1 hours per day)

I wrote up a more in-depth post about my new attachment in my old Phallosan Review Thread (https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-devices-forum/63419-phallosan-forte-review-25.html#post1413818) because that is where I have documented all of my other DIY phallosan modifications. So far, I am pretty happy with how it turned out. I used it for a 2.5 hour session while out to lunch with friends today. It isn't as comfortable as the phallosan vacuum bell, but I didn't experience any numbness or discoloration. The stretch felt pretty engaged throughout the session and it seemed like I might have been verging on some fatigue by the time I took it off. The main benefit is that it is completely inconspicuous under my pants.

I passed 700 hours since resuming my routine. I took another preliminary BPFSL measurement and it might be incrementally up by about 1/16", but that is certainly within the margin of measurement error. Still, it is a good sign since that metric didn't seem to be showing much improvement. I will take official erect and stretched flaccid measurements when I reach 800 hours.

12 hours yesterday with 4 of the sessions ending in fatigue. I think I will start keeping track of how many times I reach fatigue each day and week. I averaged 3.3 fatigue responses per day for the past 3 days of last week. I would like to get that average up to 5+ times per day. 81 hours left until my next official measurement.

I used my DIY splint-style attachment for 1 hour today while eating dinner with friends. It worked fine, but I am already thinking of ways to improve the design. Since I have enough leather left to make 2 more wraps, I am going to experiment with other options. I plan to replace the wooden tongue depressor with a piece of 3/4" polyester webbing. This should improve the comfort since it will be less rigid. I also plan to loop the strap around the bottom of the wrap and snap it onto the stack of washers to keep the layers of the wrap together. I ordered a piece of webbing, but it won't arrive for several days. I also need to purchase the snap. I am debating if I can glue the leather onto the polyester webbing or if I should figure out how to sew it together.

12 hours again yesterday with 4 of the sessions ending in fatigue. 69 hours left in this measurement interval, and I am feeling confident that I will have some gains to report based on wrapping both hands around my erect shaft and the length of my rod extender. The first 400 hours since resuming my routine mostly just made up for the size lost during my deconditioning break. I am excited that the results of this 400 hour interval could be a new maximum.
