Just edited my signatures as i achieved 6 inches NBPEL mark yesterday. EQ is sky rocketing with daily morning woods. I must say i am addicted to PE and this forum. Just a look down there makes me smile for what i have achieved and from where i started. How can i thank you people and this site for contributing towards my success... Love and Regards to all pals for contributing to this forum and towards my success in one way or the other.

mraveragenomore...I am on JP's 90 days program since the very beginning and haven't felt the need to move to more advanced exercises as yet. I may adopt advanced exercises if growth is stalled. Lots of rest days and truly following PIs are the key factors to my gaining. My observation is that one basically gains during rest periods. A 15 day break after 2-3 months always has something positive for me. Hope this helps !!

I think a break of 15 days or so after 2-3 months can always trigger growth and i certainly believe that you grow more during the break period. The aim is to grow and not to fatigue the penis and the rest period provides that cushion. Senior members on here can shed some more light on this but it works for me...
