I finished 10 hours yesterday with 2 fatigue responses. This makes my average for the week so far just under 10.7 hours/day. To finish the week with an 11 hours/day average, I need to complete 13 hours today. Since I passed 1,000 hours, I took an informal BPFSL measurement and found no definitive change from the 7-5/8" I recorded at my last official measurement. It might be slightly above that line, but still clearly below the 7-11/16" maximum BPFSL I recorded a couple years ago before suspending my routine. Because my stretched flaccid length has been so recalcitrant, I really want to get back to that maximum by my next official measurement in 190 hours.

Since passing 1,000 hours, I have to admit that I am really ready for this round of extending to be over. Recently I've been sick and had more pressure from work deadlines, and it has made these incremental increases in my cock size seem less consequential. However, I was only 1/8" above my previous maximum BPEL at my last measurement, and the thought of squandering all of this effort to see my gains relapse is keeping me going. In less than 590 more hours, I hope my BPEL will have reached around 7-3/8" which might settle back to around 7-1/4". I think I can be content with that size for a while so that I can recharge and broaden my efforts to other aspects of my life that I have been neglecting with my penis under traction for 112 consecutive days. Also, as I become more confident in my penis size, my attention turns to other physical traits which more obviously impact my appearance. I am a relatively good-looking guy, but I have the potential to be a real head-turner. Currently, I have a somewhat "skinny fat" physique; my limbs are thin but I have a slight paunch. I would like to reduce my body fat by a few percent, build some lean muscle, and improve my posture and flexibility. I have already started to improve my diet over the past year, but I want to make time to cook at home more often. My primary concern is rectifying my forward neck posture and anterior pelvic tilt. To achieve this, I think I will initially focus my exercises on strengthening of my core, glutes, and back and stretching and myofascial release of my chest, neck, and hip flexors. Once I start to see the postural improvements I want, I will transition into a more general strength and flexibility routine. Those who have been following my log know that I like to tinker with DIY. I am beginning to think about ways to reformat the ergonomics of my work station, and create an area conducive to stretching and bodyweight resistance exercises within my limited personal space. I already purchased a tool to help with these projects. I ordered it second-hand because of the expense and when it arrived I was a little disappointed by its condition given the price, but at least it seems to be in working order. I have a couple other major purchases in mind that I need to budget around to make this happen. Hopefully I can accomplish a lot of this in the next couple months so that it is ready when I finish this round of PE.

10 hours with 2 of the sessions reaching fatigue yesterday. I finished the week with 74 hours and 18 fatigue responses, averaging 10.6 hours and 2.6 fatigue responses per day. Not only did I fall short of my new 12+ hours/day goal, but I suspect that the hours I did get were lower quality because I elicited fewer fatigues per hour. I haven't been using my rod extender adapter as much while I've been busy working and feeling sick and I know using the conventional belt system takes longer to get to fatigue.

Week 1: 42 hours (6.0 hours/day)
Week 2: 44 hours (6.3 hours/day)
Week 3: 48 hours (6.9 hours/day)
Week 4: 44 hours (6.3 hours/day)
Week 5: 56 hours (8.0 hours/day)
Week 6: 51 hours (7.3 hours/day)
Week 7: 65 hours (9.3 hours/day)
Week 8: 75 hours (10.7 hours/day)
Week 9: 76 hours (10.9 hours/day)
Week 10: 64 hours (9.1 hours/day)
Week 11: 69 hours (9.9 hours/day)
Week 12: 71 hours (10.1 hours/day)
Week 13: 80 hours (11.4 hours/day) 25 fatigues (3.6 fatigues/day)
Week 14: 84 hours (12.0 hours/day) 29 fatigues (4.1 fatigues/day)
Week 15: 75 hours (10.7 hours/day) 24 fatigues (3.4 fatigues/day)
Week 16: 74 hours (10.6 hours/day) 18 fatigues (2.6 fatigues/day)

If I was keeping to the pace I set as a challenge for myself, to finish 1,600 hours by day 160, I should have finished 238.8 hours since my last measurement. I have only finished 220 hours during this interval (averaging about 11.0 hours/day), so I am about 18.8 hours behind schedule. Maybe if my new finger-trap-style attachment works out it will help me make up some of that lost time. The tracking on the order finally shows that it was shipped, so hopefully it will arrive soon.

9 hours and 2 fatigue responses yesterday. I fell asleep early last night and didn't get any hours in bed. Tracking on the order for my orthopedic finger trap shows that it will arrive today. If it works, I will still have to add the stack of washers to make the groove to connect to the phallosan tension clip. Hopefully this will be a more viable option for an inconspicuous attachment system to use in social settings.

The XL orthopedic finger trap I ordered (https://www.pegym.com/forums/progress-forum/112040-phallosan-sequel-18.html#post1424751) arrived this afternoon. It is as described with a 1.25" diameter when in the "open" conformation. Unfortunately, as I feared, my glans is just too big to squeeze into that space. The trap is XL in the sense that it is too big to grip my thumb (as it is intended) and slides off, but it is unfortunate that they don't make an XXL size. The nylon threads that the mesh is made of won't stretch at all. I cut off the heat-shrunk plastic at the top and there is a metal cuff squeezing the mesh and the cord together. I guess I might try to pry this off to see if there is any way to dilate the tube in a single layer rather than in this doubled-over arrangement. In short: it doesn't work, but I still think it is a good concept.

edit: The nylon threads came apart once I was able to free them from the metal. $18 wasted, but at least I know it doesn't work. I think I will try to weave my own finger trap, but I need to decide what materials to use, and how big to make it so that I can fit my glans inside but it becomes tight enough to avoid slipping. I could use leather laces or ribbon and make one layer or some kind of thin thread or string and make two layers. Let me know if you have any ideas!

edit: I found a non-metalic cable pulling sock that lists a maximum capacity of 1.75" diameter. That is 0.5" wider than the orthopedic finger trap I just got, which should translate to over 1.5" more in circumference. Unfortunately it costs over $26, but would certainly be easier than trying to weave my own.

edit: I had a lot of hope invested in this working, so I went ahead and ordered the cable pulling sock. I am concerned that it will be too long, so I will have to figure out how to shorten it without unraveling the threads. I won't be able to just cut it shorter. I think I will double it over so that there are two layers like the finger trap, but it will probably still be too long. I will also have to figure out how to attach the washers to the o-ring at the end of the cable pulling sock to connect to the phallosan tension clip.

edit: I could tell that this cable grip is long from the picture on the seller's website, but I just went to the manufacturer's site and found that it is 33" in length. This means it would still be 16" in length if I double it over itself. I am going to have to come up with a way to seal the ends and then cut it down.

edit: My current plan is to seal one end of my cable grip by coating it in glue and then compressing it flat with heat shrink tubing before cutting it short. I will then drill a hole through the side of the tubing to attach the stack of washers for the tension clip latch. The other end of the cable grip should still have the manufactured edge but I think I will cover it with a piece of ribbon folded over the end, and then glued and sewn down. Of course, I will have to wait until it arrives to see if it suits my needs and then procure the other supplies of the appropriate size before I can assemble it all.

10 hours with 4 of the sessions reaching fatigue yesterday. I was pretty disappointed that my XL orthopedic finger trap was too small, but I might be even more convinced that it is a good concept. Hopefully the cable pulling grip I ordered will arrive by the end of the week. I keep finding extender websites that recommend no more than 12 hours per day. I'm not really sure what this is based on. The only data I have seen supporting this assertion is the analysis Datawonk did on this forum of the phallosan user data showing diminishing returns above 11.25 hours/day. Do you have any idea why many extender manufacturers claim we need 12 hours without traction per day for best results? If I am going to reach my goal of 1,600 hours by day 160, I am going to need to average above 12 hours traction per day.

11 hours and 5 fatigue responses yesterday. This brings my average for the week to 10 hours/day. I am now 150 hours away from my next official measurement. The tracking on my cable grip order shows it arriving tomorrow but it also looks like it hasn't left its point of origin yet, so I suspect it might get delayed.

10 hours with 3 of the sessions reaching fatigue yesterday. My cable pulling sock grip arrived and I think it will work, but I haven't been able to test it. For $26, it seems really shoddy, and I am worried the threads of the open end will start to unravel if I spread it all the way to see if it will fit over my glans. I am going to need to get the other supplies to fix the ends before I can manipulate it too much. It is significantly wider than the XL orthopedic finger trap I tried first. I suppose it is possible that it will be too big and won't tighten enough to grip my penis. I'll try to get the other materials I need tomorrow to begin putting it all together.

I tried to go to the fabric store this evening but they were closed because of a gas leak. I'm not sure if they will reopen tomorrow. I wanted to buy a 1.5-2.0" wide black ribbon to fold over the open end of my cable grip to glue and sew all of the filaments in place so that they don't unravel. For the other end, I would like to melt the nylon mesh together, but I doubt I can get my household clothes iron hot enough. I might try the nozzle of my hot glue gun (without the glue), but it also might not reach the melting point of the nylon. If not, I will try holding it close to an open flame and hope it doesn't get too warped. I wish I had a soldering iron. If I have to, I could use glue on this end also, but I would rather have something more solid on the end bearing the tension. Once I have the filaments bound together, I will cut the length I want from the 33" sock. Then I will wrap that end with heat shrink tubing, drill a hole through the side, and sandwich a stack of washers there to create the groove to connect the phallosan tension clip. I have ordered black, 1.25" diameter, 2:1 heat shrink tubing, but it might take a while to arrive, so I have time to find the ribbon I want. Unfortunately it could be a week or more before I get all of the supplies and finish the build.

12 hours and 3 fatigue responses yesterday. This brings my average for the week to 10.4 hours/day. To finish the week with an 11 hours/day average I would need to complete 25 hours in the next 2 days. I was able to go to the fabric store and bought a 1.5" wide black ribbon to bond the filaments on the open end of my cable grip. Folding it over the end, I will have a band about 3/4" wide. I will try to glue it down tonight and then sew it tomorrow after the glue has cured. Once that is done I should be able to test if the size will be a good fit. I'll have to wait to receive my heat shrink tubing before I can finish the other end.

10 hours and 1 fatigue response yesterday. I finished the week with 70 hours and 19 fatigue responses for an average of 10 hours and 2.7 fatigues per day. This is the fewest hours I've logged in the past 6 weeks. I've just been preoccupied, but the hours were probably a little better quality than last week when I had slightly more hours and slightly fewer fatigues.

Week 1: 42 hours (6.0 hours/day)
Week 2: 44 hours (6.3 hours/day)
Week 3: 48 hours (6.9 hours/day)
Week 4: 44 hours (6.3 hours/day)
Week 5: 56 hours (8.0 hours/day)
Week 6: 51 hours (7.3 hours/day)
Week 7: 65 hours (9.3 hours/day)
Week 8: 75 hours (10.7 hours/day)
Week 9: 76 hours (10.9 hours/day)
Week 10: 64 hours (9.1 hours/day)
Week 11: 69 hours (9.9 hours/day)
Week 12: 71 hours (10.1 hours/day)
Week 13: 80 hours (11.4 hours/day) 25 fatigues (3.6 fatigues/day)
Week 14: 84 hours (12.0 hours/day) 29 fatigues (4.1 fatigues/day)
Week 15: 75 hours (10.7 hours/day) 24 fatigues (3.4 fatigues/day)
Week 16: 74 hours (10.6 hours/day) 18 fatigues (2.6 fatigues/day)
Week 17: 70 hours (10.0 hours/day) 19 fatigues (2.7 fatigues/day)

After the XL orthopedic finger trap I ordered was too small, my cable pulling grip seems to be too large. I was able to attach the ribbon to the open end last night to test if it would fit. It was supposed to have a maximum diameter of 1.75" but it opens to about 2.25". This is a full inch wider than the 1.25" diameter of the XL orthopedic finger trap. I was able to get it to grip my penis, but not securely. This type of cable pulling grip is sold in 3 sizes. I bought the largest, which was supposed to work for 0.75"-1.75" diameter. The next size down is 0.25" to 0.75". If accurate, it would be too small for my penis, but I suspect that it also opens wider and is probably bigger than the XL finger trap. It costs over $18 with shipping, but I'm now determined to see this experiment through. It should arrive in a few days. I really hope it's not too small.

11 hours and 2 fatigue responses yesterday. I meant to switch sides for one more session during the night, but I fell back asleep before I got the belt reconnected and slept through until morning still in the vacuum bell but not under traction. I was already past 10 hours when I went to sleep, so I am confident I reached 11 hours and I might have reached 12 hours, but I didn't stop my timer so I am logging the conservative estimate. To give you some reference for the sizing issue I've had with my latest DIY project, the cable pulling grip that was too large has an "open" diameter of 2.25" whereas the XL phallosan bell (which is a little big for me) has a diameter of about 1-5/8", and the orthopedic finger trap that was too small has an "open" diameter of about 1-1/4" whereas the medium phallosan bell (which is too small for me) has a diameter of about 1-5/16". So the cable pulling grip is about 5/8" wider than the XL phallosan bell that is already a little big on me and about 3/4" wider than the large phallosan bell that I use most often. The orthopedic finger trap is about 1/16" narrower than the medium phallosan bell that is already too small for me and about 1/4" narrower that the large bell that I use most often. For anyone else interested in trying this idea, the XL orthopedic finger trap might fit you if you use the small phallosan bell. The large cable pulling grip might fit you if you struggle to squeeze into the XL phallosan bell. Hopefully the medium cable pulling grip I ordered will be at least 1/4" wider than the XL orthopedic finger trap. If not, I think my only option for this attachment system would be to weave my own. I am now less than 100 hours from my next official measurement, and less than 500 hours from the end of this round of extending.

13 hours and 3 fatigue responses yesterday. This brings my average so far this week up to 12 hours/day. I had the last of my old silicone sleeves on the XL phallosan bell. I wore it to sleep last night and then woke up a couple hours later with a split forming from the bottom up. I think the foam ring rubbing against the bottom of the sleeve might have gotten this started, but it could also be from the wider diameter of the bell and getting a nocturnal erection that stretched out the silicone. I'll have to replace it with a new sleeve and hope this isn't a recurrent problem with the XL bell. After passing 1,100 hours since resuming my routine, I took another preliminary BPFSL measurement but again didn't see much of a change from the 7-5/8" I recorded over 300 hours ago. I will take official measurements in 86 hours.

I don't want to go into personal details, but it has been a rough day, and I am off to a late start with my routine. So far this measurement interval, I have completed 314 hours in 29 days for an average just over 10.8 hours/day. It took me 38 days to complete my previous 400 hour interval, averaging 10.4 hours per day. At my current pace, I would finish this interval 1 day faster than the last. I need to finish 2 days faster to get my average up above 11 hours/day. This would require 12+ hour days for the next 7 days. That would put me 2 days behind my goal pace to finish 1,600 hours by day 160. If I can get my new DIY attachment system sorted out, I believe it would help me make up for lost time. It looks like the new medium-size cable pulling grip I ordered should arrive tomorrow. I can't cope with another thing going wrong right now, so I really hope it fits.

12 hours with 2 of the sessions reaching fatigue yesterday. The medium cable pulling grip arrived this morning and it is clearly too small. It is smaller than the XL orthopedic finger trap I tried first and drastically smaller than the large cable pulling grip. The good news is that I was able to return it and only had to pay the $5 shipping. I think I have exhausted the possible options commercially available and will have to weave my own if I want to continue pursuing this system. I am trying to find a bonded nylon thread like that used in the cable pulling grip and orthopedic finger trap, so that it would be flexible but non-absorbent (for sweat, body oils, etc.). I went to my local craft store and couldn't find anything. The best I've found online is called c-lon bead cord, but it is hard to tell without seeing it in person. I might order a spool of this to try. I just imagine it will be very laborious to weave the length that I would need. My plan is to buy a piece of tubing at the hardware store to use as a scaffold, use rubber bands to hold the threads at the top and another rubber band to hold the threads in place as I move down the tube, weaving them together. I have to figure out if I weave them in the "closed" configuration where the threads are as close together as possible in the horizontal dimension, in the "open" configuration where the threads are as close together in the vertical dimension, or in-between with moderate spacing between the threads so that they would tighten under tension and relax when compressed. I then have to decided what diameter tube to use as my template so that the mesh will be small enough to grip my penis when "closed," but big enough to admit my glans when "open." I only have 474 hours left until I plan to take another long hiatus from my routine, so I'm not sure it would be worth the effort by the time I got it built.

The diameter of my stretched flaccid shaft looks to be around 1-3/16". The diameter of my flaccid glans looks to be about 1-1/2". Unfortunately, the "open" diameter of both the XL orthopedic finger trap and the medium cable pulling grip were less than 1-1/2" so I couldn't fit my glans inside, and the "closed" diameter of the large cable pulling grip was close to or slightly greater than 1-3/16" so it couldn't securely grip my shaft (even though it was listed for sizes 3/4" to 1-3/4" diameter). If I am going to weave my own, its "open" diameter would have to be reasonably above 1-1/2" and its "closed" diameter would have to be reasonably below 1-3/16". I think I will plan to weave the mesh in its "closed" conformation. Shooting for a "closed" diameter only slightly bigger than the XL orthopedic finger trap, I think I want a tube or rod that is somewhere between 1/2" to 3/4" in diameter to serve as my template, maybe right around 5/8". I still haven't settled on what material to use. The nylon strands that make up the mesh of the orthopedic finger trap and the cable pulling grip I purchased are untwisted, single-ply, and flat rather than round in cross section. I can't decide if the 3-ply twisted bound nylon cord I found would be more or less comfortable. Would round or flat, twisted or smooth, cause more skin pinching? Maybe a nylon monofilament like heavy-duty fishing line would be closer to the material commercially used for these applications. I think I will look in the sporting goods section while I am shopping tomorrow to see what is available.

12 hours and 3 fatigue responses yesterday. Ever since a few nights ago when I fell back asleep after unhooking the belt and slept through until morning without removing the vacuum bell, I've had a patch of irritated skin on the under side of my glans. It was splotchy red the first couple days and now looks kind of shiny and wrinkled. This happened frequently during my previous round of extending every time I got my hours up close to my goal time, but I haven't had too many skin issues once I got adjusted to the vacuum during this round of extending. I think it is healing even though I've kept up my hours the past few days, so I don't think it will force me to take an injury break or cut back on my routine, but I'll keep an eye on it. My average so far this week is still at 12 hours/day. I have 62 hours left in this measurement interval. To reach 1,200 hours in the next 5 days, I would need to average 12.4 hours/day.

A few weeks ago I wrote a post asking if guys who try to enlarge their penises might be more likely to try other types of body modification (https://www.pegym.com/forums/progress-forum/112040-phallosan-sequel-13.html#post1410601). These toe separators are the kind of thing I was thinking about. They are supposed to help correct the effects of modern footwear by realigning the bones of the feet to improve balance and posture, and relieve some foot pains. I came across them while researching ways to work on my posture once I finish this round of extending. I did a quick search on this forum and didn't find any references to them. Has anyone here used them? The Correct Toes brand looks most promising, but they are expensive, so I might try other brands like Awesome Toes or Yoga Toes first.
