13 hours yesterday with 4 fatigue responses. This brings my average for the week back up to my new goal of 12 hours per day. I need to complete 12 hours today to finish the week with that average. I taped over the crack that was forming in the foam ring of my phallosan belt. It was cracking right next to the original tape, so I decided to replace that tape with one piece that would cover both the crack and the spot where the ring is joined together. I originally thought I would use duct tape, but after removing the original tape, I decided it was more like electrical tape, so I used that instead. The repair is narrow enough that all of the tape still fits under the part of the belt that velcros over the ring and doesn't contact my skin. I just hope it doesn't start splitting anywhere else. I tried to put the phallosan back on after a pee break in the middle of the night and my glans was just too big to fit in the large bell. I had to go back to sleep without it and woke up later when my glans was less engorged to put it back on. I might have to open a new silicone sleeve and start using both the large and XL bell while I am between sizes. I have an activity early next week that I want to do, but it would take up most of the day and it wouldn't be feasible to wear the device. If I decide to participate, I would maybe be able to get a maximum of 6 hours that day. I would have to get 13 hours every other day that week to finish with a 12 hours/day average. I am almost at day 100 since resuming my routine and I haven't taken any rest days, so I feel like I deserve an easier day.

Typically, it is easier to get away with using the phallosan in public during colder months when I can wear a jacket or sweatshirt to cover the bulge in my pants. It is starting to get cold where I live, but I have had a little trouble for the past couple days because my jeans are tighter than the shorts that I have been wearing all summer. It has been too cold for shorts, but too warm to justify wearing a jacket. Even with my wrap-style attachment, the outline of my stretched penis is pretty obvious. I had to find some looser pants in my closet that I guess I will use until it gets cold enough to cover up.

12 hours yesterday with 3 of the sessions reaching fatigue. This is my best week since resuming my routine 14 weeks ago, beating last week's record by 4 hours, and the first week averaging my new goal of 12+ hours per day. If I can keep up this pace, I will reach my next official measurement by day 127.

Week 1: 42 hours (6.0 hours/day)
Week 2: 44 hours (6.3 hours/day)
Week 3: 48 hours (6.9 hours/day)
Week 4: 44 hours (6.3 hours/day)
Week 5: 56 hours (8.0 hours/day)
Week 6: 51 hours (7.3 hours/day)
Week 7: 65 hours (9.3 hours/day)
Week 8: 75 hours (10.7 hours/day)
Week 9: 76 hours (10.9 hours/day)
Week 10: 64 hours (9.1 hours/day)
Week 11: 69 hours (9.9 hours/day)
Week 12: 71 hours (10.1 hours/day)
Week 13: 80 hours (11.4 hours/day) 25 fatigues (3.6 fatigues/day)
Week 14: 84 hours (12.0 hours/day) 29 fatigues (4.1 fatigues/day)

I achieved 29 fatigue responses this week, for an average just over 4.1 times per day. This is only the second full week I have kept track of this metric, but I increased my average by more than 0.5 times per day over last week.

12 hours yesterday with 5 of the sessions reaching fatigue. I completed 100 consecutive days, and decided that I deserved to participate in the activity, which I mentioned last week, that kept me from my routine for most of today. I will be back at it this evening, but I probably won't finish much more than 6 hours. Hopefully I will be able to pick up some of that slack over the next few days to get my average for the week back up close to 12 hours/day.

After spending most of yesterday participating in an event that didn't allow me to wear my device, I finished only 6 hours last night with 3 of the sessions reaching fatigue. This brings my average for the week down to 9 hours per day. I would need to average 13.2 hours for the next 5 days to finish the week at my new goal of 12+ hours per day. It really felt liberating to not have my dick under traction for most of the day yesterday. It has also been hard on my sleep the last few nights trying to make up lost time overnight. Frankly, I can't wait to have this round of extending done, but I don't want to squander the progress I have made. I have 59 days left if I can keep to my goal and finish 1,600 hours by day 160.

Thanks Greg! I especially appreciate the encouragement right now because I have to say I'm feeling some burnout and really need a second wind to kick in. Maybe if I can push through to my next measurement in a little less than 300 hours some good results will give me that boost to reach the finish line I've set for this round of extending.

11 hours yesterday with just 2 of the sessions reaching fatigue. This brings my average for the week to just under 9.7 hours/day. I reached 900 hours since resuming my routine and 2,500 hours total using the phallosan system and my DIY modifications. I have 700 hours left to reach my goal of 1,600 hours for this round and 3,200 hours overall.

14 hours yesterday with 5 of the sessions reaching fatigue. This is the most time I have completed in a single day since resuming my routine, and matches the record from my previous round of extending a couple years ago! I am trying to make up for Monday when I had an activity that limited me to only 6 hours that day. My average for the week is now 10.75 hours/day. To finish the week at my goal of 12+ hours/day, I would need to complete 41 hours in the next 3 days. Since I passed 900 hours, I took another informal BPFSL measurement and found no change. It is really a mystery to me why my stretched flaccid length hasn't increased as fast as it did during my previous round of extending, while my BPEL has.

It has been especially gratifying to see how both of my hands can now wrap around my erect shaft with basically all of my glans protruding above. I remember a time when I would wrap my hands around my erection and have more than a finger and a half's width above my corona with only the tip of my glans peeking out. I would still like some extra room to spread out my fingers and move my hands up and down, but it is already pretty visually satisfying. That being said, I think I am finally getting to the proportions where my length might be outpacing my girth. I mustered up a solid erection last night between sessions and I was admiring its length, but I also started thinking it looked a little skinny. Pushing down my fat pad really gives the sense that I will need to fill out if I get much longer. My base girth and my coronal ridge are already pretty thick, and sometimes limit certain sexual activities, so I am hesitant to get too much bigger. I think another quarter inch in MEG would be nice. I haven't seen any girth gains from this round of extending. I think I will hold off on adding any girth exercises to my routine for now to keep up my extending hours. I am not sure if stepping up to the XL bell would help promote girth, but it's worth trying. I fit the large vacuum bell comfortably during sessions early in the day, but have to squeeze in after fluid begins to accumulate. I tried using the XL bell all day for a few days last week but it increased my edema and aggravated my lymphatic congestion issue. I am going to open a new silicone sleeve tonight to put on the XL bell so I can try using both while I am between sizes. I only have a couple more sleeves on hand and I would really like to get through this round of extending without having to order more.

13 hours yesterday with 5 of the sessions reaching fatigue. This brings my average for the week up to 11.2 hours/day. To finish the week at my goal of 12+ hours/day I would have to finish 28 hours in the next 2 days. It is just my luck that after putting a new silicone sleeve on my XL bell to use last night, the old sleeve I had on my L bell started to split from the bottom edge up. I am still using it today, but if it splits much farther it won't hold suction. I only have one more unopened sleeve and would really like to finish 673 more hours without having to order new sleeves. I might go back to using only the L bell with the new sleeve I put on the XL bell to keep my last sleeve in reserve. I guess if I get desperate, I could use the original phallosan sleeves I have on hand.

I got a bad headache yesterday. Only sleep helps me when this happens, so I had to go to bed early and couldn't be troubled to wear the phallosan. I finished just 6 hours earlier in the day, with what I think was only 1 of the sessions reaching fatigue. Clearly this derails my effort to get my average for the week back up to 12+ hours per day. I think the disruption to my sleep the past few nights waking up to take off or put the device back on contributed to my headache. I'm currently averaging 10.3 hours/day this week and would need to finish 15 hours today even to get up above 11 hours/day for the week. I still feel a little off so I don't want to push my luck. During this measurement interval, I have averaged just under 11.1 hours/day. To be on pace to finish 1,600 hours by day 160, I should have finished just under 143.3 hours since my last measurement 12 days ago, so I am about 10.3 hours behind schedule.

13 hours yesterday to finish the week with 75 hours, averaging just over 10.7 hours per day. I have only finished 3 other weeks with more hours, but this falls 9 hours short of my new 84 hours/week goal. I had an event and a headache, which cut short a couple days this week. I should have completed over 155.2 hours since my last measurement, but I have only completed 146 hours, so I am about 9.2 hours behind schedule. 3 of my sessions reached fatigue yesterday totaling 24 fatigue responses this week.

Week 1: 42 hours (6.0 hours/day)
Week 2: 44 hours (6.3 hours/day)
Week 3: 48 hours (6.9 hours/day)
Week 4: 44 hours (6.3 hours/day)
Week 5: 56 hours (8.0 hours/day)
Week 6: 51 hours (7.3 hours/day)
Week 7: 65 hours (9.3 hours/day)
Week 8: 75 hours (10.7 hours/day)
Week 9: 76 hours (10.9 hours/day)
Week 10: 64 hours (9.1 hours/day)
Week 11: 69 hours (9.9 hours/day)
Week 12: 71 hours (10.1 hours/day)
Week 13: 80 hours (11.4 hours/day) 25 fatigues (3.6 fatigues/day)
Week 14: 84 hours (12.0 hours/day) 29 fatigues (4.1 fatigues/day)
Week 15: 75 hours (10.7 hours/day) 24 fatigues (3.4 fatigues/day)

I am now 54 hours away from reaching 1,000 hours since resuming my routine and 2,600 hours overall. I am 254 hours away from my next measurement at 1,200 hours, and 654 hours away from finishing this round of extending at 1,600 hours.

12 hours yesterday with 3 of the sessions ending in fatigue. I am not going to try to make up all of my 9 hour deficit from last week during this week. When I start shooting for 14+ hour days it really disrupts my productivity and sleep. I mostly want to avoid falling further behind, but if I can make up a couple hours here or there it would be great. I trimmed my pubic hair and my size looks more impressive, but my now-itchy scrotum seems to exacerbate the chaffing from the foam ring and my rod extender base.

12 hours and 3 fatigue responses again yesterday. I decided to go ahead and order more silicone sleeves despite my concern about roommates sorting through the mail. There seems to be tracking on the order so hopefully I can make sure to get to the delivery first. I had an embarrassing situation when my last order of sleeves had "sex toys" written on the customs label. I chose a different vendor this time. With replacements on the way, I put my last sleeve on the XL bell and used it for a couple sessions at the end of the day yesterday when I was having trouble squeezing into the L bell.

Yesterday I again finished 12 hours with 3 of the sessions reaching fatigue. I had to stay up late to reach that target, and then got a late start today, so it might not be feasible to keep the streak going. I am 18 hours away from crossing the 1,000 hour mark since resuming my routine. Recently, the C-clip that snaps onto the vacuum bell has been slipping over the lip and riding up onto the pump. It isn't popping out of the clip which can happen when you position the mouth of the C pointing away from your body. Instead one or both of the arms of the C work their way up over the lip of the bell. This happened in the past and I requested a replacement part from the phallosan customer service. I have assumed that the plastic just weakens with age, but I have a new theory. The C-clip has a smooth side and a side with little circle marks from molding the plastic. I am beginning to suspect that the clip only rides up when one of those sides is facing the lip. I haven't paid enough attention to remember which orientation causes the problem. I'm guessing maybe, if you always use the same side, the tension warps the plastic in that direction and eventually the arms jump the lip, but by rotating the C and attaching it in the other orientation, the tension is now working against the distortion, straightening it out and holding it securely.

I'm afraid I've fallen down the DIY rabbit hole again. I am still searching for the best non-vacuum attachment to interface with the phallosan tension clip and belt for optimum concealment in social situations when the L vacuum bell bulge is too conspicuous. The wrap-style attachment I made works alright but is exacting to put on and can still sometimes cause skin pinching that requires me to excuse myself from friends or family and it isn't always possible to find privacy to readjust. Car rides are especially challenging because getting in and out of the car spikes the tension as you bend at the waist, which can cause shifting that pinches the skin and then you are stuck in the car with people until you get to your destination. Last week I mentioned a harness-style attachment system that I was thinking of making with the scrap of leather I have left. I have the eyelets and punch tool on hand to assemble it, but I have resisted taking the time to make it because of other priorities and because I want to make some design modifications to reduce the skin pinching from the laces in the eyelets.

Tonight I was brainstorming some outside-the-box options and googled "large Chinese finger trap," remembering those childhood party favor toys. I found a type of orthopedic traction device used after hand surgery which works in the same way, tightening under tension and loosening when relaxed. The XL size is listed as 1.25" in diameter when open and 0.85" in diameter when closed. It looks like the diameter of my stretched flaccid shaft is smaller than the open diameter and larger than the closed diameter, but the diameter of my glans is larger than the open diameter so that could be an issue. It is made of a nylon mesh which might be irritating to the skin of my penis, but the listing says it provides a "firm and gentle grip," and it is intended to keep fingers under traction for extended periods after surgery so I don't think it should cut off my circulation. I went ahead and ordered one for just under $18. I think I will have to pull it inside-out and then roll it down like a condom to put it on my flaccid penis while stretching it out. Like my other designs, I will probably use a stack of washers sandwiched together to create the groove to latch on the phallosan tension clip, and compress the cord at the top of the finger trap between two washers to hold it in place. I am excited to try this, but it could definitely prove to be too small, too uncomfortable, or restrict perfusion.

After a late start and some complications later in the day, I was only able to finish 7 hours with 2 fatigue responses yesterday. This brings my average for the week down to 10.75 hours/day. I would have to average 13.7 hours/day for the rest of the week to finish with a 12 hours/day average. I would have to average 11.3 hours/day for the rest of the week to finish with an 11 hours/day average. I am now about 14 hours behind schedule to reach 1,600 hours by day 160. It looks like I should cross 1,000 hours since resuming my routine today.

Yesterday I made 1,000 hours since resuming my routine 111 days ago for an average of just over 9.0 hours/day without any rest days. My goal is to get that overall average up to 10 hours/day by the end of this round of extending. I got 11 hours and 3 fatigue responses yesterday. My average for the week so far is now 10.8 hours per day. I need to finish 23 hours in the next 2 days to end the week with an 11 hours/day average. I have been sick and very busy with work recently so it has been harder to keep to my routine.

https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-devices-forum/70010-finger-traps-puller-anyone-tried.html
https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-devices-forum/58615-chinese-handcuffs-hanger.html

So of course there's nothing new under the sun in PE, and I found that my idea for a finger-trap-style attachment has been discussed in a couple threads on this forum and some of those posts suggest it has been bandied about in other PE forums as well. The first thread mentions the medical traction devices like the one I ordered, but the example the OP posted appears to be a stainless steel version with some sort of liner that doesn't look as comfortable as the nylon version I ordered. The other suggestions are for DIY finger traps made from ribbons or other materials. Neither of the threads have much feedback from users who tried it. I might search for some experiences with these things on other PE forums. I still haven't gotten any tracking updates on my order, but I hope it will arrive sometime early next week.

edit: I was only able to find one thread on thunders without much information and no one really championing the idea as a practical option. I guess an electrician's tool called a cable pulling sock is another version. One user said that it crushed his glans, and others suggested making a sleeve that would slide over the glans and just grip the shaft. I am concerned that the diameter of my stretched flaccid glans is larger than the listed diameter for the "open" configuration of the one I ordered. I also found a few websites describing mythic tribes who suspended weights from their penises using finger-trap-like sheaths woven out of plant fiber.
