Today I purchased the K-Fit Kegel Toner for Men and I should get it sometime next week. The story behind getting it is in my progress log on page 204.

I'm planning on doing a review of the product and document changes and improvements, if any.

I wanted to ask the community what would be some good metrics to keep up with for consideration. Here is the product description:

Many people don’t realize that men have a pelvic floor that can be strengthened with Kegel exercises, just as women do. These muscles can be consciously controlled and trained much like your abs and biceps.

As with any muscle, regular workouts will make the pelvic floor stronger. Isolating these muscles with conscious effort can be difficult, but with K-fit all the guesswork is removed. You’ll receive an intense, isolated workout in the privacy of your own home, even while performing other tasks, including your regular full-body regimen!

With consistent use the average user reports noticeable results in less than two weeks.

When used for bowel health the K-fit works to strengthen the puborectalis which acts as a sling around the lower bowel. When toned, this muscle draws the angle of the bowel upward. K-fit also strengthens the internal and external anal sphincter making the retention of your bowel and wind easier.

When used for bladder health the K-fit helps to return tone to the muscle that cradles the bladder and that allows the passage of urine through the urethra. Normally this muscle wraps quite firmly around the urethra, but over time it loses tone and allows the bladder to drop and urine to dribble through without conscious admission.

When used for prostate health the K-fit can strengthen the muscles that wrap this small organ. If Kegels have been recommended to you then K-fit is a great tool for accomplishing them. If you have had prostate surgery, make sure to get your doctor's clearance for normal activity before starting your new workout routine.

The K-fit can help you build a strong pelvic floor, increasing blood flow to the region and developing tone. It is safe for most users, but those fitted with a pacemaker or implanted insulin device should not use K-fit. If you are experiencing any symptoms of dysfunction, your first line of treatment should be to see your doctor. K-fit is a great tool to add to your toning regimen, but it is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical issues.

You don't have ejac control issues so assume there's no metric for you there.
Do you have bladder or bowel issues that can be improved?
I know you like to use Go on Red for stronger erections so perhaps the only metric for you would be to see if you can eventually achieve the same erection strength through PV strengthening that you can through supplements.

Awesome - Please keep us up-to-date on progress and I'm very interested in seeing your review. I've been looking for something similar for a while - and have tried a few electro-stimulation devices with mixed results (mostly quit using due to convenience issues - ugh). Have been doing kegal exercises for a while to help with EQ, ejaculation control, and some frequent nighttime urination issues. Have helped but want to be super strong down there - not just average or good - ha.

I may buy one too after some research.

That was kinda my thoughts. I thing the two biggest outcomes I'd hope for is amazing EQ and will this make my orgasms more intense, will I shoot cum like a rifle? Haha

I do hope this review and progress report helps many men on this site. I will add that for $10 they also include a female probe for vaginal strengthening. I almost got it but I liked the color better for the one I got. I can always order a female probe later.

From what I read it's less than an hour commitment twice a day and you can do other activities while it works passively. Besides inserting the probe and starting a program there is nothing else you have to do for it to work effectively.

I am interested to see what results you get. Please keep us updated on progress, advice as you go through this experience. I do have pre-e so I would be one to use for that purpose. Best of luck.

I'll be sure to take mental notes on any changes to controlling the urges to cum. I'm single with FWB's so the intercourse will be sporadic but I'll do my best to document. I'll also be thinking of baselines to compare results to

So you stick it in the rectum, and then hold it there? I explored some of these products but I question all this electric tech stuff.

Yeah that's the concept. It's like a tinge unit, you can even get pads for it for external use. The selling point for me is that it is supposed to remove the guess work and be more effective than just doing them on your on.

They say that noticable results start at around two weeks. I believe it comes with videos and a whole program outlined with preset modes that makes it plug and play.

The product came in today in a generic Amazon shipping box much to my relief. Multiple reviewers indicated that theirs came without a generic box so neighbors, etc. would know what was ordered and weren't to happy about that.

I posted product pics in my album here:
https://www.pegym.com/forums/album.php?albumid=6152

After doing some research I found out not to use anything other than water based lube and the gel type was preferred over liquid. Due to preference and cost I decided to go with Astroglide water based gel lube.

I was planning on giving it a test run this evening but I may be getting a visit from an 18 year old college chick I met on Tinder. Can't risk compromised performance for science lol. If she can't make it I will start tonight, if she does come I'll start in the morning provided she doesn't sleep over. Gotta keep the priorities in check!

Opening review:

The case and product contents looked good and by no means felt cheap. Everything was organized neatly in the box. The unit itself was surrounded by a very high quality sponge-like material to prevent damage. The probe was sealed in a reusable bag that felt like good quality material.

The probe itself does not look too threatening to be inserted in the nether region and it has and adjustable flanged stopper to control the depth of insertion. Really neat design concept.

Two sets of connector wires were included. One set for the probe and one set that can have external pads attached or a vaginal probe can be attached for couples that want to do the exercises together. My kit did not come with a lady probe but it can be purchased separately or they have a couples package that comes with both.

It also came with a travel pouch that has draw strings. It does feel thin and cheap.

The device itself feels solid and has decent weight for it's size. The buttons are big and easy to press though the + buttons seem to want to stick when pressed. It operates with a 9v battery and one came included. The display could also be brighter in my opinion. At certain angles and lighting it is hard to read.

Lastly it came with instructions for use and a Quick-Start/Troubleshooting Guide.

I will read through the material provided and determine a routine.

The chick did come over and the story is in another thread. I did my first session this evening.

Inserting the probe was no problem didn't feel uncomfortable or anything. The gel lube is great. I have decided to cycle through all the programs doing two a day, one in morning and one in evening. I started with program 1 which was a gentle cycle that is great for first time users. The program lasted 20 minutes. You have to increase the mA's for it to do anything, it starts and zero and recommendation is 30.

I started feeling it around 20 mA and went to 30. The probe was inserted almost the entire length and I layed on my back and mostly kept my legs arched. The probe naturally shifted and pushed out some, there was nothing I could do about that.

The senation was a mixture to tingles and twitches. Slight spasming of the muscles. None of it was uncomfortable but this is also a gentle program. My burrito did some movement in it's own a few times, slightly arousing.

After the 20 minutes were up there was no sound indicator so you have to keep track of time yourself. The device does count down the minutes for you and resets to 20 when finished.

Removing the probe was no issue. I washed with warm soapy water and let it air dry.

After I was done I took a shower and laying here on the couch I can still feel the muscles tingling, feels good. I think it was a successful first time run.

Next time I will try to add a little more lube to see if I get better conductivity.

They weren't kidding when they said program 1 was a gentle workout. Program 2 got real haha.

Program 2 is called Equal Work/Rest. 5 seconds on, 5 seconds resting for a duration of 20 minutes.

Waking up and inserting a probe up my butt that's going to send electrical pulses first thing in the morning is not my idea of waking up. I'd much prefer reading articles online while sipping coffee. The probe went in easy enough with ample lube I increased the mA to 30 and quickly determined that was too high so I bumped it down to 25. 30 mA felt like burning sensations and was comfortable. Towards the last 8 minutes I tried 30 again and still was not comfortable but I did manage to stick to 27 for the remainder. I laid in bed mostly under the covers and watched YouTube though I did get up to pour my coffee during the session. Walking with the device in was no problem it felt every bit as effective as laying down.

To describe the feeling; it was a series of much stronger continuous tingles that quickly ramped up and lasted 5 seconds. During this time there was a pulling sensation of the muscles and they stayed clinched until the 5 seconds of rest where the muscles relaxed again. To compare to manually doing kegels it would be like quickly (but not instantly) doing a strong kegel and holding it for 5 seconds for 20 minutes. Normally, for me, fatigue would set in long before and I would not be able to achieve the same results. This device gives precision and accuracy which I like.

It's been an hour since the workout now and I feel a little tightness and muscle soreness. Nothing that's uncomfortable. I've felt this way before when I used to do kegels all the time and did a couple sets of 100 on my drive home.

It's safe to say this product does what it claims in regards to working the muscles now it's just a matter of giving it time to see results. I'm past the skeptical phase though, this exercise this morning was legit.

The program for tonight is supposed to be even more intense. I'm a little nervous, not gonna lie. It's supposed to cause stronger contractions but there is also more rest in between and it's also for 20 minutes.

This sounds promising, but going with the theme of safety I will say you can damage your rectum.

Very doubtful of that assumption if done properly. This device is medically recommended to treat pelvic muscle related issues. It can even be covered by insurance. Many elderly people use it for incontinence. The probe is no bigger than a finger in diameter.

Yesterday evening I ran program 3 and it wasn't that bad! It was stronger but there was more rest. Lasted 20 minutes and I ran it at 30 mA.

This morning I ran program 4 and it's definitely not as fun doing it in the morning vs evening. Mainly because I do it as soon as my alarm goes off. It was another strong exercise with shorter rest periods and lasted 20 minutes.

Definitely make sure you insert the probe deep enough or it doesn't feel good, kinds burns when it activates. Did some research and it's because of all the nerves around the rectum. After pushing it further in it was just fine and I ran it at 30mA.

Notable observations:

Woke up this morning with strong morning wood.

The muscle contractions can really be felt when device is activated. Feels like doing manual kegels but you can go past your normal limits.

So far I'm loving this!!!

A new observation, I did some manual kegels this morning just to see if they felt stronger (they do) and after only doing a few I started getting an erection (about 40%). That's new for me and very promising!

I am curious as to your sense of how much progression is possible with the product. How many levels are there; is there limitless opportunity for progression with the product? I read some amazon reviews after reading yours and it seems like a legitimate pf exercise. For example that towel raise product has like real wimpy progression, its like cmon man do you even lift bra

Last night's session was fun. it's probably the closest to doing manual kegels. It was program P5 and it was equal work and rest and lasted 20 minutes. I did it at 35mA.

This morning I'm running P6 and it's continuous for 15 minutes but very mild. Of all the programs this felt the best almost like a massage. I was able to get up to 45mA and felt like I could go higher but since it keeps the muscles tense the entire time I was concerned about being sore later.

Still think highly of this device but I'm trying to keep a balanced view, it's easy to be overly positive during the honey moon phase.
