Just finished JP 90

I just finished jp90 and have seen some gains. Length was 5.9 inches now is 6.3 inches and girth was 4.8 inches and now it is 4.9 inches. I'm planning to continue using jp90 but planning to add a girth exercise to help. Which girth exercise do you think I should use.

I would recommend big als squeezes for start with jelqing and short ulis, long ulis and horse you add after several months. Even better hold ulis and edge, it makes 120% erection.

add ulies for sure.have you tried edging after your PE sessions?edging after will help increase gains and keep your EQ up which also helps gains.also you may consider wearing a cockring after you PE to help heal in the expanded state.

How many sets of uli should I start with, should I do 3 sets of 20 and build up to 3 sets of 60 seconds?

you could start there. adjust volume according to your PI's.

I do 2 sets of Ulis for 35 seconds in my routine. 2 sets of 15 horse squeezes for 5 seconds each also.

I'd recommend squeezes, ulis or squash jelqs. Squash jelqs are apparently amazing but I've only tried them briefly and have had a hard time doing them - I just need some practice

Did 5 sets of 20-30 second ulis yesterday and it was awesome, planning keeping jp90 and add uli and check out my progress hopefully it will more girthy. My first goal is to reach 6.5 inch length and 5.5 inch girth

if you want to gain length more than girth or before you try to gain girth you could focus your workout mainly on stretching exercises.this may improve your results.

My length gains have been fine, I gain 0.4" inches in 3 months which is including the first month where I wasn't very consistent. I'll stick to jp90 and do some uli and also started doing A stretches which are also quite good I'll stick to these 2 new exercise for now.
