After running P01 ‘Gentle Conditioning’ yesterday, I felt some light tingling afterwards, but it didn’t last long. This morning, I believe I saw some subtle improvements. I had a pretty hard erection when my alarm went off, then it softened pretty quickly. As I got up to shower, my penis was in a flaccid state, but it felt a little fuller and had maybe 10% more life in it than usual...I will call this progress.

This morning, I ran through the P02 ‘Equal Work/Rest’ program at 35 mA. It is a 5 sec on / 5 sec off cycle. During the on cycle, it felt like there was a little man with a hammer tapping inside my rectal cavity. I know that sounds weird, but that’s what I was envisioning. I could feel a slight contraction of the PC muscles and then a release during the off cycle. It’s funny because whenever I have tried to do kegels in the past, I squeeze the PC muscles very strongly to get results. This is a much more subtle contraction. I just tried to relax into it and let the device do the work. For the last 2 minutes, I bumped it up to 40 mA. It got more intense, but was still manageable. One interesting observation is that when I was done, I looked in the mirror and noticed a circular flushed, red mark on my skin that started at the top of my butt crack and went up my lower back about 6” in diameter. I’m going to assume that means that my PC muscles were working. ;) Anyway, the mark went away within 5 minutes before I was even done cleaning up.

I feel great right now, no soreness yet and I am planning on running through P03 later this evening.

Looks like we are on the the same programs together. Yeah it does feel like a hammer beating off. For me it's actually become quite pleasurable doing these.

Ran P3 last night but only went to 45 mA and ran P4 this morning at 50 mA. The stronger mA feels really good, definitely felt like a good workout. I'm really enjoying this still. When it try manual kegels they feel more powerful.

After some consideration, I'm going to try to incorporate reverse kegels manually each day just to help ensure balance. Not really thinking it's necessary but I'll try it and see if I can stick to it.

I ran P03 last night at 40 mA and it felt good. I liked the more intense program, but I still felt like weren’t engaging enough. This morning, I ran P04 and cranked it up to 60 mA! I started it at 40 and then kept increasing slowly until I hit 60. This was definitely a better workout! I could feel my PC muscles contracting stronger than before. I feel like it was a good workout without my pelvic muscles being sore, so I don’t think I am overworking anything.

It is really interesting to feel the contraction when using the K-Fit. I think it really isolates the correct muscles. I was reading the Q&A on the K-Fit site and it said that when we do a manual kegel, we often tighten the belly and external perineum area. I think I have been doing kegels incorrectly my entire life. I’m pretty excited to isolate and strengthen the correct muscles.

For my sessions so far, I have been laying on the floor with my knees bent. I’m not sure what the best position is for these exercises, but this seems comfortable. I did try and stand up during the program and the probe seems a little less comfortable in a standing position, but it is certainly still doable. I am definitely enjoying these exercises!

I’m pretty sure I remember Big Al saying at one point that most guys don’t need to do reverse kegels. Something to the effect that it is only a rare case when the pelvic floor gets too tight that reverse kegels are necessary. I couldn’t tell you which thread it came from and I may be misquoting him, but that’s what sticks in my memory. :crazy:

I have an exciting update/progress report. Yesterday and today I've been able to achieve rock hard erections that I can maintain without constant stimulation. Could be natural variation but I'll continue to monitor :) .

Did P5 last night and had to do it at 45 mA it was more intense. P6 only lasted 15 minutes and I did it at 55 mA. Really liked how that one felt

Erections have been great today!

I did P05 yesterday evening at 60 mA...it is fairly intense at that amperage, but I like it. At the end of the program, I was starting to feel some prostate arousal and emitted a little bit of precum, so it was a good time. Then, I did P06 this morning, constant stimulation/no rest, at 60 mA. It was interesting that as this program was running, I couldn’t really tell that my PC muscles were contracting. However, when the program ended, I could feel the release in the PC area...that’s really cool!

As for my indicators, I haven’t yet seen a big improvement in morning wood. However, I feel like my arousal is improved. It must be because I felt so good a little bit after P06 that I put on my QEP extender! Also, yesterday, I stroked myself to erection and decided to take a measurement...I was almost 1/16” bigger than normal in girth, so that’s exciting!

I ran through P08 and P09 today at 60 mA. I really like these programs! It felt these were the strongest PC contractions I have had so far. It feels like a real workout...very enjoyable! I am going to try to get some sessions in this weekend, but I don’t know if I will find time with family stuff and all. Hope to see some even better indicators over the next few days.

She's in and on - lol. PC1 at 32 mA. Weird sensation - but not bad and get used to quick. Let the journey to super kegal strength begin.
Heck -only 10 mins in but I may do 2 sessions while its in. Ha ha.

Got 2 sessions in yesterday and going to do 2 today - probably crank it up to 40mA or higher. My kegal muscles and surrounding area are already in pretty good shape from doing kegals, reverse kegals, another EMS device, and several sessions with the Phoenix for a couple years now. I bought this device for optimal conditioning and performance.
I felt a little something this morning from the first 2 sessions I did yesterday, but not much. Going to crank it up and see what I feel and take from there. I can definitely feel it working while it's in and can tell it's doing as advertised.

I'll be starting P11 this evening. I missed Thursday and Friday evening sessions. I've been staying around 55-60 mA probably be there for a little while longer as any higher almost feels like a Charlie horse when engaged and I sure don't want to overdo it. I'm sticking to where it feels pleasurable and comfortable.

I can now say with certainty that erections have improved quite a bit two weeks in. I haven't taken any male performance supplements in a couple weeks and erections are just as hard now as with the supplements. Also waking up with strong morning wood. I have more confidence in the burritos performance in the bedroom which is one of the primary reasons I got this device. When I feel the muscles doing manual kegels it's stronger. This product is doing exactly as advertised.

I found it best to insert it far up. If the metal conduit gets too close to the rectal area there are way more nerves there and it can feel unpleasant.

Whoa - P08 is serious contractions. Could feel it before and believed it was working - and then P08 was done and I realized its a whole new ballgame. As mentioned, been doing kegals for a couple years, along with having tried another EMS device, but this program took it to another level in an awesome way. Had mA high at 69 (symbolic) and really enjoyed it. Ha.
Gonna let it rest and do P09 tomorrow.

That is great news! Have you seen any improvement in flaccid hang as well?
