I am up to 31 hours of usage, as I stated in my earlier update, has greatly helped with bladder control. The K-fit kegal toner has also helped with lasting longer(sexual stamina), I am estimating better by a minute to minute and a half(total is between 3-4 minutes instead of 1-2 minutes). Small steps, I hope by end of year I will be up to the 7-10 minute range for stamina. I am mainly using setting 8 and randomly choose the other settings, 3-4 days a week, two times a day.

I have used kfit kegel for a month now and total of 17 hours. I have notice vast improvements in reduction of ore-cum while I edge and feel like stamina has increase by being able to rk better at higher ponr. I mainly use p8 and p9 and few others around 55-70 ma range. Just recently for the past few days I had some morning wood but not for the first 4 weeks.
My partner is one vacation for a month now and I will try sex after using kfit for a month. I feel like I should be able to perform since my edging has seen improvements In Control.
I also do Lajin and plank almost everyday and few other yoga poses. My weakness is missionary on bed (going to atp position tightens pelvic floor). My best position is standing by the bed and full control.

I have been doing PE and also pre-e exercises for the past 5 years. My real account was peforever, but I can’t login anymore. I purchased kfit kegel for couples about 18 days ago mainly for better EQ and if it helps my pre-e. I have used it for about 11 hours total now and really happy with the device. After the first day, it is very easy to operate. First day was tough getting something in my ass. It is very small, but I was a virgin 😃 and now It is much easier and no issues.

I went through all programs twice and now mainly do P8 and P9. I have done it basically every day twice with one day break and few days of only once a day. I started at 20ma and quickly to 30ma. Now I use all between 50-75ma.
I have not noticed anything yet other than less pre-cum during my clamp edging sessions, but I can feel it is working from inside. Recently I do it in Hindi squat with legs on the wall and It feels good and I RK during it. I would say my morning wood and eq has decreased a little, but it may have other factors. My partner is on vacation for few weeks and I am doing Leluv stretch and kfit kegel and clamp and edge everyday.

It is not easy to get erect with the device working, but I have tried it few times with porn while I edge and clamp and t seems I can have full control and get erection but not 100%. If my partner was dine with PE or other things like kegel device (she hates all or stuff and I hide all other than BM once in a while when I shower), I would try it with low ma during sex, specially in the bottom position and partner on top. I think it is possible to have full control while in low ma and working, but have not told partner about it and she is on vacation.

I would like to here from others specially the ones with pre-e and also of anyone is willing to try it in sex with low ma.
@Peforever2 , I wanted to ask if the MA number you are talking about is the number at the top of the screen or at the bottom right? And wow those are high numbers, I would think that is painful, I guess I will have to work harder to get to those high numbers. Thank you for sharing your updates.

The number in the bottom is MA. I didn’t use lift for a month (after 35 days of use) and last week started again to use it. I only do P9 which is 45 min program and includes 5 different programs in it. I now do between 70-80 MA and feels fine. As long as you have enough lube and insert it all the way in, it should not be uncomfortable. I perform it mainly in happy baby pose or during tue rest times, I do rk.

Wow very high numbers there! Awesome! I am working my way up-finally to double digits-I have been using 12-22 ma, will use the 8 & 9 programs for 3-4 weeks. Thank you for the info.

I have done kfit kegel 6 of the last 9 days and eithe P9 at 75-80 MA or other days combo of P8 at 75 MA and (P1 or P6) at 90 MA.
I am sure you are not doing it correctly. If I don’t insert the probe completely and full of lube, then I feel uncomfortable at 25 MA, but inserting it in and holding it in fixes the issues.
