So i'm sitting here as I write this thread, man I just want some good food, as it is 1:17 AM.

I love eating and there is no way around it. My only problem is, I can truly say that I look forward to eating fast food more then anything. My favorite two days of the week are Thursday and Friday because I know my mom won't cook and will get us fast food. For anybody who knows what whataburger is, yesterday I just couldn't kill my craving for that new sweet and spicy burger so I went it got it at about 12 AM, I gobbled it down in about five minutes home on my way BACK to my house. Later had stomach pain and thought my stomach was going to explode.

I don't know what it is but fast food just taste better to me than normal food. Before anybody says anything, YES my mom can cook. I live back at home now till I can find a job (recent college graduate). Before when I was in college I was eating fast food as a meal at least every other day. People say Mcdonalds burgers are icky and gross and aren't real but you know what, a double cheeseburger from there just sets my taste buds off.

I think my biggest problem is, I don't eat enough. I legit will have a small fruit for breakfast, around 10 AM, then eat dinner at around 5 ish. Come nighttime though i'm literally starving, like right now. All I can think about is getting that new chicken sandwhich from Mcdonalds.

The reason why I post about this is, I don't feel like I get erections when I want, and that they just aren't really erect. Been taking some supplements but i guess I haven't been taking them long enough to notice any different. I went to the doctor about a month ago and she took my blood pressure and said it was actually low, but not a bad low. I don't know what to make of all this but just looking for some direction on maybe how I can fix my libido and not die at 25 from a heart attack.

You're not eating enough period.

Libido is the first thing to go when starving yourself.

Eat a little and often throughout the day. If you're eating a heavy meal before bedtime, especially processed foods, it's a bad habit and you are more prone to acid reflux which can even lead to esophageal cancer and other problems over the long term. Try not to have your evening meal later than say 7 -8 o'clock.

I'm currently taking: one 500MG L-arginine, 3 tribulus-pro w/ arginine, 3 horny goat weed pills, and two 500mg maca pills.

I don't smoke weed, last time I did it was April. Never been much of a smoker. Didn't go get fast food last night but couldn't even stay erect enough to do jp90 even though I still completed it.

fast food is so bad for you.have you ever seen Super Size Me or Food inc.also i can never get a full erection on an empty stomach.but i get a semi every time i eat.with all those pills you are taking you should have noticed a difference a few hours after you took them.just maca alone used to raise my libido and cause multiple semi erections every day.are you taking pills instead of eating enough food?

Just make small changes to your diet over time. Not all at once but little by little until eating healthy is how you normally eat.

Try to reduce your junk food consumption a little each week and see how you feel. You don't have to eliminate your favorites completely, you just won't be eating them as often. You could also try a cheat day strategy, or pregame with low calorie veggies and boiled chicken before you decide to go out for a burger.

The supplements won't do you much good if you aren't eating reasonably. I don't get how some people can stand having next to nothing for breakfast. Breakfast for me usually involves filling a bowl with shredded wheat (a bowl of cereal for me is like 2.5 servings, lol) and milk, and then refilling it with cheerios after I eat all the shredded wheat. Once I finish the cheerios, I drink all the milk that is left in the bowl. That's on top of a bowl of oatmeal, a banana, a glass of orange juice, and a cup of green tea. I almost never get hungry before lunchtime.

BETWEEN THE BUNS!
Anyone see the Burger King open letter to Mickey D's about a 1 day only offering of a combined burger to be called the MacWhopper? Supposed to be offered commemorating "Peace Day" September 21st only. Publicity stunt to sell more fattening garbage to be sure, but foolish overweight people around the world will suck 'em up, I'm sure!:bad:

Gosh...I never eat anything like that amount for breakfast and I'm still a fat bastard!

EDIT: Doesn't all that give you wind? I'd be farting all day!

Nope, I think the tea helps keep things from getting volatile.

Ralpho, I think the best thing would be for you to start cooking yourself.
