I was wondering how important water intake is as far as EQ and measuring. Days when i don't drink a lot of water my length and girth could be up to .13" different. May not seem like a lot but it really is...anyone else see this and is there such thing as too much water?

Hyponatremia only occurs when you drink too much water in a short amount of time and don't replace the electrolytes. Think water chugging contests where guys drink gallon after gallon of water, and prisoners in the southern states.

Water is the most important thing you can put in your body. Most people are dehydrated and don't realize it. Your body is composed of mostly water ... so it would make sense if things are not as large as they normally are if you are not drinking adequate water. Blood circulation is affected by water intake ... so if you aren't drinking enough, you could see a drop in EQ. Lots of things can happen if you don't stay hydrated. So drink up!

I'm definitely an advocate of staying hydrated at all times. My flaccid is great when I've been consuming close to 1 gallon of water in a day versus the days where I really slack off on my water intake.

Yes when I don't drink a lot I think of my blood being thicker and not pumping through my dick as well. Vitamin e is a blood thinner would that help along with plenty of water?

Whether its your penis or your bicep, staying hydrated is important to keeping your cells in their optimum state- nice, plump and full of energy, so I can see why you've noticed a difference.

However, in terms of gains, I think you'd have to become significantly dehydrated over an extended period of time for it to have a negative effect.

Scientists have show we get plenty of water from food (depending on what sort obviously, but in a balanced diet) so as long as you're eating healthily and having a glass of water with each meal, you should be fine.
