I wasn't exactly around back then myself, but I've made PE History my specialty over the years, digging deep into archives and spending a lot of time collecting things from decades of marketing.

I really appreciate the insight and memories. I'll visit your PE museum posts on Reddit.

I would LOVE to see a quality scan of the sales brochure for The Circle Device. The original website is archived in the Way Back Machine on the InternetArchive dotorg. Very cool..! Yeah there wasn't much back then other than a handful of basic chat rooms with PE related topics to browse through. Yes, definitely check it out, as it has both old and latest gen stuff there I've reviewed. Oh absolutely, be glad to scan that sales brochure in and share it. Brilliant concept and would have been a huge hit if he had just made some improvements. After I modded mine I was excited and emailed him to let him know how well it worked. He never wrote me back, which is a shame. Heard the patent expired in the past few years and honestly by itself I can understand why it never took off. Oh, yeah I've been to Wayback a few times to see the old site over the years to be sure. Of course..! I will get my scanner set up and see if I can get it tomorrow/this weekend. Just moved and still have some stuff in storage. If I can post imgur images it should work.

I liked your Slingshot manual stretcher idea. Seems like it could assist the arms especially in straight down stretches.

I also like your Tilt N Tug concept.

I've been trying to work out some sort of mechanical gripping device of my own that would emulate the same comfortable and durable grip I can make with my hands. The problem with hands of course is that holding a tight grip like that starts to wear on the joints of the phalanges.

Someday I'd like to experiment with longer durations of traction like you have, but I'm going to have to resolve that mechanical grip issue. I've tried the BIB Starter, but just couldn't make it comfortable and don't like the recommended attachment location at almost midshaft.

Hey,

I'm legitimately curious here about your solution to jelqing injuries.

Have a good session and forget about it. Learn, Don't do that again, move on and keep having good sessions. I don't post on injury reports anymore.

Hey,

Essentially you've hit a plateau, but there are ways to get beyond it. As I've said elsewhere on this AMA, incorporating some form of expansion routine used for girth will weaken the tunica and chambers and can greatly benefit your progress. Combining that practice with more time under tension can really help keep your PE journey going. Some vac hangers and extenders are designed to be worn for multiple hours if the tension is 10 lbs or less. Its generally a good idea to use the device for an hour, remove it to restore circulation, then reapply, You can do that for many hours if the weight is low. The higher the weight, the less time you can tolerate under stress usually. Also, the higher the weight, the greater the chance for injury. I've hung up to 45 lbs with the most powerful hanger available (max load 100+ lbs) and found it worked better as a shockloading method before discovering I didn't need near that level of weight to replicate BIB's success. His success was based on the time he wore the device, not the amount of weight. I've seen countless guys get 2" of length gains just from extending/light ADS/hanging for hours and using tissues weakening methods, so the practice I describe is well proven.

Bib has mentioned quite a few times, he believes he is at the end of the bell curve for weak collagen tissue, he would get injured a lot his whole life on stuff that wouldn't I jure others, according to him. Most guys are average on this bell curve. Then of course some have tough collagen tissues. This definitely is a massive factor in how much one gains. How would you rate your collagen tissues, if you possibly had to guess on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being the weakest and 10 being the toughest?

Hi,

In my experience, avoid standard jelqing and switch to the much safer timed pressure holds while incorporating devices. I've had a great many guys get 2" or more using this approach, so its been proven to be viable on the Reddit forum.

I got it.

Ok finally got a chance to log back on .

1. Previous you talked about working my squeeze routine up to 1hr . Is that 1hr under pressure or 1hr total ?

2. Also i love the erection level i exercise at and feel it is at the point where i can achieve the best expansion. That said its definitely could be a little harder and still pliable. Is there advantages to doing more erect squeezes ? Or is it just a feel it out until you know its working thing ?

For the past 3 years I'm doing 4 days a week ( 15 min stretching - LAS, 50 jelqing, clamping 10 min and 10 min pump and after that 1 hour lastic band to hold the pump ) , my results are Zero. Before that I was only jelqing for 3x10min for half year, no results.

I have been doing pe for 8 months so far with 0 gains (only manuals cuz cant afford devices). So can you give me some suggestions cuz i am loosing hope. I want to grow both lenght and grith. Tried dld newbie, created my own. Basically i was program hopping. Now i will start from the beginning with j90 (like a fresh start). Plus can you target flacid size.

Will try this weekend to steal some time to get the scanner up and running again. I do greatly appreciate you posting the image to the, "museum"....haha. That SlingShot gadget was inspired by the Shopping Bag Hanger for guys who wanted something like it off the shelf. The TNT came about to solve me trying to sit at my desk or in bed and still get a session in...( : There are so many concepts for attachments out there...! Consider the Wrecking Ball DIY since its cheap to make and can be worn longer than pretty much any other device out there. I wore mine at the base and let it slide down to build a dam of skin ahead of the unit so that it rested on the glans ridge area. Mid-shaft attachment is HARD to keep there for long, for sure..!

I think like most guys on the forums, I have average collagen strength (started at 5), that reacts decently to consistent internal pressure.....but it does tend to take awhile to respond (7..?) these days due to my conditioning level The toughest (some call double sheathed) tunica possessing men are in a small minority of men I've encountered over the years. They can still respond to pressure/stress, but on the higher end. So that means cable clamping and oftentimes heavy hanging to weaken things enough for gains to manifest. Definitely makes things more difficult as others have unfortunately experienced.

Hey man,

That's a window of 1 hour for the session, alternating between 5 minutes of exercise (hold) and 2-5 minutes of rest. If its easier just to hold until your hand tires, rest, then keep going...totally fine too but do not do short sets or reps. Create and dwell on the force. Knowing your best expansion pressure goes a long way towards proper PE workouts. When you do erect squeezes, you will be forcing blood back down the shaft (pressure feedback) into the pelvic floor and that can cause dysfunction. Floppy erect means you are not pushing blood into the base/pelvic floor and also not fighting the pressure/structural rigidity of the erection response. If its soft below the grip, that's fine. Not tight/stressed above the grip will fail to yield reliable pressure and results long term. I'm playing with a new head exercise and can already feel amazing pressure on the glans, seeing stress lines forming on the glassy surface while under pressure.

No, there are also extenders, manual stretches, and ADS (All Day Stretchers) to choose from for gains to occur. For that first newbie length gain, most methods will deliver the desired result. The approach you have been using to date is often called Buffet routines. Popular on the PE forums, but lack the time under stress formula (stress + time = growth) required for much to happen. Stick to one method, for example clamping, do that for an entire 1 hour session. Doing length? Do it as may hours per day, doing girth for 5-10 minutes beforehand to weaken the tissues. No rest days for length, rest days for girth 1 on/1 off). Drop the jelqing (have had 2 more injury reports from that in the past week) and switch to timed pressure holds..safer and faster. Pump can work , but is a toy versus advanced methods like clamping if done properly. Here's the key...measure monthly and take notes. If from one month to the next you are not seeing changes, address it by changing things up and take notes on the changes. Over time you will find the sweet spot for what works for you in terms of methodology and timing of on/off days.

Hey man..!

Ok, so after the first 2-3 months, you want to analyze the routines and change things up in terms of time and/or method. If you are using manuals, the most consistent (and free) device you can try is the Shopping Bag Hanger.

Basically it’s placing water bottles into a shopping bag and used as a hanger. Use one bottle at a time to keep the weight low for safety. Next hang the bag from your wrist like watch, then grip the area where the glans meets the shaft with a grip just tight enough to avoid cutting off circulation to the head. Head should be flaccid and squeezed of blood to avoid forcing blood into it from the hanging force. Once you have the grip right, let the wrist/arm go limp which transfers the weight onto the head/grip. Hang for 5 mins, then rest for 2-5 mins, alternating on/off for 30-60 mins total time per session. Always watch for numbness, tingling, sharp pain, sudden shock feeling, as these are signs that an injury is about to occur. Use just enough weight to feel a strain/soreness at the base both during and after stretching sessions. Remember you are responsible for your own safety.

Combine that with timed pressure holds (posted here and on the r/ajelqforyou Reddit WIKI pages) prior to stretching so you are weakening the tunica before you begin stretching. Works wonders...!

I don't know how others do clamp, i cannot find a way just to clamp it and my dick to stay on erect. No matter how i change the position of the clamp, over 1-2 minutes without stimulating it just goes down, as the clamp slides forward.

But before all that i was doing 3 days clamp 2x10 min and 1 day pump 2x10 min for 1 year. I still didn't see any results. U talk about stress + time, basically, something that is doing heavy work for hours. I'm pretty sure if I do hang out for hours every day i may see some results after 1 year, but i don't have that much private time. I can spare like 1 hour only.

So for guys that have had difficultly enlarging length, a width exercise like ulis , using a cable clamp or hands, first in the day then heavy hanging after say a smaller larger break? Or afterwards?

I've always heard in general length first and girth last if you're trying to gain length as girth can interfere with length gains.

Is the girth exercise expanding the tunica laterally required for the length expanding tunica verticle, did I get that correct?

I know pumping can work over time there's members here that have gained and it's taking quite a long time for them to do that however the day of my injury I pumped , then hung, and that could have possibly caused the injury so with all that edema that does not make sense.

Maybe start out with something like 5 or 5 minutes and maybe build up to 10 or something on clamping first time huh?

Since this seems like it's more for hard gainers so to speak with length wouldn't it work for everyone and make everyone's length increases come easier?

The reason I mentioned straight out hitting the tunica more than behind the cheeks doing lig stretch more is it the most gains I've made is while I was hanging straight out. It's something I'd like to continue doing and I just started it back up not too long ago. Does it make any sense that hanging straight out would produce faster length gains than BTC?

Do you clamp over a girth band? I've only started clamping recently but if I do it over a girth band I don't have problems with it slipping.

Do you clamp over a girth band? I've only started clamping recently but if I do it over a girth band I don't have problems with it slipping.

I use a girth band sometimes, works well but what I use the most is my old silicone sleeves. Once they are past their prime for use with my LG Hanger I then cut them into 1 1/2 inch lengths.

Nothing is faster or easier to use than a pice of sleeve or girth band for clamping

Can you give a good routine to follow. With days on and off and time under tension. I want both grith and length but as i read in jelqforyou you have said that first focus on the one wanted most(length for me). Plus is there a way to target flacid or it comes along.

No, i didn't try with the girth band. I have a few small ones, like 3-4 cm in length. Maybe I will try, but I'm not sure I will be able to clamp it on the shaft with that band on. I mean, without it, I'm clamping pretty near my bone giving a lot of lengths. Still, that's my workout and it's not working, and those are years. Looks like 1 hour per day with is not enough for gains, and like we discuss, we need something that make a lot of stress with a lot of time which i lack....
