Welcome to my log. This log is to track my progress, share, discuss .

I started beginning of September with pumping , after an over 16, yes 16 year break. Been doing every other day. Started doing stretching. Incorporated hanging and been doing that three weeks or so. September measurements biggest was 6 1/4 , and I measured 6 1/4 the other day quite bone pressed in , pointing penis straight out, as mine goes up a bit with an erection. I want to start it at 6 1/8 though . My next goal is to get 6 1/4 consistently. I've measured 6.5 in 2002, when I did PE jelqs, manual stretching and an exercise I dont know the name of, consistently two times a week for at least an hour, and shorter things like manuals, or exercise I dont know name of. So this 6 1/4 is what ive seen on rule, actually almost 6.5 before I began again, but Im going to be humble so I can look back and say ok. Although i've been pumping two months consistently The conditioning phase is still going on because I didn't start hanging until a month ago.

Girth is not as issue , its been six inches, Im not that concerned about girth; because I know I can fill a females vagina when i go balls deep very well. Ive measured to 6.5 base-girth after pumping, which is freaking ridiculous and pumped too much.

I used to pump sixteen years ago with Dr Kaplins penis and scrotum pump and do feel I get some gains from them. I cant say I ve gained girth for sure because i've always been big in girth. I pumped for about nine months and its been so long , so im not even going to try and remember. In my old log I do remember I had written down 6 1/2 in length. I measured 6.5 in september at my biggest

I am satisfied with my penis size. Having said that, I see no reason not to try to gain additional length and/or girth because I think the most women would prefer bigger, and lets be honest, in this day and age, with dating apps. and ability to meet people quickly, she probally has had a bigger penis, if she hasnt, well she very well may soon, I know the truth can hurt, but it is what it is. My reason for wanting a bigger penis is I like being masculine, and I'm all for her pleasure, which gives me greater pleasure so its a win/win!

My routine

~Pumping something like every other day with one or one intense, another more intense and other maybe moderate. Im gauging it though, if edema gets too much, then time is cut back. For example I can pump up to 6.5 for five minutes; however if I do do 2-3 sets for a total of 10-15 minutes edema happens, looking real fluid below the glans. It measured as addition inch there, but it was watery and very unappealing. If I had to have sex, I would have to explain ive been penis pumping. My pump is a hydromax x30. Its a bit tight on my girth, sometimes uncomfortable where I cant stay in too long, and have to telase, so its tailored more to gaining length, whick is great because thats more what im after

~Hanging something like five or six days a week,30-75 minutes , nothing is set in stone, and the log will tell how much; provided I update it.

I hang at 15-20 minutes at a time, and do lkegals in between the hangs for 10 -20 minutes then repeat.

on non pumping days I may use the pump at a low level maybe five minutes just to help with hanging. or two five minute sessions, etc. On pumping days ill either hang after pumping or another time, or both, splitting it up. Length is the target

Saturday was hanging with sock hanger 4 lbs 45 minutes, then 10 minute stretches left right, middle and up.

Sunday 4 lbs , hanging 4 sets total time60- minutes. afterwards I do 10-15 minutes quite hard stretches to left right middle and upwards for twenty seconds then rest maybe 20 seconds then pull the other direction.

Monday bathmate 3 warmup sets, 4 inches, 4.5 inches, 5 inches, theen 5.5 then increase to 6 after a couple minutes. next set 6 1/4 five minutes. Next set 6 1/2 for I lost count, maybe seven minutes.

waited an hour and hung two 15 minute sets. looks like a blister, and this only happened after the hanging, may be just some edema on the right side. It was brief and went away fast

I had an appointment for an urologist today a couple hours after pumping and hanging, was a little concerned it may appear deformed with the edema, but it went away. Glad I pumped today, as it made me appear bigger. He said everything's fine looks
good. I found it a bit humorous that Im doing/did PE and he asked to take a look while my penis was a bit plumper.


I ended up doing two 15 minute sets hanging at 4 lbs, then did 15 minute stretches

total pump time 17 minutes (not including warm ups)
hanging time 60 minutes and quite intense stretches 15 minutes

Tuesday hanging sessions at night, total was 50 minutes. followed by ten minutes of hand stretching

Wednesday- pump flaccid and slightly semi erect 10-12 minutes, started at 4, then 4.5, then 5.
30 minutes hanging 4 lbs
10 hours later 30 minutes 4 lbs, and 10 minutes manual stretches

thursday

pump 3 warmup sets , 15 minutes started at 5.5, went up to 6.5, hanging twenty minutes after

*my eq seems down. I measured 6 1/8 today for a split second, other times it was a hair below six. Before I started Peing eq was greater and seemed I could be at 95 % for quite a while. now it seems like right before I bust, then I bust and its gone. Having said all that, I know from other peoples log like burritos that this is normal while doing pe, and will go back once I reduce time, intensity, and/or stop.

*took a small dose cialis like 5 or 10 mgs*

8 hours later , hanging 4 lbs , 3 sets, total fifty minutes.


so in summarization of you don't want to read the below todays measurements

Length 6 1/4
Girth 6.3

Im not considering these gains because ive measured at 6 1/4 before.

Breaking things down to a science, Masterbated and measured at 90-95 % erection quality at 6 1/4. again unless I take cialis or my eq is good this measurement has been rare, esp since I started hanging. I hope im wrong it seems hanging had caused eq to not be as good. That said, its nice to see this once more. I even thought I may have been kidding myself but I wrote it down in my log. back before I started Pe in september ive measured 6 1/4 . In my old log sixteen years ago I wrote down 6 1/2. Maybe its best I stop compulsively measuring so much, and measure on cialis from now on since eq doesnt seem to be what it was before starting hanging.

This isnt a gain because I measured this in August and again in September. Moreover, This is a plus =-) because I haven't seen this in a while and happy I saw this today. I guess the next step is to have my measurement go over 6 1/4, that said its been a while since I measured 6 1/4 . my girth measured 6.3, at 90-95 eq, which is im guessing is from the pump, im fine with it being this size though non pumped haha

* eq is up again and measuring 6 1/8 to up to 6 1/4 is common again. Taking them days off seemed to do the trick.


Sunday 4 lb hanging, 50 minutes, 10 minutes manual stretched



Monday 60 minutes hanging, 10 minutes manual stretched *upped a 1lb , = 5 lbs


* I feel ive been going at pumping too hard and too long, so trying something different, lighter pumping, maybe 5-10 minutes with one set getting the length slightly above my measured length for maybe five minutes max. * I think the intense pumping with the edema maybe caused some eq issues*


Tuesday Pump 3 sets 5.5, 5.75 and 6 .25. total time 10 minutes.

eight hours later hanging 3 sets, and manual set total 60 minutes

Wednesday four sets and manual stretched total time 70 minutes

Thursday 3 sets hanging, tried pumping, maybe spent 5 minutes pumping, acheiving a full erection was difficult, then another set hanging, total hanging time 60 minutes

At least for a while I probally will pump first, im thinking hanging effected eq, so pumping at a seperated time or pumping then hanging

Friday Pumped earlier in the day while showering. total of 10-15 minutes. eight hours later rice sock warmup, hung 2 lbs for 10 minutes, 5 lbs over left and right lef five minutes, then down to 10, ....then 3 sets of 15-20 minutes, then manual stretches-total stretch time -70 minutes

Ok so with knowledge comes power and as I continue learning I think im going to cut pumping down and focus on hanging more. The pump I have is tailored to length gain as its tight, a bit too tight and even uncomfortable for my girth.

Having said that the idea right now is to focus on length gains, with a pumping here and there, as it is aimed at length, mainly hanging though, for one year. After the year is up say Nov 2019, I'm thinking of switching to a girth based routine with maybe some maintenance hanging a couple or few times a week.

after this my eq was good. I edged three times, in the shower, using the x30 bathmate. I went in erect both times and it actually became painful at the left side again. My girth is too big and its a piece of meat on the left side that always gets pinched, just the way my girth is, I have to reduce vacuum pressure. total time in, not long maybe 5 minutes .

later on ejaculated twice more. Very very horny! Before eq was taking a hit from hanging. Either that or other factors. Ive also eliminated porn. I was using it for pumping , and started using it more for edging. Glad I quit. Ive quit so many btimes and started back. Whats important is I haven't looked at it in as far as I can remember. IF eq is because of the weight, Im either getting more used to this weight. Ive been at this weight two weeks now, and keeping riding it out, different angles btc, walking around, swinging, riding it out until I can comfortably say time to up another pound.

so this month it technically shrunk in bone pressed length , and gained in base girth.

All ive been doing is hanging just about every day.

My hydromax pump is totally broke, pieces chipped off at the top and just wont work anymore. I thought about superglue it but doesnt look like it would work. That company is not a good company, it broke some but still usable at two months in then four months in totally unusable. Bath-mate is a good company with a full one year warranty.

yes I started in 2000. After doing some research on John Holmes the porn star, and Ive saw a video or so of his, I wondered if its possible for me to enlarge my penis. I looked up penis enlargement, and took the plunge. I joined a site who Im not going to mention because a mod said I was promoting the site, when the site isnt even active anymore.

This site started off without a forum and paid a 39.99 membership , learned to stretch, jelq, and some other exercises, which i still mess around with. Also learn great sex techniques, and taking a bath with mayonnaise and cornstarch, it rejuvenates the body and feels good , I think i only did that once from the advice of the website haha. the website eventually got a forum, and Big Al was the main moderator or coach.

I did penis enlargement for two years and kept a log. I started pumping with Dr Joel Kaplins pumps after the routine and long jelq sessions, stretching didnt seem to be doing too much. I think I gained some. I think i may have gained with dr Kaplins pumps, I had a penis then eventually bought a scrotum pump. In my old log I remember 6.5 in 2001 or 2002 . I recently measured a tad over 6.5 at the beginning of December of 2018, that was with a kegal, as a kegal adds a little bit while measuring. As far as girth from day one of measuring its always been big.

For hanging, I got creative, and use a thick compression sock with a cable clamp, sometimes two.

BPEL a tad over 6.25
Girth still big around 6.0 at base, maybe even bigger, as I have a lot of skin down there. I try and not include the skin and tightened the tape
it a bit.

Flaccid length is hanging more and this is definitely a positive. I started using a bikers passive stretcher while at home, after hanging and when I can during the day.

I started using an ace bandage today with my sock hanger and I 'm optimistic about this.

One of my biggest learning experiences with hanging is to slowly increase weight or time. I tried increasing time, and that resulted in ed.

right now its to slowly increase sets maybe by ten minutes when im ready to see if this keeps the fatigue going, then see if that effects my eq.

after 12-14 , starting at 2 lbs I slowly went up to 8.75. Moreover, since I started hanging with a bandage , Im starting at 5 lbs and moving up. I dont seem to feel to much fatigue at 5lbs with this bandage hanging; however close monitoring , and I may move up a pound here and there, but right now im staying at 5 lbs, kind of resetting things due to trying bandage hanging.


In summation, the plan for this month is to pay attention to erection quality. If it is effected too much Ill back things down.

The goal is not to gain this month, its to learn how to hang preciously while still having good eq. If I gain some, great.

Thank you. I measured this week. I got a bit over 6.25, maybe 6.35. Girth the same 6.0.


This week the plan is to start at 5 lbs, move up to a second set of a heavier weight, then go back down in weight and ride the fatigue. Or I may just start at six pounds and feel how that feels, Eq, etc....

My main angle is btc, although I do so, when I walk around , and even swinging standing or seated as this feels like it gives a better stretch. Ill also so a kind of straight out set here and there. ive been experimenting with attaching my cable-clamp different positions on my penis.

EQ has been good this week due to hanging 5 lbs. This is what Im paying attention to, EQ. Ive read for gains to happen EQ will go down, then return in twelve hours.

Another week down. I hung everyday this week 60 mins each day

start out with 5 lbs and hang straight out 20 minutes
then do 2 sets of 7 lbs at 20 mins btc

Eq is very good. Ive been ejaculating twice a day, morning and night. Im on testosterone replacement therapy as well , so this may help sex drive .

Do kegals everyday usually. Its exciting when I see an attractive girl, and I begin kegeling or when I think of one . :)

My post haven't been going through it seems.

Another week down. Im at 6 lbs and 8 lbs. Im hanging btc and feet lower than hips. I was hanging higher and even, but Im trying this lower angle. I do SD if i have stuff to do like clean my room, do dishes, etc. I do straight out maybe 10 mins here or there, not too much.

I have to do my kegals, say 50 a day, or eq goes down. I wore an ads typing thing, a 2 lb weight with attached just below glans for maybe an hour after hanging to keep it in a stretched state.

Another week down hanging at 6.35 and 8.35 lbs and staying here this week, paying attention to eq as it went down a bit last week. I am on testosterone replacement and started finasteride and clomid again so that could be it, so im paying attention to my eq and staying here, as eq is important to me.

Last week i hung btc mostly, straight down some, and straight out some. This week, im hanging different angles btc low feet angle, different positions, straight out, straight down, over left leg and over right leg.

Ive been doing my kegals regularly. Havent really measured full erect as Its not that important and ill maybe measure measure every couple weeks. It seems to be staying the same in the measuring tape' although I measured over 6.5 bpfsl yesterday.

Another week down.

stuck wiith 6.35 and 8.35 lbs this week. I found this one angle I feel an incredible stretch on . Ive been starting with a warm penis, shower, blow-dryer, or rice sock, and starting off with 8.35.

When I masturbate it feels bigger , which is encouraging.

Eq is decent. Some days this week I forgot to do my limp dick kegals although I have been doing erect kegals and these seem to work much better.

also some days hung longer .

This week Im upping by .35 lbs so 6.70 and 8.70 ... 60 minutes

I measured today and the same. BPSFL is bigger so that can mean bpel gains are on their way.
