Hung consistently this week a little over thirteen pounds. did quite a bit of manual work because I lost my compression wrapper and have been experimenting finding a new wrap. I bruised quite a bit. I ordered the theraband and its on its way. Thank you to members here helping me out with that.

I used my bathmate hercules for the most intense session yet then hung, and noticed while edging penis felt strange. I don't recommend pumping too intense then hanging too intense. It seems like it would be too much of an injury.

hung consistently this week. mainly trying btc, although when I have to do stuff like cook, standing stuff i stand hanging. did 13.33 lbs. took a full day off where I had sex and did kegels while having sex. used bathmate once for better erection quality. kegels in a pump.

Stayed at 13.33 lbs. I found a way to secure my compression style hanger. Im also trying a slightly different angle, hanging off the edge of my bed. then leaning back. also on the computer chair, trying to minic btc . another angle too which are all btc. I did one ten minute straight out. did quite a bit of manual work one day and getting better at that, my grip is improvement and arms gets full from gripping.

another week of hanging hang most days , one day i didn't at all, I had sex like four times this week and been practicing my kegels while in her, and this is fantastic. Her and I took a shower together and it was hanging nicely. I used my pump two times for ed issues and it seems to help for better erection quality and gives the penis a more full longer look especially right afterwards.

I measured quite a bit this week, and biggest I got was bpel a bit over 6.5 twice, many times it was 6.25 or a bit more. Moreover, seeing over 6.5 boosted confidence a bit. Girth mid shaft is 5 and base is 6.

so my goal is to hit 3 sets, about 60 minutes every day. Some days four sets 80 minutes. so 60-80 minutes.

there may some days like one or maybe a couple days where I do no ssets , usually I try and get one set, if possible.

there may be some days where I get in five sets. Generally though,lets say, three to four sets five days a week

also im doing some pumping maybe 5 minutes at most a couple and few times a week and this is more for better quality erections.

also doing some manual work.

biggest I measured bpel was in between 6.5 and 6.75 so i'm going to be conservative and say 6.6

If things don't change in lets say by Mid-october I know I'll have to do try something different.

On the other hand ive been at the same weight 13.33 lbs a couple weeks and like to slowly move up 0.33 lbs when I do move up, so I have a very thick base 6 inches, and my penis very well may need more weight and time since its thick at the base.

all in all im paying attention to how im progressing although still having fun doing PE.

been measuring this week as my eqs been great in between 6.5 and 6.75 Had quite a bit of sex like 3-4 days this week. Like I do when edging, kegals. Used penis for eq, kegals in a pump, two times this week.

another week down. moved up in weight hanging at 13.75 lbs

average time is 3-4 sets. Some days ill get one set in, some days two, some days three, some days four, five,six. I seem to be hitting the average sets though most days and some days above . maybe two days are one or two sets.

pumping maybe twice a week kegals in a pump.

Been having a lot of sex recently training, and that is so much fulfilling than edging .

another week at 13.75. average of three 20 min sets per day. some manual and some pumping. kegals during edging sometimes. kegals before sex and during sex. I think too many kegals during sex arnt a good thing, so they are best used sparingly during sex.

Another week down, Hung constantly every day 13.75 lbs or is it 14 now...I was hanging at the top more, and using two cable clmaps, and down im hanging about an inch below the head, and this seems to be working very well.


anyways, it seems bigger when Im up in my females pussy. I do my kegal training then too sometimes and I hear her moan more when I do. I think most of my pleasure comes from my thickness and she seems to cum on it.

another week down five to six hours of hanging 12 lbs and 14 lbs... hanging btc, sd, and so.

small amount of manual work, and pumping...

had sex a couple or few times...practiced kegels during sex esp and before sex.

I had a setback this week. I came down with something, diarhara, dizzy, threw up. I took off work a day. I thought now it a good time to pe, but I m glad I didn't and took a day or so off.

get sidetracked again this week only hung four and a half hours so far. had a lot of sex. off two days work and went on mini vacation with my girlfriend. hung at 12 and 14 lbs....found out btc seems to be best hanging for me...sd of course when walking around and even a so set combined in...goal is to focus on more btc sets to bring my inner penis out. My lot is above 9 and still points upwards so in theory i have maybe an inch ..and thats not important, what is important is gaining length , so getting over 6.5 , at 90 % is a worthy goal to aim for by the new year....and a fully erect goal of 6.7 or more, since biggest ive measured is 6.6 fully erect with a kegal....

came early and because it was in a different place. and cme a lot. still practice kegals during edging and sex..

My girlfriend and I talked. I told her that ive been hanging the past year and she is cool with it. She said you know you dont need to do that, she went on to say shes been with guys that are small and i didnt need to do that. I told her it would make me feel better that im pleasing you more., and she would be pleased more. she went onto say too big..and i said i dont think ive got to worry about that because biggest i measured was 6.6 and i measured 6.5 nineteen years ago...and I wouldn't want a ten incher

so ive been hanging a year with a sock compression hanger ...I started at 2 lbs and slowly worked up to 14 lbs..its been a month or more since i measured and I measured about the same today close to 6.5..that said i was maybe 90 % ..my girth may have increased ..going upwards its 5.5 or ever, and the base is over 6... I do think during peak orgasm im at my biggest and maybe i have gained, that said on the ruler at 90% its about 6.5 ..didn't put in the effort to go the extra mile to be 100 %...but its okay..I in no way am giving up...

Last week of November down

hung eight hours and forty minutes , so an improvement since last week :)

I hung at 12 lbs and 14 lbs, and the last few days went up to 14.33 lbs.

BTC-different positions, feet down, feet upwards, sitting on level angles.

Standing as well. Straight out, not much if any .

Did kegal training especially during masterbation and sex.

I'm so happy I talked with my girlfriend about me hanging, She asked a few times this week, are you hanging?

we havent had sex in a week or so from her cycle, monthly visitor, and my first time back felt rusty. Im so thankful I have her enjoy live vigorous sex with and train with. It definitely helps strengthen our relationship ;)

This week hug 8 hours and twenty minutes

usually started out with 5 or 8 lbs for ten minutes or twenty minutes then would go onto

straight down with 12 lbs

take a shower and use bathmate for 5 minutes nothing to strenuous, then go onto most intense set

btc with 14.33, 15.33 and 15.66 on a few sets

Had some amazing sex with girlfriend. practicing kegels. I hang in front of her, so she showed me some cool positions to hang and did my first over the shoulder set with her.

got sick on friday , extreme sick on saturday, fever is down now and hanging as I type

I measured BPSFL and it was over 6.75 which is biggest ive measured bpfsl. they say bpel gains come soon after bpfsl gains so excited about this :)

another week down. hung at 8 lbs warming up, then 12lbs, then 14.33 and 15.33 lbs. Hung mainly btc, a couple straight out sets, and a couple over the shoulder with 13 lbs. Got in seven hours and twenty minutes of hang time.

pumped a couple times five minutes, supplementing to my hanging. I was super hard one time and measured...a little over 6.5, maybe 6.6 , about the same as a year ago , 1/19. Had some satisfying sex, and i practice kegels before and during.

Got 9 hours which was better than last week.

One time was maybe 20-30 minutes and dick looked abnormal, much fatter around the middle to top. My girlfriend pointed out hanging straight down may be better for gains, and she may be right. Something im doing more of.

another week hits the dust

hung at least 8 hours and 25 minutes, maybe an extra forty minutes added. Did some pumping a few days. maybe 5-20 minutes a couple days or few days. did some manual stretching just stretching things out.

something ive been doing it using the hair drier. This seems to make my penis more elastic and hang quite better.

I pumped too intense last night and think it caused erectile quality issues. I did like 10 minutes of flaccid pumped hard so the bathmate would stick to me while , washing hair, shaving, etc... took a break , and did it again. It was too much pressure...

I had erectile issues since.

BPSFL its right between 6.75 and 7 which was 6.75 not that long ago maybe a week or two, so i think penis being stretched out and warm makes a difference. I wouldn't be surprised if I Hit this length right when im orgasming

This week hung nine hours. Some a little manual stretching . Pumped 2-3 days a week, something like 2-3 sets of 2-5 minutes in the tube at a time.

measured last night after pulling out of my girlfriend, length and girth, and my biggest I got 6.75 or very close to it bpel
base girth was at 6-6.2, mid girth was 5 , maybe a tad over. measured the head too.

Ive found more what works more for me, than last year, thats for sure. and the 1/8 gain in 2019, was worth all that effort.
