Another week down. I hung everyday, some days I only got in 30 mins, most days 60 mins-probally 5 days, maybe even 70 or 80 some days...., and maybe 45 mins a day or so....

Im going to stay at this weight 8.75 lbs and aim for 80 mins max. I am doing 10.75 lbs maybe for ten minutes three days a week, its a technique to get over a plateau.

My Eq is down which is a sign . If it gets too much Im backing off.

I may take two days this week and do 10 or 20 mins hanging only., while the other five, 60 mins or more or the plateau technique.

another week down

hung at 8.75 first four days 60 mins, then went up to the plateau technique and did 10.75 lbs for ten or twenty minutes a day, straight out mainly. with the rest with the 8.75. I didnt do sixty minutes everyday I think two days I did like 20-30 mins and the rest sixty or close to it.

This week upped weight to 9.33 lbs from 8.75. Im practicing my kegals and reverse kegals daily usually. Everything seems to be going well. Now that weather warmed up no more heating my dick up, as its already warm, esp right after the gym like just now vigorous cardio.

another week down

I've been doing piss pulls a couple days this week I think I may incorporate this sometimes , just for some extra tension.

hung 9.33 lbs all week 60 mins except saturday.......sunday I had a date I guess you can say, and I drove 3-4 hours, up and back, and got 1.5-2 hours in of ads type stretcher at 2 lbs. I did it straight out, and straight up. good stretch actually.

This coming week im upping to 9.75 lbs and Im taking it easy this week. No more than thirty minutes a day. Next week , Ill get back into the swing of things. I think of as a deconditioning break. I feel thisll help things progress.

a cop had to tell me that a vtree upcoming on the road was down and to take a detour. I kind of put my shoulder to hide my ads type hanger was tucked into my shirt with my penis wrapped. Thank God he didnt see it.

last week i didnt get to update moved from 10 lbs to 10.33 lbs

did that tthis past week for 30-45 mins a day combined with manual stretching upwards while driving, as I drive a lot. Im on the road around 15 hours per week. Anyways,

This week moving up to 10.75 lbs.

I m going to start warming up with 8 lbs because today after I ejaculated I went into hanging straight out and dick was too sore. So pre-stretching with a 2 lbs or 8 lbs before going into 10.75 lbs.

another week down hung 11 lbs everyday...the least was maybe 30 minutes, usually around 45 minutes. Flaccid is hanging longer then six plus months ago when and before I started hanging .

eq is decent and good. I do erect kegals when I edge/masterbate..

this week up to 11.33 lbs

Been consistent this week. 45 -60 minutes five days, one day was 20 minutes.... the day I missed I did manual stretches..(had a date)

my routine is something like

some days manual stretches while driving , im on the road 3-4 hours 5-6 days a week....
warmup hanging with 8 lbs
then go into heaviest weight-currently 11.33 and do 10-20 min interval and aim for 45-60 minutes...

flaccid is definitely bigger hanging...esp after the weights

another week down hung 12 lbs this week...staying here for now.

BPEL hasn't gone over the biggest ive measured it a few months ago. That said I feel progress is being made. Also ive dropped 15 lbs in the past two months. BPFSL is the biggest Ive measured at 6.75.

I competed and went on vacation with my family. I took about 10 days off from pe. I didnt ejaculate like a week. it felt good. I went on a date yesterday and had been talking with young attractive girls and jerked off like ten times after not jerking it for a week. haha

anyways Im back at it started with 5 lbs and went to 8 lbs today... This week I wont go more than 8 lbs. The plan is to climb slowly It may take a month to be back at my weights when I stopped, give or take, im taking my time.

Another week down. hung at 9 lbs, and 10 lbs. Hanging sd, btc mainly. SO sometimes.

Penis is hanging way more than went I went on vacation and took 10 days off. Taking a week off did good for this area, and other area's I feel.

Okay another week down. I start out with 5 some days, some days if im in a rush, 10 lbs, do that, then go up to 11 . Eleven is fatigue so for now im staying here.

Measured over 6.5 this week, so this is great.

I warmup with 5 lbs usually then 10 lbs, then 11lbs...

by set four on 11lbs fatigue became almost unbearable although I did finish it out.

Another great idea I got is pyramiding up and down. Main angle is btc; although I do stand and walk when I do my hair, cook, etc.

Another week down.

Erection quality is something that could use improvement.

I hung everyday this week. Beginning of the week, I hung more behind the cheek angles for maybe two hours daily. By the end of the week I did a technique pyramiding up in weight, different angles, and some days not going all the way up to twelve pounds. Ive been playing with manual stretches very slightly between sets. I've been doing kegals while driving or even in public.

So while I didnt go hard and heavy per say, especially toward the end of the week, it is nice to be easy, instinctive training.

another week down

recently, ive had erection quality issues and backed down my pe time to one hour instead of two a day. My erection quality has gone up, and this bit of down time may even help growth.

Bathmate hercules came in and used it for kegals in the pump for better erection quality.

I pyramiding up going from 5 lbs to 8 lbs to 10 lbs to 12.33 lbs. some days I started at 8 lbs. Some days I started at 10 lbs after manual stretches earlier.

Toward beginning and mid week was doing 2 hours total maybe

now i reduced volume and hanging maybe 60 minutes

this past week hung everyday. beginning of the week I hung maybe two hours. Had sex on tuesday night. didnt cum. If I cant cum I cant cum, I know. Id like to. At least i got like 90 % or more hard. used bathmate for kegals. mid week hung some, and end of week hung a few sets a day. Volume is definitely down. I feel it did me good through as ive been at it vigorously the past two months and eq has taken a hit.

Of course that could be other factors. That said paying attention to erection quality is important, esp for your sex partner.

Another week down. Upped weight by 0.33 lbs and at 12.75lbs. Had sex this week and this was great training. Did some eq exercises and watched quite a bit of porn esp between hanging sets or after hanging while doing erect kegels. Sex is much better and its important I train with sex.

Lost my ace wrap and tried a few other ones. Bought a sticky ace bandages and havent had greatest success with it. I think Ive found one , and am still looking for a good wrap. The wraps ive been using, since I lost mine, have been causing edema building esp on underside of penis , below the glans, so if it causes that Im throwing them out.
