HI,Hey m9, can you give a length focus workout (manually) that is highly likely to work
Hi,Does this mean timed pressure holds or clamping before every hanging set?
Like sometimes no erection can be had. Moreover, in this case a picture or even porn vid is recommended for a brief time before the brief girth exercise?
Hey,Thanks M9, that's a big help.
I will start doing some squeezes in isolation to try to gain a minimal amount of girth so that I will be able to wear the phallosan without slippage.
Once I can wear it with confidence, I will switch to just the girth before phallosan purely to improve length gains. And only once I feel i have tapped that out, then I will try manuals.
Just for an idea when I start girth exercises in earnest, what sort of reps/sets were you doing with your timed squeezes? Were you holding the squeeze for minutes at a time?
Thanks again M9, you've been very helpful.
Mojo.
Hi,Hello M9ter so with the Wrecking Ball if you are not trying to add length skin can you just place it at the glad and still see gains.
20 years old currently born 2002. Will be looking forward trying your workouts.HI,
Due to limited history on this site, please state your age and date of birth before I can make suggestions. Thank you,
Hi,So dude, this wrecking ball thing is so bulky if you get it to over 5lbs lmao. I just set it up today and its at 5.6lbs to try out. I usually hang 3 20 min sessions a day, currently at 8lbs for my hanging sessions.
But adding the tire weights to the ball stretcher (i got the 2lb ones you mention in the diy), and man it gets so bulky if you want to add weight to it. There isn't a better way to do it is there? and you can't really wear this around for hours a day or go anywhere with it. You mentioned your sweet spot for the wrecking ball was 6-10 lbs or something, i can't imagine having this on for that long lol.
Hi,
I found that about 4 pounds was about the limit in terms of both weight on the glans and bulkiness for many guys. For those with larger girths, closer to 5-6 pounds worked better for their setups. When I was about 5 inches girth, the 4 pounds was more than enough. Sweet spot for long duration hanging or ADS (non-WB) usage was 6-10 lbs. For the WB, 4-6 is plenty. Haha, no its meant to be worn in one spot and moving slowly while walking. Impossible to use for hidden wear or work.
M9, thank you for taking your time to answer questions here. Regarding pumping and edema, for me it has helped wearing a sleeve to ward off edema, do you think the positive pressure of the sleeve on the outer skin would not only eliminate the edema but help the negative pressure of the vacuum more effectively hit the CC and CS?Hey,
Oh of course pumping does provide results, but at a much slower rate than other methods such as manual or cable clamping. Modern air and water pumps are very popular due to their marketing as fast enlargement devices, which they simply can’t deliver on. Exactly like their 100 year old predecessors, they simply create a vacuum which inevitably draws in edema and thus focusing the vacuum force on the outer skin and not the shaft beneath where it could be beneficial. The skin will yield to vacuum force far easier than the shaft will. So traditional pumping is inefficient at causing the necessary internal pressures needed to expand the 3 penile chambers and glans beyond their normal capacity and thus cause the growth mechanism that permanently enlarges the penis. I address the downsides of pumping in the other reply. Thanks..!
Hey man..Hey M9, nice to see a true vet show up and lay down some new ways of thinking and share some DIY techniques as well!
I've been around since about 2012(?) and have come back after life encouraged me to reconnect with some self improvement pursuits.
Im wondering what your thoughts are on the process of angiogenesis in conjunction with hydraulic pumping? (BathMate)
I understand that the status quo of thinking is an ever evolving phenomenon and it requires many minds to keep it so.
I was fortunate enough to cross paths with the idea of cell proliferation through the process of angiogenesis and that it would take place following sessions in a BM.
Curious as to what your thoughts are, as the person who introduced this idea to me was someone I have recently begun to place faith in. He also stated that he believes clamping is useless and it should be substituted for hydraulic pumping.

One correction I'd like to point out so you understand the difference. You've mentioned you have had nerve damage from the bib hanger. I've had some from pulling too hard on manuals. I may have had some from the bib hanger. I've have definitely caused an erection problem, many times ,as this is part of the learning curve and as long as is temporary as it n a few hours it's in ok right? Even nerve damage can take weeks to heal, correct?
As you probably know there's a fine line between enough fatigue for growth and nerve damage. Obviously I've crossed that red line, as have you. Well I think I have some nerve damage. Either this or it's something else, but I track it back to a week and a half ago, since then erections have had issues, as no erection at all, or not hard for very long at. I am trying stop and starts.
Usually I know one must back off and not stretch too hard, until this nerve damage subsides, I can still stretch, hang but not to the point where it's going to cause any more injury as I'm sure you know, correct?
For clamping an erection of 70-100% is best right?
If currently I'm not able to get an erection pre hanging as I know it's the best time, after hanging is completed, would clamping have any benefits for length growth?
Are you sure nerve damage is caused by improper technique than too much weight? One correction I'd like to point out so you understand the difference.
There is not a fine line between enough fatigue and nerve damage.
Nerve damage comes from improper technique. When one goes up in weight it is then that improper technique causes damage that may otherwise not happen at a lower weight.
Same with manual stretching. Nerve damage is not fatigue in any way. Overdoing stretches or hanging can result in over fatigue but that doesn't mean it WILL be Nerve damage.
Nerve damage can be caused even if fatigue is not achieved.
I am sure nerve damage can be caused by improper technique or too much weight or even a combination of both. Are you sure nerve damage is caused by improper technique than too much weight?
Too much force or improper technique can cause injury. Are you sure nerve damage is caused by improper technique than too much weight?
