First double clamping session!!!:becky:

Challenged by Kickinthemebs (once again), I decided to put on a second clamp this morning.

Friday morning session

60 minute continuous clamp...second clamp applied after 5 minutes...
55 minute double clamped edging/stamina session with amazing EQ and engorgement.

Really developing stamina from this work as evidenced by being able to hover around the edge and then bring on visual stimulation (watching my thrusting in the mirror) and mental stimulation (imagining my wife moaning and cumming). I was also able to change pace quite a bit with some very rapid thrusting for a minute at a time. I couldn't have come close to do anything like this until I began these long clamped edging sessions. They are incredible.
Putting on the second clamp also added a bit of extra mental stimulation. It's cool having the second clamp on and I had to be careful with my edging for about ten or 15 minutes until I got used to the appearance and feel of two clamps.
I was concerned about having enough shaft to "play with" but that wasn't a problem at all. Until about the last 8 minutes or so, my second clamp (closest to my glans) was always one or two clicks looser than the one at my base. Then for the last five minutes, I clamped them both as tight as I could tolerate.
I'm loving double clamping and will continue to develop this new technique.
My MEG with both clamps on was 6.2 inches and looks and feels great.

Do you think edging increases gain in length and girth or is it mainly a stamina excercise?

I think the clamped edging I am doing now is the most effective exercise for gaining girth. I think it is also effective for length. It is amazing for stamina training...especially these sessions that I do for an hour.
Clamping is a very advance exercise and you shouldn't do clamped edging until you are well conditioned.
As far as straight edging, I think that is mainly a stamina exercise. From what I've read it can help with girth as well.
When you put a clamp on, everything changes because of the way clamping allows engorgement. Manual squeezes, ULIs, etc are great for girth. Clamping is manual squeezes on steroids!

Hahaha, I just started doing regular jelqs and v jelqs, haven't hopped on a routine, nor do I warm up, warm down or stretch yet, it is so confusing at this point.

But I have a basic idea of what I want to do, once I get lube I want to get on JP90 and i'm considering getting the flaccid jakkits, I turtle alot and my flaccid is typically 2 inches-3 inches. Flaccid jakkits look legit, i haven't researched about them yet, but the result pictures look reasonably legit.

after that hanging for length gains
clamping for girth gains

You know so much please enlighten me man! This is so much information to understand!

It looks like you've been lurking around here since June 2014. You need to do some important Newbie stuff.

You can study my Progress Log to get an idea of what my journey has been like. Then once you get some lube (I really recommend Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Moisturizing Gel Oil), I suggest you begin the JP90. It's an advanced beginner's program that will help you get conditioned and hopefully get some Newbie gains in girth and length.
I use that Palmer's gel oil for jelqing routines as well as my current program of clamped edging. What I'm doing is something you should not do until you have maybe a year of PE work under your belt.
Key thing is to use your head and keep your PE journey safe.

Friday evening stretch

40 minutes of intense stretching!

This new stretching routine my friend Mebs has introduced me to is very INTENSE! Maybe it feels more intense because it comes about 12 hours after my 60 minute continuous clamped edging session.

Whatever,it's intense.

Basically I'm doing "plump" (30% erect) bundled multidirectional stretches each held for one minute. I actually increase the intensity of the stretch every twenty seconds which helps the time pass better.
Then I do regular multidirectional stretches the same way.

After these multidirectional stretches, I do five tunica tugs each held for 45 seconds followed by five A-fulcrum stretches also held for 45 minutes.

I finish up with bundled and regular circle stretches going both clockwise and counterclockwise seven times.

Right now that's a 40 minute stretching session. Hopefully I will see some length gains with these.

Just refer to me as Bobby, I read all of those last night, but I pretty much understood most of that stuff already. Would you recommend me hanging instead of doing JP90? Like with light weight, really just want to work on length at this moment.

I've been reading your log and I'm thinking about getting that, but I also have a couple burn marks on my penis from using nair like last year(Yeah stupid and OUCH), was told by Namsokiek that his formula might help make my penis look rejuvenated, young, plump and nice, so I might do that, but it's going to be expensive. '

The formula is

vitamin e oil (highest pure concentration available)

The best thing for removing hair is Carson's...a great tip from Namso! I talk about it pretty early in my progress log. No nicks and leaves you soft as a baby! I have to leave it on 7 minutes...no more than that or it burns! I use it every two weeks or so...

Rest days are tough when it means laying your clamp aside for a day or two...but we do need to grow.

Broke my clamp!#@#!

After two days of rest, I was looking forward to getting pumped this morning. Got out my lube, silicone sleeve and trusty clamp...EQ was a work in progress this morning...probably tired from too little sleep...
BUT, 10 minutes into my clamping session I had another clamp failure. BUMMER. Tried to get another clamp on, but it wasn't going to happen...decided to do some jelqs instead, thinking I might clamp later tonight.

10 minutes of clamped edging

100 Ultimate wet jelqs
100 KITJs
20 V jelqs

Kind of a disappointing morning giving up my clamping. Take home lesson...I'll always have two clamps ready to go in case of another clamp failure.

Afternoon stretching session

35 minutes of regular and bundled multidirectional stretches each held for one minute. Increasing the stretch every 20 seconds. Also did 5 tunica tugs held for 45 seconds and 5 A-fulcrum stretches held for 30 seconds. Finished with regular and bundled circle stretches. A few bruises from tunica tugs...which are pretty intense.

Hopefully these will be yielding some length gains...

80 minutes clamped edging (no cumming)!:common001:

This was a great session. Started with great EQ, quickly got my comfort sleeve and clamp on and edged continuously (stamina training session) for 60 minutes. Definitely building stamina. I know when to slow it down and can do these long clamped edging sessions without going over the edge or cumming...saving that for my wife.

After 60 minutes in the clamp, I decided to leave the clamp on and do five minutes of single and double handed squeezes...ULIs, full hand squeezes, sliding ULIs, and seesaw squeeze. This all felt great with great movement of blood that I could feel.

Then removed the clamp but left on my AB silicone sleeve and did five minutes of jelqing...rewarded with some nice precum.

Still had great EQ and decided to but clamp back on for another 10 minutes of clamped edging. Really nice expansion with this clamp and amazing EQ...had to back off 4-5 clicks.

Then clamp and sleeve off. Finished with an amazing plump hang and deep nice color. Veins were amazing during the session.

Loving these long clamped edging sessions. I know I am accomplishing my goal of greatly increasing my stamina and endurance for my wife as well as getting closer to my goal of MSEG 6 inches!

Clamping is so much fun and so effective!

Hey getinbig, just wanted to thank you for your detailed and informative progress log. I started PE with an extender in Jan 2014 and struggled but did see some gains. I came across this site later that year and tried JP90's routine but never really gave it the commitment and consistency needed.

In the meantime I purchased a Phallosan Forte (in hopes that I could get the 9 hrs+/day of tension needed to grow). PF is more comfortable than my extender (which caused great pain and needed adjustment/checked after each hour); however, the PF has had its own challenges (learning curve, irritation, blisters, sleeve condom rips, etc...). I am slowly trying to condition my penis head to the PF's pump/tension (I think that being uncut is one reason that my head is more susceptible to problems).

While working with the PF I have incorporated approx. 5 sessions of JP90's routine each week and am anxious to see what results I get from combining the two. I have tried a few different products for wet jelqing, but am going to try your Palmer's oil suggestion. I recently purchased organic cocoa butter in a jar, but to my surprise it is solid at room temperature and needs melting prior to use. It smells great and I actually like the warm oil sensation, but for ease of use, I will definitely give Palmer's oil a go next--I like that it also has Vit E.

After finishing JP's 90 day routine, I may look into clamping. Your results have been inspiring to me. Happy PE!

Just started clamping myself about a week ago, building stamina up nicely, I've gone from 1 four min set to 3 fives, and today I added some slow wet jelqs to finish my last set just for fun :)

the he plump was nothing short of amazing. Still getting the little red spots but they disappear with 12 hours rest. Do you find a clamped jelq helpful?

I am happy you have benefitted from my progress log. Keep one yourself, it will help motivate you and be an accountability tool for you. Others will benefit from your posts and learning as well.
My friend Kickinthemebs has a lot more energy than I do and has some great threads he has started. He did a lot of work with the PF, is also uncut and had some difficulty with blisters, etc. I've learned a lot from his many posts. I had ordered a PF over a year ago when they were having difficulty getting it through customs. I cancelled my order after rethinking some of the challenges I saw with using it. I still do my PE stealth, though I would like to introduce my wife to what I've learned and am doing. She is the ultimate beneficiary (along with me).
I think you will love the Palmer's moisturizing gel oil. I just finished 65 minutes of clamped edging and had to reapply a small amount after about 50 minutes...I did that to step up the stimulation as I am using this for stamina training. BTW, I also tried the cocoa butter in a jar and it still sits on my shelf. I buy Palmer's through amazon and get a few bottles at a time shipped to me. Great discovery. I think it will also help heal your skin after stretching and edging. It also smells nice.
Remember, be consistent and keep it safe. Injuries sideline you and really slow down any progress.

Hey Eazygeezer! Welcome to the wonderful and fun world of clamping!!! It is my favorite form of PE and I am continuing to gain girth with my clamped edging (no cumming!). Thanks for your post on my log.
I don't get red spots from clamped edging, but rarely I will from jelqing. I do ultimate jelqs and they can be intense. KITJs are a favorite of mine and I think I've gotten some red spots from them as well. Mine usually last a few days. I am thankful that I haven't had any spots for over 6 months now.
I do clamped edging now, and I do long continuous clamps that I've described in my progress log. Don't even think about doing these until you are very well conditioned and used to clamping. Even with your short sessions, monitor your PIs carefully to avoid injuries.
So, NO! I don't do clamped jelqing nor do I recommend it. I am so engorged with my clamp on that it would be painful and probably dangerous to clamp like that. I do a lot of squeezes with my clamp on, ULIs as well as two handed squeezes, sliding ULIs and seesaw squeezes which are described in my log. These are intense and I am very careful performing them. I do erect bends while clamped, but only when I'm about 80% erect...so I usually bend after a series of squeezes which tends to lessen the intensity of my erection.
Hope this helps, but be careful with clamping. Take it slow and don't get hurt. As you learn what you can take, it gets more and more fun.
