Monday mid morning jelqing

Trying to bring jelqing back into my PE work...and I really enjoy both UJs and KITJs. Just don't want to ruin my EQ for my evening clamp!!! Also I'm adding in stretching mid afternoon (maybe late afternoon today) to maintain or add to my length. Stretching normally beats up my EQ if I try to go right into clamping from stretching. Plan is to put 4-6 hours between my stretching and evening clamping.

100 wet UJs followed by 20 KITJs

Hahaha...that was the problem, Kick! I did 30+ minutes of that new stretching session after my PM to you...really feeling the fatigue from the tunica tugs (my first time doing them) and the fulcrum stretches...all after all the plump bundled and flaccid bundled and regular multidirectional stretches...
One tired dick, especially after my 80 minute morning clamp...and then my mid morning jelqing session! I have to plan sex into my workout schedule so the little guy is up for the action!
I'll post that stretch session again (I thought I did that yesterday)...


No stretching session? :)

Catch up post from yesterday...

Getting into a serious stretching routine recommended by my friend Mebs. Here's what I did yesterday.

I was still plump from my long morning clamp and jelqing after that, so I began this session with plump bundled multidirectional stretches held for one minute each. I made sure I was about 30% erect for each of these stretches.
The plump bundled were followed by flaccid bundled multidirectional stretches, again held for one
minute.
I then did regular multidirectional stretches held for one minute.
I've never done tunica tugs before, but I did about 5 minutes of these, holding each for about 30 seconds. This is an intense stretch and I'm glad Mebs recommended them to me.
After the tunica tugs, I did about 5 minutes of A-fulcrum stretches, holding them for about 30 seconds.
I liked the way this went and plan to keep tugging to see if I can't continue to gain length while I'm gaining girth.
My shaft got a little sore from this session, but had a nice feeling of fatigue after I was done...

Then my wife attacked me and that was a performance challenge after all that time in the Gym!

Tuesday morning session

60 minutes clamped edging (no cumming)

60 minutes of continuous clamped edging. Nice session that convinced me I am gaining more and more control. Was a great stamina session where I changed the pace off and on, changed my grip, did lots of thrusting the entire time, backed off about 4 clicks to keep it safe and reverse the cooling of my glans.
At about 45 minutes, I was aware of some loss of sensation...I could feel everything, but I was in no danger of going over the edge. I could thrust continuously at a quick pace without any danger at all of going over the edge. This was when I decided to back off 4 clicks...sensitivity to my edging seemed to pick up with that and then I tightened up for the last ten minutes of clamping.
Nice and plump after I finished.

Tuesday stretching session

40 minutes of intense multidirectional bundled (one set plump and one flaccid) stretches. Then regular multidirectional stretches.
Each of these stretches was held for one minute. I would increase the intensity of the stretch every 20 seconds.
Once these were done, I did about 12 minutes divided between tunica tugs (held for 35 seconds today) and A-fulcrum stretches.
I love the stretches and the fatigued, worked-out feeling after I'm done. Just hope the
little guy can hold up to all this exercise;)

First.... Tell your wife about PE she will get it!

Secondly wanted to ask about AB-silicone sleeve. When I use I basicly stretch it out and apply it to the base of my shaft it adds extra pressure that way.

With my girth the initial putting it on is a bit hard since I kind of think I might break it. If I will cut the sleeve I will loose the additional tension.

Any thoughts or advice on this?

I cut one (maybe two) in half and won't do that again. I then had to wrap it around instead of stretching it over my glans and shaft. It wasted those sleeves.
I do cut them parallel to the opening...right in half...that gives me two intact round sleeves. I'm not nearly as long as you are and I need more shaft to work with. If I was double clamping, I'd probably leave it intact because I would need more of a sleeve for the two clamps.
My base erect is now about 6.5 on a really engorged day and I don't think I will tear the sleeve. I try to protect them since they make clamping wonderful. I also bought an anti-turtleing sleeve from AB Silicone. It's a long sleeve that I can cut to make many sleeves as I need them. I've been using my present sleeve for quite a while and it's just fine.
You can do what I did as an experiment, but I found it bunched up and slowed down the application of my clamp. I think Kick basically slits the sleeve and then wraps it around. I like just stretching it over my shaft, pulling it to my base and I'm ready to get that clamp on. It really takes all the craziness about wrapping out of clamping.
I love my comfort sleeves!

I use a strip of chamois skin and applies part of a silicone sleeve just above the dorsal part (yes I cut the sleeve).
Otherwise I'm sure you can glue it to the clamp, you would need to find the proper glue though, others have glued strips of mousepad with success.
Give a try to wishful advice, once it's near the base you can jsut roll it on itself until you reach the very base.

does pe really work? I've talked to two drs who told me it doesn't. also do u have images to prove your gains, and can anyone who has gained tell me the truth

I have gained and I can tell you the truth. PE does work. If you do the work;). Be safe, consistent, persistent, and patient and PE works great. Why not just start with a beginner routine and find out for yourself?

Glad you are liking the stretching routine. I am pretty sure that you will gain from it. However, it is pretty intense, so I definitely would only recommend it to conditioned dudes like yourself ;) It leaves a really nice sore fatigue in the shaft afterwards.

Popol, I've tried the same approach with chamois...great minds must think alike...
But it didn't work as well for me. I really like just stretching the silicone ring over my glans and shaft and have no problem getting it right to my base. Once clamped, I usually am able to slide it closer to my base as I get more erect. So for me, leaving the sleeve intact is working best right now.

Mike, good question and one which should be asked. I sent you a PM a short while ago. Just check out my signature. I know it's working by what I hold and feel in my hands. I love PE for what it has done for me in terms of size, both length and girth, and EQ. All of us here wouldn't keep doing this if it didn't work. My wife knows I'm bigger and that's what really counts.

Kick, thanks so much for the routine and your encouragement. I'm sure I will gain from this...and I'm loving that "nice sore fatigue in my shaft"...it's the fatigue that lingers...:becky:

Thursday morning session

60 blissful minutes of clamped edging (no cumming):becky:

This session was marked by stupendous EQ, great engorgement, nice veins and color. Another great stamina training session. Control became obviously better after about ten minutes into the clamp. By 30 minutes, I could thrust at varying speeds and depth into my ok grip. Pretty much non stop edging for 55 minutes. Then I began some two handed squeezes, full hand squeezes, sliding ULIs as well as regular ULIs. Did some reverse sliding ULIs (moving from glans to base) that might help base girth.
Visual stimulation better after about 30 minutes, but stamina and control is definitely building. Nice precum
:p.

Looking forward to my bundled stretches and tunica tugs later.

Afternoon Stretching


32 Minutes of regular and plump bundled multidirectional stretches each held for a minute. Then my tunica tugs and A-fulcrum stretches held for 45 seconds each. INTENSE! Had some fluid building up so shortened the session a bit,,,

Nice sore fatigue in my shaft that is lingering...
