My regular stretching session...about 25 minutes of regular and bundled multidirectional stretches held for a minute...then regular and bundled circle stretches...

Clamped Edging coming tomorrow!

Monday morning session

Great EQ today. Really had to back off during my sessions. Color was excellent deep red to just a little more, veins were prominent. Tremendous engorgement throughout. Squeezes were held from 10-20 seconds. Sliding ULIs lasted 25-30 seconds. Also did some two handed see saw squeezes but had to go easy with these to avoid going over the edge. Lots of precum

Had such great EQ and thick hang after first clamp, decided to do a short second session. This "short" session was a straight 30 minute clamp with continuous edging. This felt so good and had best engorgement yet on a clamp. I started off with the clamp backed off about 4 clicks (normal is 3-4) from tightest setting. During this short session, I quickly had to back off again and again, winding up 8 clicks from maximum setting. Never had to do this before. Even at 7 and 8 clicks off from tightest, still had great EQ with nice upward curving erection. Nice precum at the end. Plan is for another session later this afternoon. Right now the little guy feels like he's had a nice workout. Great feeling of fatigue, but hanging thick and plumped up.

Flaccid base girth measures 6 inches now! Loving PE. This stuff works if you are consistent.
Going for 6 inches MSEG and getting close...then maybe 6.5 MSEG and the same or more for base girth.
My wife will love it...

Clamped Edging is great! 2 hours and 20 minutes of continuous clamping between my three clamps!

EQ has been great today. Nice upward curve for all that clamping along with great engorgement. Thought I could go for longer sets after PMing with you about your own long back to back sets!
If EQ holds tomorrow, I should be able to "keep it up!"

So you been gaining in base girth from clamping?

I for sure notice the day after clamping that my flaccid size is thicker and it hangs more.

Tuesday morning workout

60 minute clamp with a twist on my continuous edging/squeezing

I had an amazing session this morning. Here's what I learned (taken from my post on
Clamping Q & A)

"Wishful, I love your post about being able to better control your orgasm in sexual situations as a result of clamping.
I absolutely believe clamped edging has helped me in that way tremendously. Today the light clicked on, before I read your post! My morning clamp was 60 minutes long. During the first 30 minutes, I alternated between edging and squeezes, but noticed I could edge much longer than in the past without getting too close to PONR for comfort.

Having realized that, I decided to only edge...and to edge non-stop for the next 20 minutes (so from 30-50 minutes of my clamp). IT WAS GREAT! I didn't really know how it would go. Typically I go from edging to squeezes to avoid PONR during my clamp sessions.

This morning I realized that clamped edging is a fabulous stamina training exercise for any of us who have had issues with premature ejaculation. This subject might deserve its own thread since so many of our members are seeking help with PreE.

Consider this-- my hands are really lubed with Palmer's moisturizing gel oil and I'm at a very high erection level with my clamp on. That alone is dangerous territory when trying not to go over the edge. Within that setting, I began my experiment of non-stop edging with a firm grip. This was so powerful and fun. It felt like my wife was kegeling down on my shaft the entire time because of my firm grip. I also was sliding back and forth along my shaft with that firm grip in both directions...almost pushing my shaft in and out of my "ok" grip.

Given the lube and high erection level, I think this surpasses anything I've read about for stamina training. I am so "pumped" about this discovery. It places my clamped edging in a totally new light. Not only will I get great girth gains, but also I will be able to last longer. That adds up to a lot more pleasure for my wife.

I'm putting this in bold even though it's not on my progress log because I think it's so important to everyone else here at PEGym. It might cause some others to consider clamping a little more seriously."

Purps, I am convinced that clamping is increasing my base girth...and I love it.

If you check out Hydeaway85's pics (under his user name Houstonwoods) over at TP, you can see his very impressive base girth. He and I PM a lot. I can see my changes are starting to parallel his. Hopefully the girth will continue, but I'm fairly certain I'm gaining nicely now. These long clamps are amazing. I'm using them as of today for stamina training as well...a great discovery!


So you been gaining in base girth from clamping?

I edged using my hand as a clamp, it's tough to keep consistent grip for longer than 5-10 min, but I've edged for 20 with a fairly decent clamp during.
It definitely is great stamina work.

LLN, that's how I felt when I was getting ready for clamping. I did a lot of manual work to condition for the clamp. I have strong hands, but they would give out after a while...and there was no riding that kind of fatigue.
Now, with my clamp on, I can adjust the firmness of my grip. No question that I am looking at clamped edging differently after realizing what a great stamina training exercise it can be for me! Sounds like your edging has made you a longer lasting noob. I'm looking to become a very long lasting noob myself!:becky:

Wednesday morning workout


Today was a stretching only rest day...well it started out that way.

My EQ and libido are very high from all these long sessions of clamped edging. This morning as I was resting, my clamp began calling...and before I knew it, my silicone sleeve was in place and my clamp was closing...then came a no cum 30 minute continuous clamp of great edging and squeezes.

Great EQ this morning and nice upward curve. My CC seems to be getting more pronounced, and I had great veins popping out all over and could see the ribbing and chambers along my shaft. Color was good with a little coolness at my glans. Also felt just a little cool below the glans at about 20 minutes, so I backed off a few clicks (to about 5 clicks backed off) and kegeled a bit more and my erection level improved as did my shaft and glans temperature.

A nice session. I also did some full shaft squeezes (squeezing with my whole hand along the shaft). I read about these somewhere...on Redzulu's clamping paper??? maybe...at any rate, I like them and they really let me feel the expansion and engorgement in my shaft.

Hang in there, watch your PIs and remember that Clamped Edging Rocks!

Rest day cancelled because of lack of interest! :cool:

Ok, so I got this idea about a new wrap for my clamping sessions and thought I would see how it works...
Well, you know how it goes...had to get a little erect...then applied the wrap...then the clamp...and then...
ANOTHER 30 MINUTE CLAMP WITH EDGING AND SQUEEZING JUST KIND OF HAPPENED!!!

The good news is that it was a great second clamp of the day, once again with great color, veins, ribbing...so nice!
Clamping is so much fun, it's hard to turn down an opportunity to do another set...especially when you're in the clamp...I guess I almost saw this coming...fortunately this was another session with no cumming.

So my rest day has officially been cancelled because of lack of interest...

Make sure you have your rest days set a certain rest days for yourself and stick to them. You need atleast some rest days trust me.

Thursday workout

30 minutes of clamped edging today.

I'm amazed at how my EQ has been there for all these sessions! This was a great session with great EQ typical of all my recent clamping. Nice veins all over, good color and nice ribbing on the side of my shaft.
I did lots of squeezes including a squeeze of my entire shaft which I held for 20 seconds.

I haven't been able to have sex with my wife for some time. Today was a planned release after my session. That was a much needed release.
;)

Tomorrow will be a rest day.

Purps, thanks for your advice. You are absolutely correct. Today was a rest day for me. I may rest for a few more days just to allow for some recovery and growth.

Make sure you have your rest days set a certain rest days for yourself and stick to them. You need atleast some rest days trust me.

Clamp Failure at 68 minutes!

Saturday workout

68 Minutes of blissful clamped edging

Great session this morning with great EQ. Nice deep color, but not going to purple. Lots of veins, ribbing along the sides of my shaft.
I had two nice dry orgasms at about 11 minutes into this long clamp.
The sessions was broken up into long periods of straight edging (stamina training) as well as sliding ULIs, clamped KITJs (nice!), and ULIs at different points along my shaft each held from 10-20 seconds.
I also did a number of erect bends and full hand squeezes to the entire shaft.
Added an interesting
exercise this morning which was a sliding ULI (from base to just below glans) while I pushed with my flat palm against my glans. VERY INTENSE!;)

I was thinking of going to 75 minutes but ran into Cable Cuff failure (???) at 68 minutes. I'm glad it happened because it made me run out to buy some spare cable cuffs to have around.

Even with the clamp failure, this was a great long session of clamped edging. Lots of precum at the end

Sunday has been a rest day...and I can feel those gains coming!

Looking forward to clamped edging in the morning with my AB silicone comfort sleeve. May try some stamina training tomorrow as well.

Rest days serve a number of useful purposes...time to grow...time to recover and regroup...time to get horny and really look forward to getting in the Gym again

Monday morning workout

This was a great session! I had great EQ throughout and right from the start. After lubing up and getting my AB Silicone comfort sleeve on, I applied my clamp and began edging. After about five minutes my glans was nice a smooth and really engorged as was my entire shaft. I then began doing squeezes and some bends for the next five minutes.
Stamina training session! At the 10 minute mark I began edging continuously without any break for squeezes. This really felt great. My goal was to see how long I could go before threatening going over the edge. I managed to edge for 25 minutes! I find this very encouraging since I was very erect and my hands were well lubed, adding to the great sensation of the edging session. I am convinced this is a form of desensitizing that I really need to last longer with my wife. I'm hoping I can continue to lengthen my time of continuous edging, but 25 minutes may be sufficient. I'll know as I experiment when loving my wife. The problem is she gets me beyond excited.
After 45 minutes into my clamped session, I began to mix it up again with squeezes, ULIs, Sliding ULIs, full hand squeezes and Sliding ULIs combined with pressing the palm of my hand against my glans. It was a great session with really nice engorgement. Very nice precum (celery seed works)
