65 Minutes Clamped Edging:becky:

Wednesday morning session

So again I woke with morning wood and had great EQ. Quickly got my AB silicone comfort sleeve on and applied my clamp.

I am working on improving my stamina for my wife and using these long continuous clamped edging sessions to help achieve that. It is very effective. Because of the very high erection level and my lube, this feels great, but I really need to focus in the beginning...watching my breathing and avoiding IKs that might put me over the edge.

I read a post by spanky where he described a Peaking technique he uses. I basically have been doing something like that. His post helped me realize that and enabled me to better apply the technique lately in my sessions. Thanks spanky!

So this morning, I quickly found myself at an intensity and stimulation of around 9...early on I don't want to spend too much time in that range...my sessions are long, and I have to pace myself like a long distance runner. That's actually what I want to be able to do with my wife...to slow things down at the start, pace myself, control my breathing and be tuned into what I'm feeling...and control all of that so I can bring her the most pleasure.

So this morning I modified my stroking...more at the base...and controlled things with my breathing and often holding a reverse kegel. I find that I am now doing this automatically which is the way it should be happening. I'm much more aware of being in control. Spanky talks about that as well.

All of this got my level of stimulation to a more acceptable and very enjoyable 7...I rode this level for the first 15 minutes, and then was able to step my stroking up, add visual stimulation (watching in my mirror), doing full shaft and glans stroking.

After 20 minutes, I was at a great place, riding a very enjoyable 8+ most of the time. When it started going beyond what I wanted, I could modify things by shortening my stroke and controlling my breathing.

After about 40 minutes, I seemed to have amazing control and could do rapid stroking, thrusting my hips, full shaft stroking including the glans, change speeds, twirl my hand around my shaft and more without losing control. I find this amazing, but clamped edging has been a great stamina training vehicle for me...and it's fun and feels great (in a very controlled way).

So I continued riding this nice wave at a stimulation level of about 8.5 for almost 15 minutes. I had to back off a bit for the last five minutes after I tightened the clamp one additional click to go for more expansion. That really jumps the erection level and requires me to focus and modify what I'm doing to maintain control. But it's a nice challenge and part of my stamina training.

After I finished 60 minutes of clamped continuous edging, I left the clamp on for another five minutes of manual squeezes, ULIs, sliding ULIs, two handed squeezes at the base and below the glans simultaneously, full shaft squeezes and I finished with over a minute of a great seesaw squeeze. I learned this from Kickinthemebs and love the way this feels. I'm so engorged at this point, I can feel the blood moving back and forth as I alternate the squeeze from one hand to the other. Felt just great.

So this was a great session that ended with a fair amount of precum
:p and a wonderful plump hang...and a sense of satisfied fatigue...and the awareness that I am really gaining control over these sessions.

Hi Lelrizons,
sounds like you're doing exactly the right thing. I'm a very big fan of Peaking exercises, which are about precisely this. With edging you should try to learn a scale for yourself of typically 1-10, where 0 or 1 is just normal, nothing, reading the paper or something and 10 is orgasm. So let's say 9 is the edge of your PoNR, then stop before you get there, and every day, try to get a bit closer before backing off.

doing Peaking properly, you don't necessarily go right to the edge and test yourself too much, you bring yourself to, say, a 7, then back off down to a 4 or a 5, wherever you can keep erection let's say. And keep doing that, up and down, and pay attention to how far you're going.

Doing this you'll get super familiar with
your levels. So for me, I start to lose wood around a 5, and I tend to lock into an 8 during sex. in that place, I'm hard as hell, comfortable, and loving the zone. I mentally disconnect from how my penis feels, my penis becomes a tool for her pleasure, not mine. I try, while this is easier during "foreplay" or a blowjob, and gets harder to concentrate on when you're right up there in the zone, visualising moving the energy outwards, down my legs and up my back..

.. incidentally, moving the energy up your back to your head is apparently how you reach full body orgasm, and while I haven't quite achieved that, it's a great place to be, and I've found that even if I don't cum, which happens sometimes now, I'm more than satisfied with 20 minutes plus in that place.

20 minutes is kind of key for me too, 20 minutes of stimulation - not necessarily 20 minutes of penetration, then after staying at an 8 for a while, relaxed and locked, not worried about it getting out of my control or hitting PoNR, the PoNR starts to move higher and higher away, so then you can get up to a 9 or a 9.5 without flying off, and still get back down again.

And your comfort and confidence is really important too. If all you can think about is controlling yourself, that's going to bring on anxiety, and that won't help at all.

Effectively it's about learning to control your PoNR like it's something outside of you. But it's not. It's all you. It moves. And that is largely psychological, the physical exercises, K/RK etc are about you gaining control, being able to move up and down the scale, and during Peaking, you start to become not just more aware of subtle changes and responses in yourself, you learn and build muscle control from a safer place. I think also, that while K/RK is good for stamina without arousal or edging, that alone doesn't teach you much until you're doing it to control your arousal up at a 7 or 8.

It does improve. And while I'm not going to suggest that it's all psychological like they used to believe, some of it still is. You can control a lot of it mentally and overpower your body. A lot of it is physical, muscle fitness etc. But also serotonin is well known now to have an impact, and if you want proof that you can mentally do something about that, google people being hypnotised to think they're high or on ecstasy. Mind over matter is powerful stuff.

Today is a rest day...and rest is good for recovery, PIs and growth!

I got a great PM from spanky regarding stamina and developing control...I'm posting it here so others might benefit as I have...
I'll tell you what, something it sounds like you may have found already, the longer you stay in the zone, the easier and more automatic the control becomes. I think of Pre E like an engine you just switched on, it's cold, it's clumsy, and hard to control. Problem starts when your PoNR is massive and smothers you, but the longer you hold off, the engine warms up and it just works better. Basically like foreplay - and people think only women need that?
Spanky is right...right now it takes me about 20 minutes of clamped edging to really get into the zone...and then I have much more control...after 40 minutes I hit a great plateau that I can ride with about a 9 stimulation level for about 15 minutes. After I hit this zone, I can really step up my stroking, including the glans, twirl my hand up and down my shaft, increase thrusting, add visual stimuli from my mirror. It amazes me I can do this without cumming! Control I've never had. After about 15 minutes, I have to back off because I've been at this for 55 minutes...and I'm ready to explode.

My goal is to shorten the time down from 20 minutes when I first more relaxed...or as spanky puts it, get the engine warmed up.

Stamina training through clamped edging has been amazing for me. I am gaining control that I never thought was possible.

Back to resting...

My Stamina routine is working!;)

Friday morning session

65 minutes of clamped edging (no cumming)
60 minutes of continuous edging/Stamina Training!
5 minutes of clamped squeezes, ULIs, full hand squeeze, double hand squeezes, erect bends, finished with modified double hand seesaw squeezes

The details...

Working on Stamina training through long sessions of continuous clamped edging. As my last note discusses, spanky is right about getting into the proper zone.

Today was better, I hit my first good zone after about 17 minutes as opposed to 20 minutes. Had to back off at 22 minutes, but then did well through 25 minutes. I had really good control, needing to slow down only a few times...but carefully stroking and thrusting.

After 25 minutes I entered into a safer zone that felt great and well-controlled.

At 35 minutes, "the engine" was warmed up and under control. I can't believe the stamina and control I am achieving. I was able to really ramp up my pace, intensity, visual and mental stimulation (watching my stroking/thrusting while imagining my wife's response, moans, etc).

This controlled zone lasted for an amazing 25 minutes. I was able to very rapidly thrust, vary from short to long thrusts, twirl my hand over my whole shaft and glans without losing control!!!

The last 25 minutes of excellent control riding a stimulation level and very high erection level was amazing. After 60 minutes of continuous clamped edging, I transitioned into 5 minutes of manual squeezes.

Once again this last 5 minutes included
clamped squeezes, ULIs, a 20 second full hand squeeze, double hand squeezes, erect bends held 10 seconds each, finished with modified double hand seesaw squeezes.

These modified seesaw squeezes are something I tried today for the first time and I am convinced they will be a regular part of my training. How they differ from my standard double hand seesaw squeeze: after doing my seesaw squeeze, milking the blood back and forth from my base hand to my hand just below my glans, I began to alternately take one hand and place it next to the other. What that means is after applying my base hand squeeze, I would release my glans grip and move it back to just above the base hand and squeeze there, increasing the expansion into the glans. Very, very impressive engorgement. Then I would squeeze the glans hand pushing blood back toward the base, remove the base hand and place it below the glans hand and would squeeze there, really increasing expansion toward the base. The feeling of blood moving back and forth in the shaft is pretty amazing.
I did this for about 90 seconds to finish my 5 minutes of manual squeezes.
Then removed my clamp and comfort sleeve (love that sleeve).:yahoo:Finished off with 100 great Ultimate wet jelqs and 20 V jelqs.
This was an amazing session of stamina training. I'm loving this and can tell I am really developing control I never dreamed possible! Answered prayer!:angel:

65 minutes of Clamped Edging

Great session with 60 minutes of continuous edging while clamped. Great Stamina session...these get harder since I haven't cum in a while. Hopefully with my wife soon!!!

After edging for 60 minutes while clamped at very high erection level and well-lubed, I kept my clamp on for about six minutes of erect bends, ULIs, double handed squeezes and modified
seesaw squeezes again. I was going for 10 additional minutes, but felt a twinge of something, so quickly removed my clamp. Decided against jelqing to give the little guy a rest and some recovery time.

Tomorrow will be a rest day before resuming clamping on Monday.

Have a great weekend and keep it up but keep it safe as well!

70 minute clamp this morning!

Monday morning session was great!

Clamped continuously for 70 minutes broken down like this...

60 minute Stamina training session with continuous edging, very high EQ, lots of lube, thrusting, varying pace and grip

After the first 60 minutes, did another 10 minutes of erect bends, squeezes, both single and double-handed, sliding ULIs, modified seesaw squeezes which give me amazing expansion.

The entire session was great with nice precum at the end. Finished thick with nice color. Can't get over how girthy I've become. PE is amazing.

Consistency pays off...so does being careful and avoiding injuries.

Seriously thinking about ordering Phallosan to get some more length...

Just a note: Have you heard? Makers of Phallosan are getting ready to launch new products. You may want to see what they are working on before you purchase.

I have been reading about the new and improved Phallosan in the wings, but ordered mine yesterday. I seem to be an easy gainer and I am hoping to have results like Kickinthemebs had with PF. Looking forward to getting it in the mail hopefully by Thursday. I'll keep everyone posted how that goes.

I'd love to get to BPEL 7 inches. That would be amazing considering my humble stats when I started my PE journey. My girth gains have been absolutely amazing. I can't get over how different my unit looks today. PE is great.

70 minute clamp! :common001:

Great session this morning. 70 minutes of continuous clamped edging. Actually this was another great stamina training session. I had great EQ and quickly got my clamp on. After 3 minutes, I experienced another cable cuff failure:mad:. It may happened because of the way I try to force the clamp back against my pubic bone. At any rate, I had my spare ready and put another cable cuff on and restarted my iPhone timer...

The first 10-15 minutes is like warming up a cold engine as I gain more and more control. Basically, though, I had good control for the first 30 minutes.

From 30-60 minutes, control continued to get better. After 35 minutes I had great control and could really step up my edging in terms of speed, thrusting, involving my glans more and more, and was able to bring in a lot of visual stimulation by watching in my mirror. Also fantasized about my wife and continued to maintain great control. :becky:

After completing an hour, I decided to do some manual squeezes for about 5 minutes. These were my typical ULIs, double handed ULIs, modified double-handed seesaw squeezes, sliding ULIs as well as a few erect bends. After my squeezes, I continued to edge for another five minutes at very high EQ with lots of lube.

Took my clamp off after a little over 70 minutes. Very good PIs throughout this session. Nice precum at the finish.:p

Color was great, amazing veins and left with an amazing plump heavy hang...:cool:

Hey buddy, good stuff on your log! How long did It take you to start making girth gains with clamping? I just struggle with time and privacy, with 2 older teenage kids and work, life, house etc. I don't even have a solo hour to spend

You're huge already! Congrats on your length gains, too. Fortunately, I'm an easy gainer (so far). I'm hoping to get to 7x6 by the end of the year...

I love the fact I've gained so much girth...and pretty easily. I have older kids as well, but probably have worked at finding the breaks when I could do my clamping and not be surprised or disturbed. Basically, I get up about an hour earlier to do my clamping.

My newbie gains in girth were amazing...but when I started more advanced work, manual squeezes to get ready for clamping, I think I made some small gains. Clamped edging is something I learned from Hydeaway85. He has been very encouraging and helpful. I've prayed a lot about this too...about my ability to do this safely and avoid injuries, and that I might get the gains and develop the stamina I want to please my wife. Those prayers have been answered...but I continue to pray that I will continue to improve.

My girth gains with clamped edging have been the most impressive I've made...and they seem to be coming quickly. I think I've gained about .7 inches with my clamped edging.

I used to take the little cloth from my robe and tie around my base while edging and that was the best expansion I ever got. Unfortunately, I was always excited to try new things so I was never consistent.

Hello again, I just caught up on your log. Sorry I have been remiss in staying current. I have another suggestion, and it might help you ease into the bringing the wife into your PE. Wearing your comfort sleeve while making love is rather fun, and could be a good ice breaker with her. I use the sleeves from LGHange. I wear one folded in half so it is about 1.5 inches long. I put it at the base just as I do for clamping. It is soft and smooth and with a little lube it is well tolerated by her. It gives me a little cock ring style benefit and gives her a little added girth feeling when I am buried. Just a thought. Great work, keep it up.

Great idea wishful. I'm going to mention the site to her in the very near future...about finding something to help overcome Pre E and ED and just in general something that might help me improve my performance...and I'll see how she responds.
The comfort sleeve will go on soon! I also need to PM you about clamping during intercourse...and intriguing thought once we get past the intro to PEGym:)

I love them and can't imagine clamping without them. Now, thanks to wishful's suggestion, I will see how my wife likes the increased girth they can add to my base!

30 minutes of stretching on my "rest day"...

I usually don't do this on my rest days, but I've gotten off my stretching routine for a few days and just had the time and desire.

30 minutes of regular and bundled multidirectional stretches held for a minute each...eight different directions...then regular and bundled circle stretches followed by 5 minutes of tunica tugs.

Felt like a needed session. Looking forward to getting my Phallosan today or tomorrow. I'm hoping that will help get me to BPEL 7 inches by years end...and maybe MSEG of 6 inches. Both seem very achievable.

Wishful, that is a great offer. Thank you so much. When I get to that point, I will mention the possibility of speaking to another wife...and getting a female perspective on all of this. I can see clamped intercourse in our future once I get this out in the open which is obviously very important. i will keep you posted. You're right about my love for my wife. It's what keeps me working to improve my ability to give her pleasure and "fill" her at the same time.

Stamina training continues!

Another great session this morning. 65 minutes of continuous clamping. I edged for the first 60 minutes. Good control became great control after 25 minutes. Once again from 40 minutes until around 58 minutes, control was amazing. I added lots of extra stimulation, visual, fantasizing about my wife, full hand twirls, contact with my glans and frenulum and was able to maintain excellent control! Really pleased with using clamped edging as a stamina training vehicle. It's working great!

Last five minutes (60-65 minutes) was manual squeezes again. Pretty much the same ULIs, double-handed squeezes, modified seesaw squeezes and erect bends.

Finished plump and girthy with great color and veins.

After my clamping, I did 150
Ultimate wet jelqs, 40 V jelqs and 30 KITJs. Nice EQ this morning. A nice session. Looking forward to my Phallosan arriving today or tomorrow. I will post how that goes.
