65 Minutes Clamped Edging:becky:
Wednesday morning session
So again I woke with morning wood and had great EQ. Quickly got my AB silicone comfort sleeve on and applied my clamp.
I am working on improving my stamina for my wife and using these long continuous clamped edging sessions to help achieve that. It is very effective. Because of the very high erection level and my lube, this feels great, but I really need to focus in the beginning...watching my breathing and avoiding IKs that might put me over the edge.
I read a post by spanky where he described a Peaking technique he uses. I basically have been doing something like that. His post helped me realize that and enabled me to better apply the technique lately in my sessions. Thanks spanky!
So this morning, I quickly found myself at an intensity and stimulation of around 9...early on I don't want to spend too much time in that range...my sessions are long, and I have to pace myself like a long distance runner. That's actually what I want to be able to do with my wife...to slow things down at the start, pace myself, control my breathing and be tuned into what I'm feeling...and control all of that so I can bring her the most pleasure.
So this morning I modified my stroking...more at the base...and controlled things with my breathing and often holding a reverse kegel. I find that I am now doing this automatically which is the way it should be happening. I'm much more aware of being in control. Spanky talks about that as well.
All of this got my level of stimulation to a more acceptable and very enjoyable 7...I rode this level for the first 15 minutes, and then was able to step my stroking up, add visual stimulation (watching in my mirror), doing full shaft and glans stroking.
After 20 minutes, I was at a great place, riding a very enjoyable 8+ most of the time. When it started going beyond what I wanted, I could modify things by shortening my stroke and controlling my breathing.
After about 40 minutes, I seemed to have amazing control and could do rapid stroking, thrusting my hips, full shaft stroking including the glans, change speeds, twirl my hand around my shaft and more without losing control. I find this amazing, but clamped edging has been a great stamina training vehicle for me...and it's fun and feels great (in a very controlled way).
So I continued riding this nice wave at a stimulation level of about 8.5 for almost 15 minutes. I had to back off a bit for the last five minutes after I tightened the clamp one additional click to go for more expansion. That really jumps the erection level and requires me to focus and modify what I'm doing to maintain control. But it's a nice challenge and part of my stamina training.
After I finished 60 minutes of clamped continuous edging, I left the clamp on for another five minutes of manual squeezes, ULIs, sliding ULIs, two handed squeezes at the base and below the glans simultaneously, full shaft squeezes and I finished with over a minute of a great seesaw squeeze. I learned this from Kickinthemebs and love the way this feels. I'm so engorged at this point, I can feel the blood moving back and forth as I alternate the squeeze from one hand to the other. Felt just great.
So this was a great session that ended with a fair amount of precum
and a wonderful plump hang...and a sense of satisfied fatigue...and the awareness that I am really gaining control over these sessions.
