That is exciting that you will be adding Phallosan to your routine! I believe you can reach your goal with the PF--the science behind it is there.
There is a definite learning curve to the Phallosan and I will be following your posts to see how you are doing. Kickinthemebs has compiled a very informative article of "Phallosan tips." Everyone that buys a PF should read it!! The new sleeve condoms that they have developed are much more durable and less prone to tears (in fact, after over 2 months of use, I have not torn the new style). Enjoy:)

Hey Greg. Thanks for your encouraging post. I appreciate the reminder about Kickin's "Phallosan tips." I remember following his log right after he got his Phallosan. I will be reaching out for help and advice as I get going. My unit should arrive tomorrow. Really looking forward to seeing how this works!

Thursday stretching session

I'm struggling to keep up with my stretching and will have to recommit.

30 minutes of regular and bundled multidirectional stretches each held for a minute
...eight different directions...then regular and bundled circle stretches followed by 5 minutes of tunica tugs.

Looking forward to getting my Phallosan so stretching can really continue...

Stamina getting great!

70 minutes clamp with continuous edging. An amazing session!

Got my clamp on and after EQ really came in, I had very good control almost immediately. Great
control from 10 minutes through 25 minutes. GREAT control from 25 minutes until end of my 70 minute clamp. I could go as fast as I wanted, with lots of visual and other stimuli. Actually though it was feeling great, at 50 minutes I felt as though I could do almost anything and that I wouldn't cum! Pretty amazing. It has convinced me that I am really developing great control and stamina. I also did 5 minute so of erect bends and my typical manual squeezes followed by another great 5 minutes of edging that brought this session to just over 70 minutes. Amazing!!!

If control continues, I might contemplate clamped intercourse once my PE routine is no longer a stealth activity.

After this great stamina session, I did 150 Ultimate wet jelqs that felt great, 100 V jelqs and 30 KITJs.

Interesting question, LLN. Thanks for your question and checking out my log.

I will have to do some regular edging and let you know. I am absolutely amazed at the control I have now doing clamped edging which is a very stimulating high erection activity. Every day I have better control. It feels absolutely amazing. I seem to get into this "plateau" where I can go on forever...very encouraged by my progress!

Do you think that might be from overtraining? I'm slow getting erect, but once I'm there EQ has been great. How would you divide up your clamped and regular edging? Different days or different times of the day?
I'm really curious to see how I last with regular edging. I will let you know if there is a significant difference.

That's my thinking, too much clamped edging so when I normally edge the same intensity isn't there.

I'll probably only edge while clamped 1 out 3 or 4 edging sessions maybe.

OK, here's my report and observations...
LLN raised this question about loss of EQ, less intensity, and being challenged when doing unclamped edging.

This morning I got myself erect and then began edging without my clamp on...60 minutes (no cumming)
EQ was different...with my clamp on, it feels like my unit might explode and I have to back off a few clicks to keep things safe and comfortable. My shaft also feels like a rock.

This morning, though I had a nice upward curving erection throughout the session, there is no real way my "hardness" or EQ comes close to clamped EQ. If my clamped EQ is a 10, then my unclamped was a 7...

That probably isn't fair...how about if my unclamped EQ was a 9.5, then my clamped EQ usually runs about 12.5...

So EQ is definitely different, but it is probably not fair to compare the expansion and associated hardness of a clamped erection with one that is not engorged beyond normal with a clamp. That's why we clamp, to go beyond normal erect expansion.

How about stimulation and getting erect. I found the getting erect part about the same. Once fully erect, I did find that my control was different as well. I had to be much more focused the first 15 minutes to maintain control. I actually had to stop twice during the first 20 minutes. After that control gradually improved, going from OK (first 15 minutes) to pretty good (15-30 minutes of my session). Control was good from 30 minutes and was very good after 40 minutes.

In terms of intensity...I definitely enjoy clamped edging much more than unclamped...maybe because it is more intense. Also the visual of engorgement, veins and color add to the intensity. It's interesting that I have better control now during clamped edging than unclamped!

My erection level was excellent throughout, almost improving the last 10 minutes.

Conclusions:

EQ without a clamp is definitely less...but again that's why we clamp!

Intensity is much more during clamped edging. It's also more enjoyable doing clamped edging. Again, I think that has to do with the visual stimulation of veins, chambers, shaft engorgement, hardness and color that we get when we clamp.

Control with a clamp seems to be better than unclamped edging. That actually surprised me. It makes me really want to continue with my clamped stamina training in the hopes that my wife and I might be able to get into clamped intercourse. I think the increased hardness and better stamina would be an amazing add to our love making sessions.

The big question about clamped intercourse would be will this improved stamina/control hold during intercourse. My guess is that initially clamped intercourse will be a case of sensory overload and probably put me over the edge just as we begin...but I do think with a few "outings" with my clamp on, we should be able to enjoy the benefits of clamped intercourse.


Something to look forward to with my wife...

PE WORKS!!!

Most everyone here in the Gym knows this. I came as a real skeptic about PE and write this now for the other skeptics in the

Look at my signature below. When I first measured, I was squeezing every I could to get the best measurement. I wanted to err on the high side with my initial measurements.

I barely had 4.9 BPEL when I wandered into the Gym.
This morning my NBPEL was 5.5!!! My BPEL is 6.75!!! MSEG ranges from 5.5 to 5.75...but I'm on my way to 6.0 MSEG...and my starting MSEG was 4.7.

Conclusion...PE WORKS!!! (and it's fun to do as well:))

Incredible Stamina!!!

This morning was not a rest day. Woke up hard and got my AB silicone comfort sleeve on and then began clamping with great EQ.

This was the first time I've really had amazing control right from the start. The entire 65 minutes with my clamp on was characterized by amazing control. I occasionally had to back off a few clicks to stay comfortable because of the most impressive expansion I had during this session.

I was able to do almost anything...fast stroking, thrusting, hand twirls...just great control the whole time. I didn't measure while clamped, but I would guess I was about 6.2 to 6.3 MSEG. Impressive to look at...and feel.

Loving the control I am developing...and the girth that is developing.

I'm really hoping I get my PF today...looking forward to adding that new form of PE throughout my day.

Phallosan Forte arrived!!!

Finishing my first hour with my PF unit on. Had to figure out the belt, but everything is going well. It is very comfortable, no discomfort at all.

Love the fact that I had to use the large bell and condom. That's an amazing proof of the fact that PE works. My girth has changed an incredible amount from when I first wandered into PEGym!

I'm hoping Phallosan will give me a real boost in length. I am really hoping to get to 7 inches BPEL and 6 inches MSEG.

If all goes well, I am hoping to put lots of hours in my Phallosan logbook.

Hey Gyrta! Thanks for stopping by. I would say I got about 25% from my JP90 routines and 75% from clamping. The neat thing is that the girth gains seem to be continuing with my heavy clamping work!
Great gains! Did you got all your girth gains from clamping?

Today's routine (so far)...

65 minutes of continuous clamped edging

Phallosan 5 hours - with a break every hour to check and make sure all was well as this was my first time with my PF unit on... I also did 10 minutes of multidirectional stretches after my second hour.

Stamina training this morning was amazing!!! Fantastic control and EQ

Phallosan was very comfortable. I gained good experience with the on/off to check all was ok. I'm pretty comfortable getting my Phallosan on and off right now. My first day with 5 hours of wear has left me feeling very optimistic about my ability to build time using Phallosan.

60 minute clamp

Morning Session

Great stamina training session this morning. Woke with great morning wood and went right into my clamp. Silicone comfort sleeve makes this a breeze and truly a pleasurable experience.
Control was amazing the entire 60 minutes of clamped edging. No issues with control at all. Finished with squeezes the last five minutes.

Ended with an amazing plump hang, nice color and great veins.

Then strapped on my Phallosan after showering. Plan is for two hours this morning and then another 6 or 8 hours this afternoon/evening. Very comfortable with the Phallosan and hopeful for some length gains.

Hey getinbig,

I am glad to hear that you are adjusting well to the phallosan with no reported ill side-effects. I imagine that your unit is conditioned due to your other PE (but it sounds like you are also being smart). I actually enjoy the feel of having a good Phallosan stretch going on throughout the day. However, it is SO discouraging when you have to stop due to blisters (which I have not had for over a month now:Cool2:). Take care
