I'm doing the JP 90 Days routine and this is my 10th week, I had 1/4" gain in length and about 1/2" gain in girth by the 5th week. However I had no gains at all after that, and the worst is, my girth is 1/4" less that it was in the 5th week. Is this a normal thing? Did this ever happen to anyone? Or is this the time that I add some other exercises to my routine?

Thanks for any help!

Those gains are a good sign. First of all, you should finish the whole JP routine and then move on to other routines to further boost those gains. So for the time being, sit back and stick to JP's. Regarding that apparent girth loss, I'd recommend you measure consistently and very carefully to make sure you don't make any mistakes, it's happened to me a few times to narrow down the best way to measure myself.

Mine changes sizes too. Not nearly as often as I'd want, either. I kind of like it to change to a larger size, and then stay there.

So I'm just wondering, how long do people usually do JPs? Is it strictly 90 days, or maybe a couple of months longer? And what exactly is the sign that you have stopped growing so new exercises may be added?

And I know it probably largely depends on individuals but has anyone got any experiences of how much gains I can expect from JPs routine in 3 months time?

I've been doing JP90 for almost 18 month now.. it works, keep at it.
At times gains will slow, I had a 3 month stall, and then.. bam new gains..

Be consistent and patient, Newbie gains are awesome, they give you confidence that this will work, it WILL slow down.. but after a couple of years.. you would be surprised
