PE Continues, Growth Stalled, Time for altered Routine
I continue to PE pretty 2 days on, 1 day off.. I've reached 7.3" inside my bathmate consistently. My routine is Bathmate 10 minutes, and ADS 50 minutes.

I use StealthForMen ADS while between full-body NIR & FIR pads for 50 minutes. I use a vacuum ADS, I'm not sure what the maximum safe time is with a vacuum ... I'm going to study what others with strong ADS gains do & I am open to advice on this)
Do you want a heat pad , fir? While pumping

I found the stealthformen heat pack wasn't that hot. Warm yes. Is that enough to heat collagen tissue to cause it to be more mailable because, it may be 102 degrees , 104 at most, and this may be too much. Too much heat doesn't not make it anymore mailable. It just uncomfortable.

I've used probably 105, maybe higher with rice sock, before set one, and at times, between sets. At the very least it causes pecker to hang a bit more from more heat

I hang with a vacuum hanger and have done two hour long sets. I would say an hour or two is safe so long as your wrap technique is good.

@PEispossible in the bathtub, i just use really hot bathwater. I have a small FIR heatpad I use while doing ADS when I'm not sandwiched between my full-body NIR/ FIR heat pads.

Progress:
Good progress indicators, but nothing dramatic. 1-clearly larger flaccid & increased penis vascularity, 0.5" BPFSL 2-increased BPEL inside my bathmate., and 3-0.5" BPFSL improvement, and 4-I can reach 7.5" BPEL, but only inside bathmate. On second thought, my flaccid improvements post bathmate pumping are pretty insane (my flaccid gains are the most dramatic lately).

Routine:
Routine is still 2 days on, 1 day rest... 10 minutes bathmate, 1 hr ADS stealthformen.

No visible BPEL gains recently:
I'm now 7" BPEL without being fully erect, and still hovering around 7.25" or 7.3" BPEL on good days. MSEG is only 5" at the circumcision scar but is 5.4" at midway (the same as 8 months ago, but I'm also not working on girth). 7.5" BPEL inside the bathmate is encouraging me.

I'm set on finding a way to at least 8", then I'll re-evaluate. I'll be happy if I can reach 7.5" this year, I'll keep extending my ADS sessions & see if that helps. I'm also debating whether to change my rest day pattern.

StealthForMen:
I've broken several glans caps now (the thin silicone ones). I finally figured out if I use the sabreskin like a foreskin & cover the entire glans gel cap (except the very top), it seems to prevent it from breaking. I got a halfway broken glans gel cap to last 2-3 months this way, until it finally died. Their sizing guide was wildly off for me... Maybe I stretched my flaccid too hard (they advise to stretch your flaccid & then measure girth). They sent me 24, 26 & 28 with the original set, & they all broke quickly. I replaced them with a new 28, and 30, & 32 sizes... 32 barely fits & a 34 might also fit me (I don't have one to test). I've broken a few sabreskins too, once again it's because they were way too small, I've found I need at least a 32 & that works about perfect. Things are quite tight still - I have to use coconut oil to get everything on. It used to often take me 15 minutes to get everything on, in hindsight it's because it was way too small. I can now put things on in about 4 minutes, but can't go any faster than that. Maybe the sizes are still wrong. It is important to have things tight so the air doesn't escape, so 32 might be perfect for me.

Anyway, just wanted to point out that their video instructions show the user NOT covering the glans with the sabreskin, but I find that's a quick way to break it. Hope the advice helps someone else.

The vascularity & size of my flaccid especially has become really noticable. I think the NIR / FIR treatments & pumping are what's causing that. I'ver never had good vascularity in my legs growing up (but I always did in my arms & upper body), yet in the last few months, suddenly I do. I think it's the NIR / FIR increasing vasodilation.

Right after pumping my flaccid is quite a bit bigger... I went ahead & measured my flaccid right after pumping; it was 5.5" length (NBPFL) and 5" girth (MSEG flaccid). It's just a temporary effect (pumping) but it's still crazy that when I first started PE my erect girth was 4.88". I wonder how many years of pumping it would take to make this my permanent flaccid size.

Routine: I'm up to 70 minutes ADS (stealthformen) and 10 minutes pumping (bathmate). I haven't shown any obvious growth lately, so I continue to extend my ADS routine time. I was finally feeling some fatigue today (late in my ADS session), after weeks or even a month with little or no ADS fatigue.

I measured my flaccid today after pumping -- I was shocked that it was 6.5" (bone pressed) . My flaccid numbers are now way beyond my starting numbers; I used to be embarrased in locker rooms because my flaccid would shrink to 1.5" (mega turtling) which implied my penis was so much smaller than it actually was pre-pe. It's encouraging to see good progress indicators, although my length hasn't moved in a while. I'll keep raising my ADS time slowly until then.

Routine:
My routine continues to be 80 minutes ADS (stealthformen vac) and 10 minutes Bathmate. I kegel while using the bathmate.

BPEL improvements & vascularity increased & maybe? slight length increase (only in the bathmate tube):
I've noticed my BPEL is FAR better than when I first came back to PE.. I'm starting to get older & after 10 years of no PE, I was having erection issues. However, after being back at PE since late Dec 2023, there's a dramatic difference in my erection quality. The vascularity in my penis continues to increase, I think the bathmate is the primary driver of that (hanging never did that for me, not to this extent).

I've become more lazy with my PE & the only measuring I'm doing lately is with the bathmate. I noticed my BPEL while inside the tube finally surpassed 7.5". Reaching 7.5" outside the tube will be an incredible milestone for me. That being said, I still think I want to reach at least 8" long term.

Sometimes I get extra rest days, but I remain pretty consistent.

Routine:
Routine is still 10 minutes bathmate, but I'm up to 1.5 hours ADS & I'm using more force with the ADS (I tightened the bands...)
I'm still using the total man ADS but using the stealth vac hanger attachment.. Still doing NIR/ FIR pretty consistently..

Progress (not much measurable, but it's working, I can tell):
I'm more consistently getting 7.25" BPEL measures out of the tube & 7.5" BPEL measures in the tube (bathmate). My flaccid continues to slowly grow.. it doesn't look like the same penis I grew up with. Girth was 5.4" last I checked & I'm not working on it.. 7.3" BPEL is still my best, & while the measurements don't clearly show it, I can tell I'm improving (and EQ has improved some too).

How long will it take to get to 8"?
I am wondering how long it will be to hit my length goal — I want to reach at least 8" & recalibrate how I feel once I get there. Been back at PE since the turn of 2024. I actually don’t know how long I’ve done PE; probably at least 2.5 to 3 years, possibly more (back over 10 years ago in the old days). I’m approaching about a year back in PE… I think I"m at least at 3.5 years, but I might be wrong, I’ve failed to keep track closely. I’m definitely bigger, & it’s definitely worth it. I would love to grow faster, but on the other hand, it’s nice not being injured & I’m making progress & PE hasn’t taken over my life.

Slow but steady progress:
I've taken it really, really slow this time around.. Over the next couple months I'll slowly increase my ADS up to 2 hours & see how I am doing then... I'm not that far off from hitting the 1.5" milestone that few PE'ers hit, & the 2" milestone is ultra rare.. I honestly really want to work on my girth, but don't want to wreck my length gains, so I patiently continue my length work.

That elusive 2 inch gain is also my goal. Nothing's really slowed after the first inch, the 1/2 inch after was a true labor of love. It took forever!

Gains over 9 months of PE:
-Objectively, I've gained 1/2" BPEL since my return to PE (9 months total) with 3 months of manual & 6 months of ADS.
-I've mostly used ADS & nothing unusual in terms of force. My average monthly growth rate is 0.056"

How do I know I've gained this much:
-I was measuring wrong right after my return to PE, I wasn't really 7" (I was measuring from the side, no idea why I thought that was Ok), I was only 6.75".
-Measuring from the side (which I know is wrong) I'm now 7.5", but from the top (the correct way) I'm 7.25" consistently, or 7.3" in ideal conditions.

When do I reach 8" BPEL? (0.75" more in length gains)
-If I maintain at least 0.05" monthly growth rate, I get there by December 2025, thats = 1 year 3 months...
-I'm thinking of switching to an extender because it's a lot of work to attach the stealthformen ADS -- it's a really expensive & nice vac hanger, but the parts wear out & sometimes I get no suction & on good days I can put it on in 5 minutes, but if I'm having suction problems, it stretches to 20 minutes just to put on (or even longer if I figure out I have to replace parts), so I've been researching extenders to see if I can do something more simple & pour on the hours & get my length goals ideally a little sooner (but I know too much force will just backfire).

Take a look at the LG hanger,far less working parts and a very strong chamber. It can be used for ADS and extending as well

I bought my LG way back about 10 years ago. I stopped for a long time myself and just got back into PE about a year ago, I had my small sporadic Burt's of PE along the way but nothing consistent again until recently.

I didn't gain large amounts with it but mostly because I had gained over an inch before using it.

I have recently gotten back to full length again using it. I dropped back down to 7 in he's but am now back at 7.5and it feels as if I am starting to hit the weight for gains to begin again.

I like the LG very much

@blink2000 Stealth seems to be about getting technique down. For two to three months I didnty have one mess up, vac hanging. ADs same thing as you mentioned, takes quite and a lot of time to set up, then after 5-20 minutes , doesnt hold correctly. More than likely, a technique issue I missed. Not Using it currently

Exactly PEispossible, sounds like you're experiencing the same challenges I do.

I spent a couple months researching this -- I've been searching for an extender, because I want to pour more hours into PE & just be done with my length gains (and not stretch the process over multiple years). I want a simple device I can put on easily & eventually wear up to several hours a day (I'll probably get blisters doing that with a vac device).

I’ve decided to pull the trigger & get the Quick Extender Pro… what convinced me is the idea that it will be more simple / take less time with the noose style (which I know people tend to hate), but I’ll see if I can get used to it. VAC ADS is really comfortable, but I struggle with the attachements too often & they keep wearing out.. I admit the sale they had factored in as well (I got their most expensive device for $279 total).

My wife is going to be annoyed at me getting yet another PE device (I have a Bib Hanger, StealthForMen Vac Hanger, and Bathmate - all expensive devices.. I also have the Total Man — which I like, it just had suction issues too often, turned out I was clogging things with coconut oil & wasn’t cleaning it enough).

If anyone knows how to find 10000g springs on Ebay that are compatible with Quick Extender Pro, or elsewhere, I’m sure I’ll need those. Regarding comfort, I have so many other devices - maybe I mix & match parts to make it comfortable,

On day 4 of using the Quick Extender.. for a minute I had buyers remorse, but finally found a comfortable setup, so I’m feeling better:

I combine the StealthForMen sabreskin (one far less than my normal girth - it’s a high quality silicone-like sleeve), and use the thinner foam around both nooses & tie knots with both nooses.. I attempted to use a single noose, but it kept slipping & put too much pressure on my penis (even with me folding back part of the silicon sleeve and sticking a foam pad under it to make a ridge, it still didn’t feel right (even after trying it for days0.. I also wrap my penis head in self-sticking bandage gauze.. I tie the silicon laces / nooses under the extender in knots to keep the pressure solid so it doesn’t slip.

It’s quite time consuming so far to put the quick extender on & take it off .. it’s been a major adjustment to learn to use this device. I had similar learning curves with every device I’ve used (Bib Hanger, Bathmate water pump, StealthForMen vac hanger, etc.).

I’m going to stick with this for the next several months at least & see what happens. GIven I can reach 7.5" or further in the bathmate, I’m hoping to quickly reach 7.5", but not expecting gains really during the adjustment phase of the quick extender (they have me starting with the extender 1.6" less than my actual length, so I may end up getting decondiitoned in some ways).

I’m still doing bathmate pumping 2 days on, 1 day off.. extender is daily. I’m tempted to use my VAC ADS but have held off, wanting to make sure I give this new method a chance (the only thing I dont like about that is if I go back to VAC ADS, it takes a long time to adjustment & slowly rachet up the time)

Going into day 6 with my quck extender pro.

Wow, my dick really hurts.. I wonder how people adjust to this. However, I was finding vac devices annoying (I kept having to buy new parts over & over when I lost my vac seal), and I'm hoping I can adapt quickly to this caveman era PE device.

Going on day 7 with the quick extender pro.

I’ve been experimenting by mixing & matching PE devices… Trying to find a way to make the Quick Extender Pro nooses comfortable.

Today I’ve been using the 1-glans cap + 2-sabreskin that comes with the StealthForMen vac hanger.. It seems to greatly reduce the pain. i’ll see if that holds true once I’ve been wearing this for a few hours. Effectively, I’ve got plastic/rubber around the head of my penis (the glans cap) and it’s doubled up (right behind the head) due to the sabreskin, so it seems the top noose is not painful at all now.

My glans cap & sabreskin I’m using are actually no good for vac hanging (both have leaks) but it doesn’t matter with the extender.
I’m getting better at putting on the device it seems, but i’m only in the day 7., still learning.

Today MSEG = 5.5” and BEG = 6.5”

I was in shock… I’ve never worked on girth and started at 4.88” MSEG and similar BEG. Maybe the years of hanging did it to my base girth? Pumping definitely helps too, but I don’t recall my base girth being that big…

This also explains why the base of my quick extender is really too small… Near my base I don’t fit well and wondered if i had the wrong size
