Quick Extender Guidelines - Opinions On Realism?

Hello fellow PE’ers (especially anyone with extender experience):
I just got the quick extender pro & I’m following their guidelines.. this involves 3 phases:

Here’s their guidance:
days 1-15 adaptation period
days 16-50 evolution period
days 51 & beyond, advanced

Now, during the adaption & evolution period, everything is reasonable, because it’s all below my BPFSL & it just gets me to stretch to my BPEL.. this is 50 days & 365 hours to get accustomed to the extender & get to the point where i’m actually stretching to my BPEL length.

Here’s the part I find a little hard to believe.. during the advanced phase I’m supposed to add 0.2" every 2 weeks.. this means my BPFSL is expected to grow incredibly fast. Now I’m pretty sure I’ve seen guys with BPFSL 1.5" or more beyond BPEL, so this number may actually be realistic since this is stretch gains, not erect gains… But stil, it sounds really fast to me, and I’ve been PEing for a while….

However, consider I’ll be wearing the device 8 hours per day & I’ve never put that much time into PE before, so perhaps this is legitimate.. Fellow PE’ers that have used Quick Extender Pro or any extender, is this realistic in your experience, how long are you using going before you can add a new small increment to your extender?

I tried an extender years back, I could not do it for that long per day.

I have no answers but will follow this thread. I am considering buying a vac extender

In the case of seasoned trainers case, it may be a good idea to take a long "decon" to get some good feedback first.

This doesn't mean neglecting EQ, but if one has been performing any other sort of training then allowing those tissues to "soften" a bit may allow for more unfettered feedback from the 3 phase extender plan.

The alternative is to start from a more intermediate position where the trainer is more aptly challenged. This can be challenging if one has been used to higher intensity training. This is especially the case if gains have been made with previous [higher intensity] methods.

thanks BigO & BigAl... i have been using pretty low force, just an ADS with 4-5lbs & not for very long either (1.5 hour max, which i stopped 2 days ago when I got my extender). i also pump & plan not to stop while extending. I only pump about 10 minutes per day (give or take). For whatever reason, that works very well for me & I've seen great flaccid gains from pumping (and I'm consistently reaching 7.5" inside the bathmate, but I haven't done it outside the tube). I hope wearing the extender will help me quickly reach 7.5" and then 8" by allowing me to pour more hours into PE than ever before. We will see..

So far, the device is a bit of a pain.. But I can still put it on faster than I can put on my vac ADS/ hanger... but it's also a literal pain, that noose is lethal.. but, I've read PEers can just get accustomed to it, so that's my plan...

As they say, beauty is pain.. although I've already been told my penis is beautiful, so I guess I am just making it more so.

I had great success with it but I did differently. I would warm up and do jelqs and heat to get ready. I would put the extender at a maximum length that i could handle to begin with and I would go as long as I could before feeling discomfort then rest and massage again and then do it again and repeat heat and jelqs and massage. Then I would shorten it to a more comfortable length and do it again until feeling discomfort. I use rubber bands underneath to help secure him in place. also I massage while in it. I stroke from the shaft up to the head and I use a massager now to create vibration while in it. I tried to put a couple pics up on my profile to show what I mean but I guess you can't post pics now.. It has worked for me so I hope this helps.

actually, great advice.. you just reminded me I have a small FIR heat pad my wife customized to make it easy to wrap around my penis.. I need to use that while I'm extending .. the only annoying thing is it turns off every 30 minutes.. so i'll have to restart it quite a few times once i'm up to 8 hours per day.. about jelqs, good thought there.. i've seen people with flaccib BPFSL way beyond BPEL & there's theories it's beause these people aren't jelqing to convert gains to BPEL.

I'm still learning to use the quick extender -- i'm going to give this a shot & see how well it works for me. i've seen some people on other forums modify the device to make it easier to use.

I finally understand the guidelines & the evolution periods. I experiemented and if I fully extend my penis right now it goes numb due to the amount of pressure that has to go on top of the penis right behind the glans.. My body can’t handle it yet.

By starting 1.6" less than my actual size, and only adding 1/4" per week, I’m allowing my penis to slowly adjust to the required pressure right behind the glans. it’s completely different from other types of vacum, manual or compression methods I’ve ever used before. Going through the recommended routine gives my penis time to adjust & assures I wont get injured while adapting.

Also, for comfort, I wrap the head of my penis is bandage gauze (the self-sticking kind), and I use a sabreskin, a very high quality, expensive version of a silicone sleeve (but one far thinner than my actual girth).. it’s the stealthformen size 26 (my normal girth sabreskn i used for vac ADS is their size 32. I’ve noticed my penis girth temporarily shrinks when I use the Quick Extenfer Pro.

Then I use both nooses, with their foam attachment, and tie it snugly on top of my penis (both) then tie knots with the silicon laces under the extender..

Big believer in time over tension. Doing less weight for as long as possible. 8-11 hours a day at 4-6 lbs should eventually lead most people to gains.

I don't see a reason to need to cut out pumping, either, unless you are just wanting to test the efficacy of the device alone.

I hate extenders, I bought so many, they break after a few days and hurt so much you cannot keep them on for more than 1 hour.

@8ToGo Oh, you broke extenders? Which brands broke?
@Vidar793 pumping has been giving me major gains in both girth and flaccid size, and appears to be slowing becoming permanent.. the difference is dramatic too. My flaccid is pretty huge now & for some reason the other day I had it out & was putting lotion on it & my wife was watching and admitted it was really turning her on..
