Look into pelvic floor exercises for better ejaculatory control. In particular, read up on reverse kegels. There is a boatload of information for your happy consumption in the preE folder.

All the best!
Hi Guys,
Just wanted to say I have found a lot of great/useful info in this thread and wanted to get some input on my specific situation. If this is too much to post as a reply please let me know!
I'm 23 and I had been PMOing for 10 years before my first real sexual partner. I found out I had porn-induced ED about 2 years ago when I first tried to sleep with a woman. I struggled to get an erection/feel aroused at all throughout foreplay, and once I was finally able to penetrate, I came within 15 seconds. Since then, I've quit watching porn and masturbating all together. I've had sex with multiple women over this past year, every single time I've struggled to achieve an erection (sometimes unable, and always came fairly quickly, lasting 1 minute at my best, and 3 pumps at my worst, which is the usual case). During this time I tried edging to combat my PRE-E to no avail, with my PIED not really improving. Fast forward to four months ago and I've "relapsed" and started viewing erotic photos and masturbating regularly for about a month until I realized I killed my sex drive and have since quit again. (Will never go back to porn) I was on about a month and a half streak of no masturbation/porn when I was able to have sex with a woman (whilst I was very drunk), lasting about a minute and achieving an erection without TOO much difficulty. I was also able to have sex again a week after that (rare for me again), much less drunk, struggling to achieve an erection and finishing in ~15 seconds.
My questions is, do I just need to abstain from porn/masturbation for an even longer period of time? As I have heard that some young guys who started on internet porn can take up to ~2 years to fully "recover" AND I also seemed to do OK after the month and of half of fully abstaining. Or should I start incorporating techniques to battle the PRE-E, I'm just worried that these will worsen my PIED.
Any info is greatly appreciated!![]()
