I haven't checked in much since "snow-magedden" here in the southern US a couple weeks back. Let me address some comments/questions now.

Maybe its been asked, but you are a married man with kids. How do you find so much time for PE ?

I work from home, so I have a great deal of flexibility during the workday, assuming my son is at school or therapy and my wife is working. When they are both home (like when it snows 20 inches in three days), it doesn't happen.

Also sorry if its been asked, but what temporary increase do you have immediately after workout? I am asking about BPEL. You do so many jelqs and I wonder how much they contribute to your length gains. Me personally I havent seen much of an increase doing many jelqs, but I havent done so many eithet. The only exercise that gives me temporary BPFSL is hanging. Maybe everybodys dick is different and what works for you wont work for me. But good you have found what works for you.

Also did you have a period when you werent gaining, but a new methodology or shift in something gave you a breakthrough?

So, I don't really get an immediate, lasting bump from the jelq workouts themselves. My workouts are usually in the mornings or early afternoons, and especially lately, I've only been doing them three days on, four days off. What ends up happening is not like what I hear people talk about with pumping, where there's a lasting effect immediately after the session for the rest of the day or whatever. What happens for me is after the workout I pretty much go to a baseline hang (which is still longer than it used to be), but then as the afternoon and evening progress, my flaccid hang plumps and gets longer. Nowadays, when I go to the bathroom in the evenings I am almost always hanging below my balls, which was never a thing before PE.

As for breaking through a plateau, I really can't say. I might be in one now, but I've consciously decided to measure less often after I hit my 2" BPEL gain. I'm planning to continue with what I'm doing at the moment for another 4-5 weeks before I measure again. At that point, if I haven't gained, I'll think about doing something different.

How long do you hold each stretch and at what intensity ?

Each directional stretch is held for 30 seconds, and I sort of slap it around after each stretch and work "around the clock" up, up right, up left, down, down right, down left, then repeat another time, then do side-to-sides. Right now I'm doing 500 side-to-sides, resting for 10-30 seconds between sets of 100. The intensity thing is hard to describe. I do it by feel. It's pretty intense, but not to the point of pain.

Hey, been a minute man! you seem to be doing very well in your PE endeavors.
I know im being lazy, and not digging... but, how do you clamp your unit? do you use a cable cat clamp from hardware store?

Yo, good to hear from you! I use a small Cable Cuff Pro I picked up at Home Depot. I clamp it down to 2-3 clicks from the end, but it took a bit to dial that in. I normally use it when edging after stretching and jelqing. 12 mins on, then edge and/or squeeze a bit, and repeat as time/patience allows. I don't use a pad either. It might be a good idea, but I found a sweet spot without it, so I never bothered. LOTS of fractionated coconut oil, though!

Now, to catch my log up with activity over the past couple weeks.

Nothing for the week of 2/14/2021. We had a MASSIVE snow event, and everybody was home together enjoying that, so PE was not doable.

Week of 2/21/2021:

02/23/2021 - 11:00am - 12:15pm

  • 5 min warmup with heating pad
  • 10 minutes directional stretches + 200 s2s
  • 500 jelqs ~30 mins
  • 20 mins edging (10 clamped)
  • 5 min warmdown with heating pad

02/24/2021 - 10:50am - 12:15pm

  • 5 min warmup with heating pad
  • 15 minutes directional stretches + 200 s2s
  • 750 jelqs ~40 mins
  • 20 mins edging (10 clamped)
  • 5 min warmdown with heating pad

02/25/2021 - 7:20am - 9:05am

  • 20 minutes directional stretches + 200 s2s
  • 1000 jelqs ~65 mins
  • 20 mins edging (12 clamped)

Week of 2/28/2021:

03/1/2021 - 11:30am - 12:50pm

  • 5 min warmup with heating pad
  • 10 minutes directional stretches + 200 s2s
  • 750 jelqs ~40 mins
  • 20 mins edging (10 clamped)
  • 5 min warmdown with heating pad

03/2/2021 - 10:50am - 12:30pm

  • 5 min warmup with heating pad
  • 15 minutes directional stretches + 200 s2s
  • 1000 jelqs ~55 mins
  • 20 mins edging (10 clamped)
  • 5 min warmdown with heating pad

03/3/2021 - 11:30am - 12:50pm

  • 5 min warmup with heating pad
  • 10 minutes directional stretches + 200 s2s
  • 750 jelqs ~40 mins
  • 20 mins edging (10 clamped)
  • 5 min warmdown with heating pad

I'm really on a mission to hit 8" BPEL at this point. These workouts are long and intense, but I'm only doing them 3 days a week, so I'm hoping the added recovery days will work with the added volume to make a difference. I'll stick with roughly this routine for another 5 weeks or so until I attempt to measure again. Once I hit 8" BPEL, if I can, I'll take another couple weeks off and formulate a new routine aimed at girth and EQ.

Last week was similar to the previous week, though I didn't keep up with times and such. 750 jelqs on Tuesday, 1000 jelqs on Wednesday, and 750 jelqs on Friday, along with stretching and clamped edging on those days.

Great sex Saturday night, along with a short session Sunday morning, with the "promise" from my wife that we would try to do it mid-week this week to get out of the predictability of Saturday night being our only opportunity. We'll see how that goes.

Either way, this week is out in terms of PE. It's Spring Break so my wife and son are both home all day every day.

I'll plan to resume this routine for two more weeks starting next week, then measure. 8" or bust, baby!

So, Mondays and Tuesdays are by far the easiest days for me to get PE workouts in. My wife is working and my son goes to therapy for 2+ hours on those days. Here are yesterday and Monday's workouts:

04/05/2021 - 12:30pm - 1:40pm

  • 10 minutes directional stretches + 500 s2s
  • 600 jelqs ~30 mins
  • 20 mins edging (15 mins clamped)

04/06/2021 - 9:50am - 11:35pm

  • 20 minutes directional stretches + 700 s2s
  • 1000 jelqs ~55 mins
  • 30 mins edging (15 clamped)

I decided to measure yesterday, and if I'm really pressing (and working to flatten my upward curve), I can hit 8" at max EQ, so that's a great sign! My criteria is always to have multiple measurements at or above the mark in two consecutive sessions, so I won't update my sig yet. I'll try to get one more workout in this week, then probably do another week before I take a break for EQ maximization, deconditioning, and consolidation. I really want to hit 8" and I think the work is paying off, just slower than it was a year ago.

Onward.

So I did get a third workout in last week:

04/08/2021 - 10:00am - 11:00am

  • 20 minutes directional stretches + 1000 s2s
  • 500 jelqs ~20 mins
  • 20 mins edging (15 clamped)

I measured again, and I'm flirting with 8" BPEL, but still not comfortable incrementing the sig. I need to take this week to consider next steps. I have no doubt I'll get to a solid 8" at some point, but progress has slowed from my early work, and I don't think adding more volume into my routine is the right move. I need to concentrate on other things during my day, so adding more minutes for PE is just not feasible. Plus, it's unclear if that will really help.

My current thinking is to concentrate on EQ, stamina, and semen volume by making sure I'm getting sufficient nutrition and sufficient hydration, then working in some shorter stretching sessions throughout the day, and finding time a few days a week to do clamped edging with more emphasis on time clamped.

I want to transition to more girth work (clamped edging and erect squeezes), with the hope that a bit more length will come with time. I'm still working things out, but I'll update when I have a specific plan.

Hey Yogi,

I am a beginner and I wanted to start your modified JP90 routine. I am interested because I basically have the same length and girth as you when you first started . I want to ask you a few questions

1) Did you the Kegel's when stretching because I didn't see it in your log?

2) If you did how many per stretch and how long did you hold it for?

3) If you do remember how long was your flaccid in the beginning verse now?

4) Did you do reverse Kegels and Kegels in the beginning ?

5) How many days did you do in the beginning? Was it 5 days on 2 days off or 2 days on 1 day off ?

Congrats on your gains and you are an inspiration to me !

I apologize for the late response! been recovering from a weird non-PE related injury that has affected my PE. I am going to use your technique and see what results it yields. all the best.

Hey, guys. I've been offsite for a good long while now. Didn't realize it had been 7 months. I built 3 raised garden beds in our backyard in March, and became quite obsessed with that. Then summer came, and my wife and son were both around all the time, so PE was a non-starter, then I entered several rounds of interviews for a new job, and got the job in late August, so I've been working hard to get acclimated there. Now that things have calmed down in the garden, my wife and son are back in school, and I'm settling in nicely at the new job, I'll be working yet again toward that 8"x6" mark.

Onward, guys!!

So, I took some measurements earlier this week, and it looks like during my break I lost a little over .25" of BPEL, while gaining .125" - .25" EG. During this time I pretty much abandoned manual stretching and jelqing, and the vast majority of my PE was clamped edging. Clearly, the clamping worked for my girth, but the lack of length work definitely shows. I updated my sig to reflect new measurements.

While I'm really pleased with the girth progress, I'm ready to make another run at 8" BPEL, and I'm probably really shooting for 8.25" before I'm truly ready to settle into a maintenance/EQ-based routine. With Thanksgiving break coming up next week for my wife and son, I'm not planning to start a full routine until the week of 11/29, and even then I most likely won't commit to anything entirely until after Christmas/New Years, because I'll have to modify things during Christmas break again due to privacy constraints. This gives me time to consider my options, and to make sure I'm fully conditioned for what's to come.

Here's a list of things I'll be considering over the coming weeks:
  1. Purchasing an NIR panel setup : This will be a big investment ($175 for a more affordable small panel), but the data on Red Light Therapy is robust enough at this point to justify. I have occasional Rosacea, and there's good evidence this can also help with that, along with a host of other things. I think my wife could also get good use out of this device to help reduce signs of aging on her skin, so my plan is to do a bit more research, then more than likely pull the trigger.
  2. Splitting my work into shorter sessions throughout the day : incogneeetoe first got me thinking about this quite a while back, but I never implemented it. Having read through this post, I'm interested in breaking my workout up into two shorter sessions on certain days. I have some thoughts in mind, but it's still a work in progress.
  3. Consider hanging or extending : Up to this point, I've been strictly manual (aside from clamping). With me working from home, I think I can get more out of my day by hanging or wearing an extender for a bit on certain days. Again, more research and discussion with other members will be needed.
That's basically where my head's at right now. I'll keep you guys updated as I solidify a plan.

New program starts today. It'll be a three-week sprint, followed by a bit of reflection. My wife and son will have a couple more weeks off toward Christmas, so the next three weeks are really about finding a rhythm and laying the ground-work for serious push to 8+" BPEL in 2022.

I went ahead and bought a RubyLux 250W NIR-A incandescent bulb with a clamp light, along with a Bestqool x60 NIR LED panel, and a cheap clothes hanging rack to hang the lights on over my massage table. I already had the massage table. The light setup was a little under $250.

11/29/2021 - 10:10 am thru 11:10 am
  • 5 minute warmup with RubyLux NIR-A bulb
  • 10 minutes directional stretches (up, up-right, up-left, down, down-right, down-left) x 2
  • 10 minutes side-to-side stretches (roughly 800)
  • 15 minutes edging, no ejaculation
  • 10 warmdown with Bestqool LED panel
Still contemplating extending, and also considering how I might break up the stretching work into multiple sessions in a day.

Onward!

Extending works best if you can remain stationary with lose or no clothing on. You'd want to take it slow to begin with and then aim for 6-8 hours a day wear time, 5 days a week is good or do all week if you can't consistently get those hours in. It's not the most fun of all the exercises but the only one that gave me permanent gains. I lost some of the length I gained from manual stretches even with efforts to cement my gains.

Hey mad your log are very inspiring and you gain through manual only and that is also my goal.
quick question.

How many seconds per rep/s you do in jelqing?

Hey, Bonroy. Thanks!

This kind of depends on how you count reps. For me each stroke is a rep, regardless of which hand I'm using. They are generally about 3 seconds per rep, with a bit of stretch at the end of each stroke, so roughly 4 seconds. I generally get 75 reps per 5 minutes or thereabouts.

It’s been about 4.5 years since I was last serious and consistent with PE (March, 2021). In that time I lost about .75 inches in BPEL and .25 inches in MSEG. That’s not bad, considering my gains over my first 1.5 years of PE were 1.625 inches in BPEL and .75 inches in MSEG. I’ve now decided to start PE again, still in search of the elusive 8” x 6”. I’m still working from home, and my wife and son are returning to school this week, so I should be able to put in some consistent work between now and the Christmas Break. I’m in no real hurry, so I will not be putting in super long sessions. Instead, my plan is to put in consistent, shorter sessions, perhaps twice daily on most weekdays. The main difference between this program/phase and previous iterations will be the addition of a vacuum pump and the removal of jelqs. It's also worth noting I have added a small dose of Tadalafil every other day for the many health benefits it provides, not the least of which is improved EQ.

Essential elements will include the following:
  • DIET
    • Anti-Inflammatory, Mediterranean-Inspired Paleo/Ketovore 80% of Meals
    • 1 Gallon per Day of Water
  • PE
    • Red Light Warmups
    • Manual Stretches
    • 5-Minute Shaping/Warmup Sets in Pump at 5-7 Inches Hg
    • 2-Minute Interval Working Sets in Pump at 10-12 Inches Hg
  • SUPPLEMENTATION
    • Daily multivitamin
    • 5 mg Tadalafil every other day
    • .125 g Psilocybin every other day
    • L-Citrulline
    • L-Arginine
    • Creatine Monohydrate
I started getting myself used to the pump over the past 2 weeks as time allowed, beginning with intermittent 5-minute sets at 5 Inches Hg, then moving into warmup sets followed by a 2 minute break, followed by 2-minute working sets at 8-11 Inches Hg. This has been going well, and I feel appropriately conditioned to start in earnest.

Logging will be roughly once weekly starting at the end of this week (8/15/2025).

Good to see you Yogi .
Feel free to pm me about MMO/dry orgasm or ejaculation frequency .

I see you have gone straight to pump work which I have limited knowledge on . I remember back in the day we discussed edgeing for growth .

If I may ask about your supplements ? So Psilocybin is the mushroom derived product ?
I see you are taking Tadalafil, Citruline and Arginine which all increase blood flow . Is there any reason for that combo?

Good to be back! I will pm you for sure.

Yes, my recent research has led me to believe pumping is highly beneficial for erection quality and can lead to long-term growth. My current understanding indicates the growth may come slower than some other mechanical methods, but I'm not in a hurry to grow. I'm wanting to regain the ~1" I lost over the last few years and maintain really high EQ.

If I may ask about your supplements ? So Psilocybin is the mushroom derived product ?
I see you are taking Tadalafil, Citruline and Arginine which all increase blood flow . Is there any reason for that combo?

Yes, psilocybin, derived from the mushroom. This is more of a cognitive supplement than PE, and I do want to be clear that this is a controlled substance (and therefore illegal) in many parts of the world. I am not advocating anyone break the law where they live, just giving my personal experience (and maybe trying to do my part to remove some of the stigma that may still exist).

The Tadalafil is interesting. As I said in the other thread on this subject, it all started with random ED after a few drinks. I got on a product from one of the online services that "fixed" that problem for me. I wasn't taking anything daily, but what I was taking was a combination of Sildenafil and Tadalafil. I would have some elevated/pounding heart rate and nasty headaches sometimes after taking the med. I did some research and switched over to Tadalafil on demand, and my side effects went away. I did some more research and saw scientific evidence for numerous health benefits for aging men. Since I tolerated it well I spoke with my Primary Care doc, and she prescribed me 5mg daily without much discussion. I ultimately elected to take it every other day after researching the half-life and considering my options/needs. I do plan to do a 2-week wash-out period every 8 weeks or so. This will coincide with a break from the manual stretches and interval pumping, so it will be interesting to see how my EQ and growth respond.

As for the combination with Cirtulline and Arginine, I'll admit this is sort of uninformed. No particular reason, other than wanting to encourage as much blood flow as possible for the healing process and for flushing out waste products.
