Great first real work week in using the pump! The following routine takes a little longer than I'd like (~50 minutes), but I can multitask through much of it, and I feel great afterward. The goal here is to combine length and girth work at a moderate level for slow, long-term gains, while maintaining the highest EQ possible. I will keep this routine up for 4-6 weeks, then take 2 weeks off (including a clean-out period from Tadalafil).

8/11, 8/12, 8/14, 8/15
  • 5 min Red Light Warmup
  • Manual Stretches 5 sets of 3 minutes, alternating hands, mostly straight down or straight out
  • 5 minute warmup set in pump at 5 InHg
  • 5 Interval Pumping Sets
    • 3 minutes at 11 InHg
    • Release all negative pressure
    • Immediately return to 11 InHg for next set
  • 5 Minutes Foreskin Stretching
I do want to make a note here about the foreskin stretching. I am uncircumcised, and for as long as I can remember my foreskin never really "liked" to be completely retracted when fully engorged. I never had issues with retraction while flaccid and could always clean around my glans in the shower without any discomfort. My recent experience with the pump has illuminated the fact that my glans has likely never been fully engorged during intercourse, probably because of this limitation imposed by my foreskin. The biggest pain point during pumping is a pronounced pinching sensation under my glans. I go into the pump 80-90% erect, with my foreskin fully retracted. As the pumps builds pressure, my glans engorges more than I've ever been used to seeing it, and there is a very tight ring of tissue in my foreskin that seems to be a "limiting factor" in terms of expansion of both my glans and the uppermost portion of my shaft. One of my main goals with this phase of my PE journey is to gently loosen this tissue over time, so it will more freely allow my glans to become fully engorged without discomfort.

I do believe there are health benifits for ageing men .
I would be careful of the blood pressure effects of combining these , might be worth a chat with your doc ?

Second week of consistent work is in the books for this phase. I've settled into a 2 days on, 1 day off rhythm. That may change, but for now it feels good so I'll probably stick with it for week three.

I believe the foreskin stretching is starting to pay off. I still have the stinging/pinching sensation when in the pump, with foreskin retracted and glans fully engorged. However, it's much easier for me to fully retract my foreskin now when having nocturnal tumescence (morning wood). What I've been doing is noticing when the morning wood wakes me up (usually between 5-7am), quietly (since my wife is usually still asleep next to me) pulling the covers down, checking erection quality, then retracting the foreskin down to expose the entire glans.

The combination of low-dose Tadalifil and pumping seems to leave nothing on the table when it comes to EQ, because it is off the charts these days. I truly believe my foreskin tightness has been a limiting factor on upper shaft girth and glans size over the years. I am now noticing that my glans is willing/able to engorge much more fully than ever before, and that full retraction while fully erect is much easier than before (albeit still with a slight pinching feeling). I very much like the direction this is going!

It's been a couple of weeks since I checked in. The week leading up to, and culminating with, Labor Day was pretty busy. I'd almost call it an off/recovery week. I think I did 3 light pumping sessions in 8 days. This past week was better in terms of PE.

9/2, 9/3, 9/4, 9/5

Yesterday (9/5) I actually did 6 interval pumping sets, for a total of 18 minutes at 11-12 InHg. I am definitely 1/4-inch longer in the pump than I was when I started this phase, but I'm waiting to take official measurements until it's been a full month since starting the new routine. Will probably do that next weekend at some point. I'm hopeful I can get 1/8-inch BPEL growth per working month. At that rate, I should be able to gain 1 inch in a year.

I'll also say that the foreskin work is really paying off. This morning I had a raging morning wood, at basically 100% EQ, and I was able to completely retract the foreskin, then kegel a bit to really engorge my glans, with hardly any pinching discomfort coming from stress to the most narrow part of my foreskin. This is a very good sign after basically just 3 weeks of consistent work.
