Madyogi bro :yo:

Glad to be back. Let's hope it sticks for a while. Juggling isn't advised for penile enlargement :violin::training1:

I typically do it weekly these days, but I haven't been consistent with my training really since about last September, so there's that. The idea is also that you can (in theory) check a new exercise, say a new stretching routine, and actually do the BPSFL stress-strain measurements before and after that section of the workout to see if that stretching is causing proper stress.
This is an interesting one. I'll have to think on it a bit. I don't really know about hanging, so I'm not sure how increased time works with or against increased weight. Keeping the time the same and increasing the load would theoretically increase the amount of stress on the tissues. I'm not sure about too much load causing a reduction in this calculation.

Hmmmm.

Thanks for your reply, man! You were the first who really brought this to my attention. I was able to talk to Kyrpa personally from Thunders and that over weeks now. My understanding of the subject has increased 100x and your thread was the initial impulse.
You can take a look at my progress log to see the answer, I was able to increase my strain to >4% :)

Workouts last week:

01/18/2021 - 12:45pm - 1:45pm

  • 5 min warmup with heating pad
  • 10 minutes directional stretches + 200 s2s
  • 300 jelqs ~20 mins
  • 20 mins edging (10 clamped)
  • 5 min warmdown with heating pad

01/19/2021 - 11:15am - 12:30pm

  • 5 min warmup with heating pad
  • 15 minutes directional stretches + 200 s2s
  • 450 jelqs ~30 mins
  • 20 mins edging (10 clamped)
  • 5 min warmdown with heating pad

01/20/2021 - 9:05am - 10:30am

  • 5 min warmup with heating pad
  • 15 minutes directional stretches + 200 s2s
  • 600 jelqs ~40 mins
  • 20 mins edging (10 clamped)
  • 5 min warmdown with heating pad

I've kind of settled back into a waving intensity schedule for the moment. Mondays are lowest, Tuesdays are next, then Wednesdays are the most intense. Thursdays and Fridays are rest days for now, and the weekend has been 1-2 sexual encounters pretty regularly (unless Aunt Flo's in town).

I also measured BPEL again last Wednesday, and I've recovered the 1/8" loss over my extended break, so I'm back to 7.75" as updated in my sig. The ultimate goal is still a solid 8", so really 8.125", but the shorter term goal would be to pick another 1/8" between now and Feb 6 to complete a full 2" gain in my first year.

Welcome back, you're up to quite the long workout. I assume you still find jelqing useful (since you're doing so many)? I dropped jelqing a while back opting for squeezes while edging.

Yeah ... not sure how useful they (jelqs) will be since I really just got re-conditioned and back up to a full program after a long break. That said, I'm really into my last length gain push to get to 8+ BPEL, so I'm willing to see if I can get similar results with the heavy jelqing now like I did when I first started. I was gaining 1/8" about every 2 weeks during that time. I'm gonna give that a month to see if it works, and if I can get to 8" BPEL. If not, I'll go back to my clamping/edging/squeezing thing. The thing about squeezing and clamping is that they're more geared toward girth, and by golly, I want a solid 8" BPEL before I just quit worrying about length.

Either way, EQ has been great since starting back, so I think I've got the conditioning dialed in.

Great log, one of the best on here. What do you do to help with side effects from Blue Chew? Headaches and congestion.
Congratulations on your successes!

Thanks, man!

To start with, I've found that tearing them in half gives me plenty to overcome the possibility of Whiskey Dick on a drinking night, so I only take 15mg (Sildenafil type), and I'm only taking it once or twice a month, when the wife and I are partying while the kid is at Grandma's, and I'm starting to feel the eighth beer or whatever.

The congestion hasn't been much of a problem since the first time or two, so I really don't do anything special for that. Sometimes it's an issue, other times not, but it never really gets in the way or bothers us too much. For the headaches, I usually take a mega dose of ibuprofen before bed (3-4 liquid gels). This works every time to avoid waking up 4-5 hours later with a pounding headache, which can happen. The only other side effect I've noticed is sometimes I'll wake up after with a sort of a pounding heart beat. Not super fast, just heavier in my chest than normal. This is one of those things like the congestion, though, sometimes it's a thing, other times it isn't. And either way, it doesn't create a big problem for me.

Welp, it's official, I hit 2" overall BPEL gain! Time to increment the sig!

This was my longest, most intense workout yet. At the moment, I'm liking this waving intensity protocol, with 3 days on hitting it progressively harder, then 4 days off for recovery. I'll stick with this basic outline for the time being, and see if gains continue. Hoping to hit 8" in the next 6 weeks. Otherwise, it'll probably be time to take a break or mix up the program a bit.

Onward!

Also sorry if its been asked, but what temporary increase do you have immediately after workout? I am asking about BPEL. You do so many jelqs and I wonder how much they contribute to your length gains. Me personally I havent seen much of an increase doing many jelqs, but I havent done so many eithet. The only exercise that gives me temporary BPFSL is hanging. Maybe everybodys dick is different and what works for you wont work for me. But good you have found what works for you.

Also did you have a period when you werent gaining, but a new methodology or shift in something gave you a breakthrough?

Hey, been a minute man! you seem to be doing very well in your PE endeavors.
I know im being lazy, and not digging... but, how do you clamp your unit? do you use a cable cat clamp from hardware store?
