Great first real work week in using the pump! The following routine takes a little longer than I'd like (~50 minutes), but I can multitask through much of it, and I feel great afterward. The goal here is to combine length and girth work at a moderate level for slow, long-term gains, while maintaining the highest EQ possible. I will keep this routine up for 4-6 weeks, then take 2 weeks off (including a clean-out period from Tadalafil).

- 5 min Red Light Warmup
- Manual Stretches 5 sets of 3 minutes, alternating hands, mostly straight down or straight out
- 5 minute warmup set in pump at 5 InHg
- 5 Interval Pumping Sets
- 3 minutes at 11 InHg
- Release all negative pressure
- Immediately return to 11 InHg for next set
- 5 Minutes Foreskin Stretching
