I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone here. I've been reading this board for a couple of days and I have to say that you guys are great and very helpful. I just started to make a physical and mental lifestyle change and im glad to have found a place with such great support. I look forward to taking my PE journey here!

Thanks man. Two years ago I became a dad. I ended up becoming a stay at home dad due to having a special needs child after a traumatic birth. So after two years at home and doing all sorts of therapy for my child and mental support for my wife I really let myself go both physically and mentally. Then one day I looked in the mirror and decided it was time to change. I know if my kid can work hard everyday so can I.

Welcome aboard!

A great place to start is in the START HERE! At the top of the page. There is a lot of great info in there to help get you started on your way. If you haven't already, start off with one of the beginner routine such as the JP90(JonPop-Intense Beginner Routine) Start off light and slowly increase is to the full routine. Follow it for the full 90 days to condition your penis more intensity later on. Don't hesitate to ask any questions, as you have seen, the members here are very helpful.

Good luck and always PE safely.

Welcome Windy, and thanks for joining us. It sounds like you have a very committed, and positive attitude. That is perfect for the life changing journey you have begun. Go to the START HERE button at the top of the page. In there you will find all the information you will need. Pick a beginner's routine and start at about half the reps and intensity. Then slowly add until you are doing the full routine after about a month. Pay attention to your Physiological Indicators. Stay consistent, persistent, safe and patient and you will achieve your goals.

Thanks Cavalier. I just started JP90 two days ago and I'm looking forward to completing that and going on from there.

Children are a great motivator...you owe it to yourself and your family to be in the best possible shape both mentally and physically. You can find a lot of advice here for both if you need it or even just to get things off your chest. There are a lot of old (including me) and wise heads here, so make full use of that ocean of wisdom. My prayers are with you mate...that sounds like a very tough time for a new father to deal with. Wishing you every success. :thumb:

Your right about kids being the biggest motivator. My kid works so hard everyday an if I try half as hard as she does I'll do just fine.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. And thanks in advance for any advice I get from you. I don't know much about PE and this site yet so I won't be much good for advice in that but if you ever need a pick me up I'm extremely optimistic so I can help you there!

BETWEEN THE BUNS!
Welcome Windy, to the GYM! Sorry I missed your intro post. You've gotten good advice, but a couple more things...
READ ALL those beginner threads in START HERE, you'll learn the lingo, exercises, how to measure, etc. Just the basics, mind you, but it will help you understand posts on the forums better, 'cause we tend to abbreviate a lot of stuff, especially Dick-related measurements! So after doing all that reading, take correct measurements, take pics (or you'll regret it later), pick your routine, start a journal in the progress forum to log your routine, stay motivated and get feedback from other members. MOST IMPORTANTLY, build your routine slowly and increase the intensity over time as your penis adapts to the exercises. PE SAFELY! Glad you joined!
